I have enjoyed many of Mr. Archer’s books. This was was not his best, in my opinion. The storyline was not cohesive and many things were not fully explained in the end. When did Meredith plant a bug on Esmeralda to get into her mind? And then there’s an inconsistency regarding Norah. She’s a baby/toddler, being carried and cooed at. But then in a scene on the airplane in the second chapter, she tells Diana that she’d like her dream car to run on bubbles rather than gas, and draws pictures of her creation. Then later she’s back to being a baby. Come on, David, you can do better.

I don’t know what’s changed with this book. I have enjoyed all the Noah books so far. But this is far and away the weakest story. The female characters are portrayed as easily led naive idiots for the first time. The story jumps around without explanation. It all just feels too rushed a lot of it made no sense.
It really is the first book of the series that I haven’t really enjoyed and I will probably still read the next one. I really do hope this is a dip in form and the next one is back to the good reads I’ve been used to.

I have read more than a few books in the Noah Wolf series. This one was disappointing in that it was like a first draft that needed polishing, editing.
Often the storyline felt ignored in favour of superfluous repetitive detail about the main characters love of cars, the description of said cars, houses and other bits and pieces.
The end 'twist' was unconvincing in the lack of detail leading to how and why it came about.
Much of the book I sped read, skipping paragraphs that contained nothing to drive the story forward.

Feels completely off
Having read the first twenty books in the series, this one felt completely different and wrong. Characters were different, the writing was nearly unrecognizable, and I found myself rolling my eyes at least once a page. Not sure what happened but I am truly hoping that whoever took over for #21 goes back to their day job. I want to finish the series but there's no way I can power through the rest if they are all like this one. Super disappointed.

What a disappointment
This was the most incompetent assassination ever and the team was idiotic. Again he focused too much on Esmeralda and Noah was useless. I will not read these anymore!

Snooze Fest
I've read all the Noah Wolf books but this is the most boring book I've read in years. I think David Archer was on drugs when he wrote this.

This book was more about personalities than action and so many things were supposed to be taken for granted or just omitted. The worst of a great series.

Long Awaited Noah Story Well Worth the Wait
David Archer had told us he was done writing, that he was burned out and wanted to retire from writing. This isn't A huge surprise considering how prolific a story teller he is. Archer has many storylines to track with even more characters to keep straight. Then he started to collaborate with Blake Banner and we got entirely new storylines. Well it must have been the rejuvenation he needed because this is the Noah Wolf story we needed. E&E, an assassination company was outed by those in the US Government who felt their Group should be the ones to carry out assassination. Well, E&E went global and became the allies group to stop wars and warmongers where an assassination would stop bloodshed.
Then a loose lipped Senator had to open her mouth and say where did that secret organization of assassins go? We could use them again.
Loose lips sink Senators.
There were some loose storylines that didn't track well here but it still deserves 5 star to have a stand-alone Noah Wolf story happen!

I have enjoyed this series since the beginning. I appreciate and enjoy the character and team development, the inventions of Wall and his team and the couple story lines and development. This book was very disappointing. It feels like the author is getting tired of the E&E group. There were things in this book that didn't make sense, like a tunnel under one of the houses that they had moved into two days prior. One place where little Norah is drawing a map or something like that when she is a toddler. How did Meredith know about the entire team and what she was doing? In past books when things have happened we know (before the end of the book) how information was leaked, not so in this book. Since David Archer has several other series in the works it is my personal opinion that it is time to end this series with them all living, semi-happy, contented lives on their island.

Vulnerability.
Up until now most situations have been a win for Camelot and his teams. Some losses, which cut deeply, but overall successful.
Now they are summoned back to the States indefinitely. There is a problem.
Meredith Bascom, head of the CIA, is determined to eliminate E&E.
She has gained her position by blackmail , conversion and elination. She has dirt on most politicians, civil employees and power brokers. People don't like her, but they fear her, as they should. She is entirely ruthless.
Noah & Co. have to stop her before she kills them.
Excellent read, couldn't put it down. Eagerly await the next episode - how long before their retirement in Florida is disturbed?

Not quite as good, but still good enough
This is different to others in the series, in that it's a lot less direct Action and a lot more investigative.
It's pretty slow going, a lot of focus on the cars for some reason. If assassin's are that easily distracted by nice cars, we're all safe
The main premise is the disbandment/elimination of E&E and Noah and Co's attempts to prevent it. In reality, given the circumstances in the first third of the book, both sides had multiple opportunities to achieve their goal and yet another 200 pages were needed to actually get a conclusion
It's still a very engrossing read, but don't expect the same as earlier E&E stories

Was this a different author? This book was so unlike any of the other books that maybe it was someone else that wrote it. Every character did not act like they in every book they were in. Noah had emotions when he spoke. The entire book was nonsense from start to finish. I have read all of the books in the series, except this book, twice, and I wasn't disappointed until I read this one. There's going to be another book and I hope the characters go back to the way they acted before. Oh and when did Bobbie go back to being Roberta?
Now I need to find something else to read that will be enjoyable, because this sure didn't do it for me.

Not the best I this series
The story was very slow starting and there seemed an excess of characters making me return to previous pages to remember who they were. I found certain parts of the story highly unlikely. The latter chapter where the cia agents are killed would cause a uproar,they were innocents!l. When the team were captured the robot had the means to put everyone to sleep. But I still read it to the end. Not a bad book but have read better but will still read the final book 22

Florida is a good place to live, maybe
David Archer never disappoints his readers. Noah Wolf and his team have a new enemy. A highly placed person in the political arena in D.C. When the former President of the United States escaped a planned assassination , Noah knew it was time to go to work and find out who was causing all the fear in the halls of Congress. No one was safe. Excellent read. Recommend

Not up to par with anything in the series. I wasn't sure i was even reading a David Archer writing. disjointed, stops and starts with not a lot of clarity. Story line had potential but it seemed to leave out parts and pieces that would created a better flow for the story. Not David's best work. I love the series. That being said will read the next book hoping for a return to the excitement of Noah and Camelot

A fantastic series
This was an intense, complex, and suspenseful story that you certainly won't want to miss! When the CIA Director starts trying to make moves to shut them down, Noah and the rest of the teams are determined to strike back. However, is it even possible to do so when it seems that she's always several steps ahead of them?
I would definitely recommend this book, series, and outstanding author.

Too many plot errors
I love these characters and storyline but the editors for plot consistency are not lacking. It's as if someone reads these that has never read any of the books in the series. At times the contradictions are within the same page. It's frustrating as someone who loves this series. Hire me folks, I'll certainly help iron out these plot errors.

Sadly Not my Favorite
Although intriguing and interesting at points it dragged on with quite a bit confusion (in my mind)! The whole Bascom/Diana relationship was difficult to follow and understand because Nothing really happened. The ending was way to drawn out and confusing to border on tedious. I'm a BIG David Archer and Noah and E & E fan, but NOT this one!

E&E is to be disbanded due to the ruthless head of the CIA. She wants all the power and wants Noah and his group terminated. This is stopped but E&E is going into retirement and downsizing to 3 teams only to do a few select fixes for the US & UK. Great series, I've read every book.

Well Book 21 didn't disappoint. Noah and E&E find them selves pitted by a very smart but deadly and sinister leader of the CIA who wants to put an end to E&E for ever. A lot can happen with this and none of it good. Thus book was exciting as usual and I am looking forward to the next one again.

The whole series kept me going for months.. Thank You and sorry to see them go. Your writing is straight forward and easy to read. And who knows, maybe we do have an E&E within the USA.. And when I say family, I’m talking about the Teams and characters. See ya around.. Pat

Keeps you guessing
An interesting adventure for the agents of E&E. In one instant they settle into new relaxed lives and then then are in the midst of psychological war with the evil head of the CIA. It is a true turn of events for the usually physically active group. And that create a bit of an anomaly.

Crazy Government Corruption
This was a very interesting story but was not my favorite. It bounced a lot and I had a harder time following it. There will be many who disagree and who love it. To each their own. The corruption in government in this story is pretty frightening, to say the very least.

Absolute worst of this series so far, and I’ve read all previous books. Full of immensely stupid plot holes, and the author shows an extremely poor grasp of human nature, much less story telling. I give up. This guy can’t write. Convoluted and just plain dumb, his conclusions are borderline moronic.

Im Amazed
I truly did not think I was going to enjoy this book at first.
I tend to have a hard time getting into each of the Noah Wolf books.
I do, however, stick with them though because I always know they will end up amazing.
I did not think that was going to happen with this one, and it shocked me!
Loved it as usual!

E&E are still alive, but...retired?
When it becomes clear that the head of the VIA is out to eliminate all of the teams that Allison and Noah have been running, they have to once and for all...retire!!!
