He's back to claim her, but the past always comes back to haunt you…
It’s been a while since the events of “Risk,” and the gang are enjoying the quiet life, but things don’t stay quiet for long—In the dead of night, William Ryder, a man Charlotte hasn’t seen in ten years, comes knocking on her door.
A decade ago, he was the love of her life…and then he vanished without a trace.
She thinks he’s passing through. He’s there to pick up where they left off. They even end up buying a dog together!
The problem is—the story of where William’s been...and who he’s become, sounds more incredible than even she can believe. And as an ex-spec-ops soldier, Charlotte’s seen a lot!
What neither of them realizes—is that William coming back into her life is going to set off a chain of events that will put everyone they know and love in unimaginable danger, irrevocably altering their futures and destinies.
It’s a world-wind romance, and a second chance for both of them, all they have to do…is live through it.
Actions have consequences.
Add to that some spies, assassins and a secret pregnancy, and you’re in for a hell of a wild ride in this nail-biting sequel to “Risk.” Only from Amanda King!

Actions have consequences. This is book two in A Dangerous Romance. It follows Charlotte and her first love William who disappeared ten years ago. Amanda King takes us on a wild ride full of twists and turns, action, and steam. I can't wait for the next page turner in this series.
I loved, loved loved the first book and the second I had been putting off starting until I had a slot of time to just read as like before … I couldn’t put it down. Talk about action, danger, sex and intrigue. I loved the characters and the twists. I thought I had it all figured out who Primary was and got that totally wrong…. A woman who knows how to make a reader enthralled. 5******.
