Tsuchigumo: Arachnid Evil

Rate this book
Derek Dawson is just an average small-town sheriff. His town, Stone Hill, is approximately twenty miles from Area 51—the supposed alien hot spot in the United States. The only troubles he had were bar fights, alien wackjobs, and trying to figure out how to deal with his feelings towards his deputy, Winter Shaw.

When a mysterious noise and the arrival of four strange men sends his alien-obsessed townspeople into a panic, he knows something bad is about to happen. An unimaginable evil has been awakened after being imprisoned for thousands of years. It escaped the Area 51 facility where it was experimented on in an attempt to weaponize it. Due to the nature of the latest experiment, it’s now hungry and headed toward his town in search of food.

Derek now finds himself pitted against a monster of Japanese mythology called a Tsuchigumo, which is now determined to continue its evil deeds from so long ago and claim Earth as its own. Derek, his deputies, Winter and Dustin, and the four men who call themselves Zeus, Ares, Hades, and Poseidon now hold the fate of the world in their hands as they fight against an unstoppable monster. But what will it cost them to defeat it?

Tsuchi

I know there is prono copyright, but this sure did sound a lot like the critters in Nemesis. BFS. Even kinda resembles one by yhe drawings. And the stages of development as shown by pictures. Anyway, not bad. Just too much cursing.

Edit this please!

This book needs a ton of editing. I began this book thinking the person who wrote it didn't speak English. It was confusing in parts and I'm not fond of the book being from first person's point of view. It could have been an ok book.

Outstanding

Great reading and great story. The issue of simple human curiosity or ignorance continues to lead to crazy events and deaths. Love these books.
