The boy who was hiding in the back streets, who everyone knew was there but no one could find, seemed to be forgotten. It turns out, he just needed the right person to find him, comfort him, tell him a fairy-tale and help him make a better choice.
Such a great continuation of the Streetboys story.
Here we see Joe after he left Layton's, and he's back in the alley, taking care of the boys and searching for Noah.
Noah has been hiding, and he's definitely struggling. He's injured, half starved, and in danger. Can Joe convince him that going to Layton's is the safest option for him.
NOAH is a book that will quickly absorb you and you won't want to put it down.
I found it incredibly emotional, especially when we see that Joe feels like he doesn't belong anywhere. He doesn't realise how many people care for him. I just can't wait until he's reunited with Julian.
I already love Noah and Joss, that's an exciting relationship and I'm looking forward to more from them!
Meanwhile, we get to know Manni's son, Mikey, a little more and he seems like an interesting character too.
Part of a series, there's no conclusion to the story in NOAH, but once again, I love this world that Taylor J Gray has created. The characters are wonderful and the writing just sucks you in. I highly recommend this series!
