This book surprised the living hell out of me in the best way possible. Honestly, Iโm not a fan when the FMC is the virgin and the MC(s) are the playboys/manwhores, BUUUUUT the guys in this book did it for me. HOLY shiiiit. I am definitely in love.
So, we have our homegirl Lenley, who has been in love with Darrius since pretty much forever. They were best friends, but he rejects her and tells her he doesnโt love her in that way.
She then meets Peyton, Channing, and Jameson who are the rivalโs skydiving team. They propose a deal, they need to improve their image, so they will help her become experienced and they will knock Darrius down a peg or two. They are the typical playboys, but are so respectful and thoughtful towards Lenley. I pretty much had heart eyes the entire time. Even though they arenโt the type to have relationships, they pretty much treat her like they are in one.
This book was packed with drama and we get to see some things unfold. There is so much going on, and then BAM cliffhanger. I seriously cannot wait to get my hands on the next one, I absolutely LOVED these characters.

Melissa you've done it again. What a brilliant story that draws you in with loveble characters, enemy's and pleanty of drama that just sucks you straight in.
I really felt for Lenley with the heartbreak and betrayal with an x friend who I really didn't like but loved it when Lenley stood up for her self and give as good as she got.
Then there's Her best friend who i just loved with her bubbly sence of humour and boy talk that just makes you smile but when it comes to it she's always got Lenley back when she needs it.
Team rivalry which causes a lot of tension that I just loved. And I think out of the three guys I just love Payton the most especially with his little nick name he likes to call Lenley and how sweet he was to her.
But with all the drama there's still time for fun with a deal that will change more than just Lenley life. And melissa is really good at drawing you in. Then leaving you left with really needing more with a dramatic ending that I just loved.

This book has all the good elements that it needs to make it so interesting; love, pain, hurt, and lust!
The story flows nicely. Lenley Kinley is such a sweet girl, but also very timid and ready to learn! It's great to see three badass guys fall for her. The 'bedroom' activities are hot, and the emotions throughout the book are spot on. The guys are sexy and really all that; sweet, caring and very protective. After Laney's crush and her best friend made a mockery out of her, she needed them boys badly.
And then that cliff! Come on now! I need more.

This ladies and gents is the book that stole both my cherry and my heart, leaving me both hyper, and shocked at the same time.
The heartbreakers is the first book in a new series. Be prepared to laugh, to cry, to hate with a passion and love with your soul for this book will draw that out of you and more.
Lenley is the girl who didn't ask for much. Just the love of her best friend who her heart had belonged to for many years.
Darrius on the other hand is quite the dark horse. There's more to him that meets the eye that's for sure!
Cue in his rivals and their offer, then watch the explosions as they drop one after another after another!
Peyton, Channing and Jameson are dashing and daring, exciting and enticing, yet heartbreakers through and through.
Could I pick one over the others No! would I want to No! I'm team why choose all the way!
This book is full of fire and ice, steam and sauce, and I loved each and every second of it!
My heart will recover, my tears of frustration will dry up but my memory will never forget this book. Need I say more...?

This book was absolute perfection! Lenley is in love with her best friend, Darius, who is a complete idiot for not wanting her and treating her badly. And when the heartbreakers and Dariuses rivals find out they take her under their wing and promise her the best kind of revenge on him. I instantly fell in love with this story and could not put it down. Itโs got a little bit of everything in it. You will laugh and cry and be entranced by the story and you may even want to throw your kindle. Be prepared for one of the best extreme sports romance books ever.

I absolutely loved this book. Hot, steamy, having these guys help Lenley learn about her sexuality is addictive. They guys are so encouraging, obviously reaping the benefits, but they are sweet and protective.
The development of these characters is what really drew my in. The FMC is sweet and innocent, who tried saving herself for her childhood love, but as the book goes on, you see how she slowly develops into a young woman. The antagonist is so easily to hate, constantly thinking so highly of himself and putting his dick first.
But even then, the back story of the harem is complicated, and the history twists around some things I didnโt expect.
Add in that cliffhanger, and omg yes! Iโm here for it!!
The steam slowly builds. Iโm super excited to see just where book 2 goes, because I know this author can write the spice!

I love everything an out Star Cove!!
Len has been in love with her best friend Darrin since they were kids. When she gets rejected by him, she leaves and goes to Paris for a year. When she comes back, she finds out one of her best girl friends betrayed her and Darrin still doesn't want her.
Len gets help from Darrins rivals to make him jealous and see if he will want her when she is more experienced. Peyton, Channing and Jameson offer to help teach her everything they know and they can be friends with benefits, and the benefits are ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ!!!
Then feelings start getting involved and that cliffhanger!?!?! I can't wait for more!!

I couldn't even get through a quarter of this book. I just wanted to shake some self worth and sense into the main female character. She was extremely weak and niave and this frustrated me no end.

Wow!! Might be my new favorite from Ms. Adams! (Until the next one anyway๐)
Such a great start with so many wonderful aspects. I love the main character and really feel for her and the hurt and betrayal. I like the feeling of where this is all going and know it will tug on all my emotions. I really look forward to diving in deeper. So good!

Omg what a great start to what will be a great series. I read this within one sit in ๐ it had me hooked.
Lenley our FMC is in love with her best guy friend Darius. But unfortunately he doesn't have the same feelings he is just using her. So she goes to France for a year, she gets back hoping that her transformation has changed his feeling, but they haven't he breaks her heart and is dating one of her best friends who knew about Lenley's feelings for Darius. Darius's rivals who are known as the heartbreakers find out, and make a deal with Lenley but this deal appears to be making them develop feelings for one another... however this isn't confirmed but hopefully we will find out in the next book! The ending is a complete shocker though and it may cause issues with her and the guys situation.

This book is the first in a new series. It has a lovable heroine, best friends that were never friends, enemies that treat her better than her life long best friends.
You want to hug some characters and slap others.
This book was easy to get into for a nice read if you want to get into a roller coaster with your emotions while you read.

I am intrigued
I've read this author before and can I just sing my praises about the growth I see between those reads. I'm definitely diving into the backlog to read more by her. This book has me intrigued, there are so many theories spinning through my head which I can't wait to get answers on in the next books. I fell hard and fast for the Devilish heartbreakers and I truly hope they won't disappoint me in the future because they're clearly better than the Darrius guy who's working on my last nerve at this point. I am keeping a close eye on those Penn's. I need to know what was in Papa's letter!

The Heartbreakers is book 1 in the series of the same name by Melissa Adams.ย This is definitely not my 1st book by this author,ย as I just adore her work.ย
This book was completely amazing!!ย I just adore Lenley.ย Throughout the book, she became like a best friend and we went through all the emotions together.ย To be completely honest,ย there wasn't anything to NOT like about this book.ย Except maybe Darrius,ย Anna,ย and Kiara.ย But even then,ย they are crucial to the plot.ย
The Heartbreakers.ย They are SO much more. Fierce,ย loyal,ย amazing friends.ย Much more so than even someone you've known your entire life.ย They are also slow, and sweet.ย Everything you'd want in a boyfriend.ย Except they don't do relationships.ย
Wow,ย the ending!!ย Didn't even realize I was holding my breath until I finished.ย Thank goodness I can just right into the 2nd book (Her Devils), because I'm invested, I HAVE TO know what's going to happen next!!

I loved this book! The characters are amazing and the storyline is fantastic, I could not get enough! And that cliffhanger, Holy Crap!

Jameson, Peyton and Channing make up the Cove Devils skydiving team. They are well known around town as โthe heartbreakersโ, and they often have a range of women hanging off them.
Lenleyโs family owns the Cove Devils rival team, the Cove Angels. The angels lead man is Darrius Penn and Lenley has been in love with him for years. When she finally gets the courage to tell him on her 18th Birthday, Darrius brutally shuts her down. Mortified, Lenley books a trip to visit her dadโs family in France where she has been for the past year.
The night she returns, hoping Darrius has changed his mind about her she finds out that he has been dating her best friend and again tells her she is too inexperienced and he would get bored with her easily.
Peyton overhears this conversation and a plan starts to form. The Devils need to clean up their image to attract sponsors and they would love any chance to get back at Darrius, so they offer Leyton a deal to teach her everything they know about sex to make Darrius jealous.
I liked the boys, who doesnโt want three gorgeous athletes teaching them about sex, and they were very gentle with Lenley with their approach. Lenley is sweet, but I have to agree with Darrius on this one, she is a bit boring ๐ . The plot was just starting to develop towards the end of the book and we are left with the reveal of some pretty big news so I'm interested to see where the story will go in the next book!

This book was the first book I've read of Melissa Adams' and I am now hooked! I couldn't put this book down and I had a feeling where the ending was going to go, but I was still a bit surprised and want more!
Lenley has been in love with her best friend for as long as she can remember, but he doesn't see her the same way. She feels forced to run once from him, but she can't keep running so she has to find a way to get over him or at least make him jealous. The Heartbreakers are amazing. I love every single one of them and they may be Heartbreakers to the media, but they made me swoon a couple times while reading. Channing, Jameson, and Peyton bring out a new side to Lenley that I really like. I want more of them!
There are some great characters in this book, but Adams created some characters that I absolutely hate as well. I just wanted to slap some of these characters and was hoping that Lenley would do just that in so many scenes.
I enjoyed this book and cannot wait for the next book. I am hoping for some more steam as Lenley becomes more confident!
Lenley has been in love with her best friend for as long as she can remember, but he doesn't see her the same way. She feels forced to run once from him, but she can't keep running so she has to find a way to get over him or at least make him jealous. The Heartbreakers are amazing. OMG! The Heartbreakers is the first book I have read by Melissa Adams and this is not what Iโve expected. Maybe because of the chosen cover, I thought this would be a bite size erotic romance but my, was I wrong?! It is much, much more than that. First of all, it is an emotional read at times and causes a poignant reminder how cruel people can be when it suits them. Also, the story is quite interesting because it deals with a less written about extreme sport, skydiving and BASE jumping, and the athletesโ hard work, and challenges and dangers they face. The relationship between all the main characters feels quite authentic and relatable. The drama between certain characters is engrossing and maybe even captivating. Additionally, I can safely say that this is not a clean romance so readers like me can rejoice. The sensuality is at nuclear level and really tastefully done. There is a jarring cliffhanger but I knew what I was signing up for. I hope the next book Her Devils come out sooner than expected.

I am in love with this story and these characters are the ultimate, from gorgeous and yummy, to sweet, beautiful, REAL, and funny, & Pn The Flip-side there Skeezy chics that need a good olโ whop upside the head!! To certain guys that might make you want to take the pleasure in making them sing Soprano!! These characters MAKE YOU FEEL INTENSELY !!!
Itโs such an original Annnd Amazing story, I have Never read this type of Extreme sportโs theme and I found it fascinating and insane but definitely fascinating!! Oh that end Gahhhhโฆ. That is a WTAF Cliffy, I am so excited that the Heartbreakers 2 Wi be hereโฌ๏ธโฌ๏ธโฌ๏ธ

YES! YES! YES! How does she do it!! Another absolutely amazing book! Thse are a wonderful bunch of characters...this is a sports, reverse harem, contemporary forbidden even romance! There is a fantastic twist and the way she writes with witty characters and have the angst and steam!! Be still my heart. The characters wrap you up in a bubble of happiness..
Lol seriously Lenley is a great character and her guys! (Swoon) Channing is my favorite but all three are fantastic. This book was so good. I've just recently found this arthur through her other book's and I've yet to find one that I haven't loved, and this book, man I absolutely loved all these character's from the fmc Lenley who's discovered that the best friend she grew up with backstabbed her with the boy she's been in love with and she is heartbroken over the betrayal, but that all changes one night when she meets Peyton, Jameson, Channing are known as the Cove Devil's and have a reputation known around town as The Heartbreakers. Thing's heat up between these 4 after the deal they agree upon, but can they keep the feelings out. This book from start to the cliffhanger ending had me turning pages to find out what happened next, ugh now I have to wait on Book 2 um I going to be needing that like stat.

Lenley is just about everything I love in a FMC, sweet and a bit naive, but with a streak of defiance and a strong backbone when needed.

Oh these guys. I freaking love the fake dating, and the training tropes. Iโm a sucker for them always.

This book is a strong reminder of why I fell in love with why choose romance and how each guy slots into our FMCโs world.
This is going to be a reread for me, for sure.

First and foremost omg I hate Darrius!!!! He is the absolute worst and the person he becomes involved with (no spoilers) isnโt much better, in fact she can be worse in a lot of ways. But good news is Lenley connects with the Devilโs and as much as this is a business deal per se, I really feel like their connection is organic and has a ton of promise. I loved the story line, the BASE jumping and the tension between the Angels and Devils, it was interesting and fresh. Really the best part is Lenley, the guys and the connection theyโre starting. Iโm curious to see how it unfolds though after the end of this book!

The idea of this book sounded so intriguing to me because a team of skydivers as the hunks of a reverse harem romance? What could be any better....?
Although I enjoyed this element and I thought the main characterโs dynamic between her and the guys was great and super steamy.... Everything else kind of fell a little flat...
When the main character had to interact with people outside of the men she was getting hot and heavy with, she was super whiny and kind of too immature for me...
I kept screaming for her to grow some ovaries. I would also kind of skip the cringy parts and move on to the steamy...
However, the ending of this book was sort of interesting so Iโm intrigued to see where the story goes next... I mean the men are definitely worth staying for!

Holy man that cliffhanger has me reeling, and anxious for book 2.......like OMG I just can't wrap my head around that......crap what's Peyton feeling about this new enlightenment......Will it change things.......oh man what's Jameson & Channing thinking about this new development........ooooooo what will they parents do when they find out........so many questions and the wait to find out will just be the end of me. What am I to do while I wait for book 2?

What a heartbreak!
I've read practically everything from this author that I could get my hands on and I've been looking forward to this book for months.
It did not disappoint.
Lots of drama, lots of feelings. An FMC that is both sweet and determined. MCs that are cocky daredevils with a protective streak a mile high.
A cliffhanger at the end is practically unavoidable in series these days and this one was great! I can't wait to read the next book in the series.
I highly recommend this book.

Their relationship is just getting started but a curveball is thrown their way but itโs one Iโm excited for. I can tell more drama is about to happen and I canโt wait.

Great start to a new series
Melissa Adams never disappoints. This new series is just WOW!! Itโs fast paced, but you get all the feels. This will take you to the edge of your seat and back throughout. I love how you can easily love some characters and wanting to smack the others. Then you get to the ending and justโฆ.WOW!!! Okay, I hope the next one comes soon! I need to know what happens next!!
