Six months ago, the world went black, and life as Rhea had always known it ended. No longer an innocent teenager worried about footballs games and boys, her focus is on taking care of her sick mother and trying to stay safe in this new and confusing world. But when her mother tragically passes away and a mysterious stranger shows up on her doorstep, Rhea's forced to face the harsh realization that home may no longer be her safe place. Can Rhea trust this new stranger, or will he prove just as dangerous as the dark world outside her door?

Imagine the world goes black and you are left, alone, life changing too quickly. You haven’t step outside for months and all then sudden one moment changes everything.
In (literally) walks Mayhem, and really who doesn’t need a little Mayhem in their life. Rhea is just waiting. Desperately waiting for something so when this stranger comes into her home, the darkness seems a bit brighter.
Amanda captures the despair of what Rhea feels so beautiful that you feel it deep, she does the same with Mayham. These two are brought together in circumstances that with out the world going dark would never happen, showing that fate works even in the darkness time, you just need to hold on to a little hope.
