She set aside the rules to heal his scars.

Aurora Winters is content with her simple, routine driven life. During the day, she works as a therapist, helping her patients through their inner demons. And afterward, she takes care of her ailing, elderly parents.

It never occurred to Aurora that there was more to life beyond the area she grew up. But one day, Mason Locke walks into her office and changes everything.

The stubborn, troubled, and incredibly handsome tour guide has Aurora stumped. His walls are up so high, she’s not sure if she’ll ever get through to him. The more she pushes, the further he pulls away.

Mason never planned to confide in Aurora about the tragedy that took away his dream job. But little by little, she gets under his skin.

The line between patient and therapist soon becomes blurry. It’s hard to deny their connection and the effect they have on one another, even despite their many differences. Soon, it’s not a matter of if they’ll be together, but when.

I cried.
I laughed.
I cried again.

This book brought out every emotion in me.
Elle Hayes is an incredible author who was able to draw me in from the get go.

The forbidden story which is told from two points of views (Rory and Mason) had captured me from the first chapter.

I was engrossed in the entire book, addicted to the words and characters. I fell in love with Mason and adored Rory's heart.

Despite her growing feelings for him, she cared about his well being not only from a personal view but professional one as well.

Well written, amazing plot and great character development with 🥵❤️🔥

Don't wait. Just read.

Full Disclosure
By Elle Hayes
Cherry Publishing (Editor)

Elle Hayes is a new to me author and I was drawn to read this by the blurb for Full Disclosure.

Aurora (Rory) Winters and Mason Locke would more than likely have never met had it not been for the fact Mason needed help. He didn’t want the help, he bucked at having to go to therapy but he had to do it. He wasn’t going to make it easy for his therapist Aurora Winter.

Aurora took pride in her work as a therapist, but after her first meeting with Mason she wasn’t sure she would have any kind of luck with him. Adding to her work stress was the added personal stress of both of her parents being in a nursing home, her mother with breathing issues and her father and Alzheimer’s patient.

Mason had been injured in a paragliding accident while working as a trip tour guide. As you read through the beginning of this book you will find how they would eventually come together. She did all the right things when she realized her attraction to him, and in a more relaxed personal environment were able to share truths, and that was when Mason started having breakthroughs about telling Aurora about his accident.

As the story moves along I realized readers were taking a journey with both of these characters. It wasn’t so much an Insta-love scenario but a growth of two people who are there to support each other in so many ways. So, over the year and some readers are able to see the character growth of both of the main characters and through the obstacles life put in their way.

I wouldn’t say this is a book to rush through, but to read and watch Aurora and Mason grow through the good, bad and sad things life dealt them. Also I thought hard about the star rating for Full Disclosure and chose to give it a 4-star rating, because I think I learned a few things from this story, which means it struck a cord with me. It made me think and it certainly made me cry but mostly when I finished the story I felt that Aurora and Mason had taught me a few things about life.

Emotional Dollar Coaster, but so worth the read!

Tigger Warnings!!

If you have followed the talented Ms. Hayes from other platforms, then you may have read this story in other forms. I am happy to say that this form has been trimmed of the excess and streamlined into a great story, one that even those of us that have read it before will find new. This book is a little Taboo (since it's a forbidden romance) in some respects but in reality, the characters and author try to follow protocol for a Therapist and Patient. Throughout this book I fell in love with these characters, the fact that they are flawed and not even close to perfect, as well as come with their own baggage makes these two main characters ones that you can relate too and easy to love.

I give this book a four out of five stars. This story is well written but has a lot of heavy emotions  which not everybody will be able to handle. But Ms. Hayes will also have you laughing and falling in love right along with them. I highly recommend book, be prepared for an emotional rollercoaster! There will be moments of laughter and the nice and steamy moments with explicit scenes. If you have any issues with PTSD or physical trauma, then this is a story that you need to be aware has those in it. I give this book a pepper rating of Serrano Pepper. The explicit scenes are nice and spicy with some graphic detail. Like a lot of my favorite stories this book is told from both the hero and heroine's point of views which makes for a story that is well rounded and extremely well written, (in my opinion.)

In short I recommend this book, if you like all the tropes listed above as well as the grumpy hero trope. Mason is about the grumpiest hero that I have had the privilege of reading, along with Rory's optimism makers form a fun and emotional read.

I hope that this helps you find your next Tantalizing Tome!

My 1st ARC copy and review! Thank you Elle Hayes and Cherry Publishing for sending it to me!
Full Disclosure By Elle Hayes is a book about discovering oneself beyond their trauma, family responsibilities, society expectations and to totally accept that life is the way it is - not sunshine and rainbows all the time, it can dark and stormy also.
Mason Locke the MMC suffers through an injury which brings his career as a travel guide to a halt and his forced to go into therapy to deal with his trauma and guilt.
Aurora Winters the FMC is Mason’s therapist who is a little misjudged by everyone and takes too much responsibilities on herself for her parents being the smallest sibling and all.
But Mason and Aurora together fight and help each other in dealing with their demons. This story is a perfect mix of grumpy x sunshine, angst, slowburn, forbidden romance and Happily Ever After ♥️ Thrown in some crazy exes, a*sh*ole neighbor, trauma, loss of parents and a little bit s*xy stuff you get a perfect blend together.
This book is more on the emotional side than on the spicy side and is a great read for people who want a deep understanding into how life comes into a full circle when two people who want to be together are together and fight everything life throws at them!

Unfortunately I found this very repetitive with little plot development. The characters switched and changed too quickly in my opinion and the turnaround didn't have enough evidence to back it up.

somehow i just find it a little long-winded... at the last 20-30%, i was kind of bored already, just skimming through trying to complete it.
