A squatter fell in love with the real owner of the house.
And there's heavy ddlg play here that I really like. Been awhile since I dipped my toes in a full out kinky relationship and I enjoyed it.

Cami is a homeless nineteen year old living in an abandoned mansion when suddenly a man was touring the place to buy it as she was hiding from sight. The man, Mason did buy the place but it was big enough where she could stay hidden. Being homeless and hungry, she surived with handouts from the local eateries in town and occasionally working in the diner's kitchen when she could. Once she's found in the large mansion by Mason, the new owner, he decides he can't just throw her out. He has plans for his future in a political office and it wouldn't look good for his reputation. Mason makes a deal with Cami and she's allowed to stay and earn her keep, but they both seem to have feelings for each otherin spite of the age gap. I felt so sorry for the position Cami found by herself in but Mason tries his best to help her out. As their days go by, they find themselves unable to resist temptation and fulfill each other's needs. Mason is a daddy that takes on Cami's need for love, affection and a firm hand from her daddy. I love it as they each take on their respective rolls as daddy and little girl and learn to love each other. When Mason finally realizes he's in love, it's actually a very emotional event that takes place in a very public way that will bring tears to your eyes. I loved the story and I'm sure you will too.

Sara Fields’ Daddy’s Property is a delightful little DD/lg story that will leave you smiling. Ms. Fields does an entertaining job of putting us in the minds of both Cami and Mason. Cami is adorable and just on her personality alone, you want her to have her HEA. Mason seems to take to his role as DD quickly, keying in on Cami’s needs. Whether you are a fan of DD/lg stories or looking for a place to dip your toes, this story will fit both types of readers and those in between. The characters play well off each other and it was lovely watching as Cami grew more comfortable in her own skin. When things do finally culminate between the two, the story only gets better. It’s sweet. It’s charming. It’s a bit hawt. It’s definitely recommended.

Wow! This is one of the author's very few non-con/non-abusive storylines and what a pleasant surprise it was.
Orphaned Cami is nineteen and recently aged out of the foster care system; with no resources, her only home is an old and abandoned mansion. When the mansion is sold to billionaire Mason, she thinks he'll kick her out, but the kindhearted man lets her stay. Soon, he realizes that she needs a Daddy. How will she respond?
Usually this author is too harsh for me, but occasionally she's not and this is one of those times. Those who love her OTT plotlines, cruel anti-heroes, and non-stop sex scenes will need to look elsewhere, because this hero is aware of the unequal power dynamics, is very careful not to make their relationship transactional, builds up trust before pursuing sex, gets her consent, and cares about her as a person. While I usually find billionaire-porn difficult to get through since the classicism is off the charts, Mason is actually very likable and very aware of his privilege. I also appreciated that the sometimes harsh punishments were alleviated by true tenderness, and the ending was every romantic fantasy come to life.
I have a couple of caveats. One is that I don't like anal play being used as punishment; it's far too dangerous. The second is that Tammy & Bryan's characterization seems to change midway through the book.
4 stars. I believe that those who like Cinderella erotica will enjoy this. I note that even though plot is the least important aspect of all these author's books, she does usually include one social problem in at least the ones I've read (here, it's foster care). I appreciate that.

This was a decent DD/lg read.
I liked how Cami was really the one to initiate the kink with Mason because of once accidentally seeing another couple into the kink.
With the story setup I wasn't sure if Mason would come across as a little skeezy because of it. But he didn't at all. He was hesitant and cautious at first. But Cami makes it pretty obvious what she's wanting and he eventually gives it to her.
The kink itself was well done and pretty hot. I liked the steam. It does have a lot of spanking. Which I liked, but I definitely wouldn't have minded a little more variety or something.
Where the book was a little iffy for me was that it just felt like it was missing some emotion. We are told they are in love and all, but it just felt a little flat to me. Mason is a little hard to read and not super passionate in the way he talks. He is sexy and all, but he has a very controlled way about him, and I don't always like that because it makes the MMC feel a little robotic. We also learn very little about him and his background. All we know is he's rich and owns tech companies. What about his family and history?
Cami was alright. She wasn't annoying for the most part. She's a little bratty, but purposefully because she wants punishment. I didn't mind it. The only thing she did that I didn't like was leaving because he was overly-busy with work one week. I thought this was a little extreme. It's not like it was something going on for a long time. Kind of a dramatic reaction. She explains she felt like she was holding him back from his dreams, but it just felt a little petty and immature to me. She should've just talked to him about it before disappearing.
But overall it turned out to be a pretty sweet and steamy read, if you liked DD/lg. I loved the age gap, caretaking, and even the punishment aspect. Overall it was a decent read.

Cami Davis grew up in foster care never staying with a family long before she was shuffled to the next. Once she turned eighteen she ran away from the last foster home because she'd rather be on her own than live there any longer. After three months she felt like she finally found a place but everything changes when a man comes to look at the house to buy.
Mason Pierce ownes a tech company and has been living in California but decided he wanted to come back to his hometown in Hudson, New York and hopefully run for office. What he didn't expect was finding a malnourished young woman sleeping in one of the beds upstairs in his new house. When he realizes she's an orphan with no home, family or a place to go he offers her own wing in the house with two conditions 1 is that he won't go into her wing but the rest of the house is for his business and not to bother him during working hours and 2 he wants her help updating and redecorating the mansion and he'll pay her for that help.
Over the next few weeks they settled into an easy rhythm together which included in breakfast and dinner together but there was a unspoken sexual tension growing between them. They both tried to deny their feelings especially since there was a fifteen year age difference between them but human nature wins out and they begin a slow burn relationship that eventually turns hot and heavy. They go slowly into flirting where she teases him about if she is naughty is "daddy" gone to spank her. Eventually she pushes him where he indeed does spank her and that changes their relationship and soon he has her calling him daddy. There budding romance is wonderful until he has to entertain in his home and then life is turned upside down. What ensues afterwards is heartbreaking but beautiful and had me choked up with emotions.

When Mason Pierce purchases an old mansion in Hudson NY he didn’t have any idea what that piece of property would include. It seems he has also acquired a squatter by the name of Cami Davis. A young girl who had no home, no family, nor any true sense of herself. Fortunately Mason is a bona fide gentleman with a big, big heart. He doesn’t throw her out, he instead offers her a wing of the house with no demeaning strings attached. Thus starts the innocent dance of two individuals who are deeply attracted to one another yet determined not to show that attraction or cause any alarm to the other. Fortunately human nature prevails and a sweet, nurturing relationship begins and builds momentum and anticipation in a most endearing and exciting way. Their true natures comes out, spankings ensue, sex finally happens and the dark nature of their relationship explodes. The author builds these things slowly, thoroughly and delightfully. But all is not perfect in tinsel town and a heartbreaking impasse ensues. The resolution will absolutely wrench your heart and test your fortitude. As mentioned earlier, Mason is a true gentleman and his resolution will bring you to happy tears. I may be giving away too much, but I just can’t stop spouting superlatives for this book. A wonderful Daddy/little story. 5 Stars from every possible point of view. Perhaps Sara’s sweetest, sexiest, erotic contemporary spanking romance.

I received an Advanced Reader Copy and am voluntarily reviewing it. Cami Davis ran away from her last foster home and recently found an old abandoned mansion to live in. Mason Pierce recently moved back to New York with politically ambitions. Mason bought the mansion and felt an instant connection with the 19-year old Cami when he found her asleep in one of the bedrooms. Instead of kicking her out, he offered her a place to stay and a job helping him decorate the newly renovated mansion.
Despite a pretty significant age difference both were attracted to one another. Readers will enjoy Cami’s musings regarding getting Mason to “punish” her. Cami had seen first hand from a family she stayed with that “punishments” can be quite enjoyable and was dying to know if she would enjoy it as well. Mason continued to struggle with the attraction he had to such a young girl. He refused to put any pressure on her.
This book is not only about punishments and sex though there is a lot of that (wink, wink). This book is a love story that will have readers hearts in their throats wondering if these two will weather the obstacles put in their way. I am a serious lover of all things that Sara writes since I found her books. Readers will have to decide if this is their cup of tea but I think everyone needs to try one of her books at least once. I have never read this trope by the author. I'm a big fan of her other stuff so i decided to give it a try. I guess I have limits to what I like to read when it comes to D/l, Daddy-trope.
This story is about a runaway who breaks into an abandoned mansion that is some house unarmed and fully furnished (yeah, I had a hard time believing it but it is fiction). She lives off scraps from restaurants but doesn't work because she has no ID. House gets sold to rich guy with political aspirations only for him to find a mouse sleeping in a bed. Instead of kicking her to the streets, he decides to let her stay where he whelp her, her, clothe her, and fatten her up (all so he can eat her all up - bawh hahaha😈). JK
She ends up helping him around the house and she wants more attention so she starts to be a brat and pout. He spanks her like the good daddy-figure he is but she likes it too much and before you know it, this girl is a bratty little girl that whines and devolves . . . Ugh, too much.
I can handle the spanks, the calling the older man her "daddy" kink; but I guess the bratty little and mindset 24/7 that she has is boring for me. It that is what you like than this is your book. I know for the future

I loved the way this relationship unfolds, it was sweet and binding you saw what both parties got from the relationship and how much they cared.

This was a hot and steamy book and I’ve loved every book by this author. Cami Davis has had a hard life growing up in foster care and when she turns 18 she runs and ends up in a huge house and she was sorta safe until the owner came to move in and when he found me he lets me stay and gives me a job helping him renovate the estate but can I trust him. Mason Pierce has just move to New York and has big plans in politics and hopes to be the Mayor some day so laying down roots he buys an estate to renovate but when he moves in there is a young girl squatting in his new house and he decides to let her stay and gives her a job because his daddy instincts kicks in and he needs to look after her. The more they work together the closer they get and soon they fall in love with each other. Can he be the man that she needs and the daddy she wants or does she leave after the house is finished. There was so much going on in this book with hot and steamy action and spankings are just a few things that you can enjoy. Great book and a must have .. This is my first book by Ms. Fields. First off, this is a HOT and steamy book. And as the title suggests this is a DD/lg book. Now, Daddy kink isn't my thing, but the chemistry between Cami and Mason was an inferno. Be warned that this book includes different types of physical punishments by the hero to the heroine . If you don't want the heroine to actually be in pain then please do not read this book- it isn't for you.
This book is also a billionaire trope. Mason is a software programmer billionaire and Cami is an orphan. She is squatting in a bedroom in an abandoned mansion that gets sold to Mason. On Mason's first day of exploring his new property and what needs to be done he finds Cami in her room. The love confessions between them are freaking beautiful. It was bawling (in a good way).

I've read a couple of other books by Ms. Fields and have enjoyed them, though maybe just shy of being tame for me. This was a pleasant surprise. As people/readers' opinion differs I come to think if you don't know the dynamic of DD/LG this may feel a bit off-shoulder for you.
A mansion's new buy finds that he has a squatter, a young ragamuffin the mansion being the size that would allow Cami to stay hidden as long as she did. Your hearts going to ping for this adorable little one.
Mason can't just kick the young lady out after finding she's been hiding out in his newly purchased home, I mean what would the public think he is in the political game after all.
So Mason does the gentlemanly thing and offers her a place to stay by working there. Of course, she accepts and things go to pretty normal for a bit, until they don't. Daddy Dom's worth their salt can usually spot the signs of a little. Cami fits that bill, by her actions Mason knows just how to handle her and suit not just her needs but his as well.

Cami Davis was living day by day. She wasn’t a silly girl but a woman down on her luck. She was in foster care till she aged out. Living in this beautiful empty home till he should up. Mason was looking to fix up the mansion and run for mayor of the town. He wanted to move forward with his success. He didn’t expect to find a woman living in one of his rooms. Learning about her and wanting to help would be the best way to get her on her feet. Neither one didn’t expect to fall for the other. Mason tried to stay away but Cami wasn’t going to let that happen. She saw the spark in Mason’s eyes and wanted to push him. This one was sweet. Cami learned a lot in her time in the foster care system. She learned that she was adventurous and had an eye for design. Mason brought out all that from her. She tempted him at each turn. When they finally got together it was extraordinary. However, Mason’s political goals got in the way. I have to say, I cried a bit here. Cami brought me to tears as did the emotion from Mason. This one hit the soft heart in me.

Daddy's Property is a DD/LG Erotic Romance. I have to say it's a pretty good book. It isn't a really short book like some Erotic Books. There's an actual storyline and not just a bunch of sexy scenes.

was it very well written? no. the writing is between good and okay imo. but was it everything i ever fantasized? yes.
i don’t even know what to say when the EXACT same scenario i’ve literally just fantasized the other day showed up in this book, like?!???!??? i was literally 🧍♀️it was so fucking good (in a kinky way) imo, i recommend for people who love daddy kink or dd/lg (without age regression) and yk rough sex. i’ll be going through this author’s whole back list slowly from now on lmao cuz i think i might have find my new favorite kinky author, i’ll be forever thankful for the fb groups im in since i most definitely found this on there.
despite i really enjoyed this i need to say, that there’s no way she received a really hard spankings in the morning and the redness disappeared at night, especially from how hard he was doing it lmao but it’s fiction so i don’t really mind this

I absolutely loved this book as it was so different from Sara’s usual books that tend to go up in flames and burn bright and hot, where as this one was a slow sensual and smouldering burn..
Cami is orphaned and alone squatting in an abandoned mansion when it has been sold to a new and handsome owner Mason, who once he discovers his new tenet lets her stay if she agrees to help decorate his new home..as the attraction between these two grow they form their daddy/little girl until Mason makes a mistake under the disguise of protection, and he must fight to get his little girl back….making this a 5 star read from me…. The book is well written, the characters are beautifully created, the storyline is both entertaining and captivating from the outset. The chemistry between the two is off the scale and the sex scenes are absolutely scorching hot and full of spicy kink.
A really great read with an absolutely perfect HEA that I couldn’t put down and devoured it in one sitting. A recommended 5 star read if you’re a fan of intense and delicious sexy kink!

This is a romance with a strong D/S theme to it. If you have read any of this author's previous works, then you know roughly what to expect (except without aliens). The story is well written and the characters well developed giving you a solid core of a story. Add to that excellent chemistry between the characters (even when they are denying it), a bit of spanking and lots of steam and you have the formula for success. Overall, this was a highly enjoyable story and I look forward to more from this author.

Really dirty, but what a romance! Cami is an orphan and the product of the foster care system. Never having known her parents, she is shifted from one foster home to another. She was never really mistreated but never cared for either. She runs away and ages of the system. Now truly on her own and not faring well, she finds an abandoned mansion and stays there until unfortunately a wealthy man buys it and discovers her. Now what to do with her. Mason decides to let her stay determined to only take care of her needs, and not to take advantage of her sexually. Oh well, nice try, Mason!! Although there are many scenes of harsh sex and spankings, there is also a sweet age-gap love story. Sometimes brutal but always consensual! Good read.

This was really intense and not in the way where you become wrapped up in the story, but in the awkward way that makes you cringe. It could have been so good with this storyline. Cami, the 19yo homeless girl who fled her foster home and was squatting in an abandoned mansion when a handsome older man buys to the home to restore and make a life in the small town. They develop a DDLG relationship quickly, but it's like the same scene over and over again the entire book. Eventually they get their happily ever after. This book is seriously one tracked, heavily focuses on spanking, and is basically 🌽.
P.S.
Don't get the audio for this one. The female narrator sounds like she's 40 years old and not a young woman. She sounds way older than the male narrator, which just doesn't fit.

Although I love Sara Fields Sci-fi stories, when she writes like this, they are some of my favorites. Cami is down on her luck but finds a place to stay in an empty mansion. That's about to change when Mason buys the place without knowing she has been living in there. I love age gap and we get that in this story. The emotions are there and watching them come together was wonderful. But Mason has plans that don't really include him with a much younger woman. Will he put those aside to be with the girl he's come to love or will Cami be forced to find another place to live? I highly recommend this book if you like the age gap setting!
