Powerbuilding Cluster Sets

Rate this book
The glossy bodybuilding magazine routine of three sets of tens reps from the 1990’s is played out. Unfortunately, its biggest benefit is nostalgia.

While a stroll down memory lane is fine, we need results and that routine won’t cut the mustard for the serious powerbuilder.

Thankfully, there is a better way and that way is cluster sets!

For over 70 years, record-setting strength athletes have reaped the benefits of cluster sets and more recently so have smart bodybuilders.

So, what exactly is a cluster set?

Cluster sets mean a set is divided into several parts. That intraset rest period allows you to lift more total weight, for more total volume—the ultimate recipe for gains in strength and size!

The bottom line is cluster sets are superior for powerbuilding.

We teach you all about cluster sets with the most effective powerbuilding program ever assembled.

Uncluster your training with cluster sets!
