This was a good read. Jenna and Aiden had a one bight stand. Several years later they are given a second chance. However, she has been keeping a secret from him. Of course when he finds out things are messy. Thankfully in the end everything works out and they get their happy ending.

I'm not really into the secret baby for to long, yeah she had no way of finding him, ok I can accept that but once they are there please tell him!! It's just to much drama and it's alway because they are selfish of being hur themselves hiding behind "I want to protect my kid" come on you are Fucking him!!!
Now, it was a good story if not for the long period of secrecy I would've given it 5 stars

I liked this book. It gave me some serious feels and was very emotional. I thought the sparks between Jenna and Aiden were plentiful and their attraction powerful. A smartly constructed combination of intense emotions, drama, heat, tension and heart read easily and packed a potent punch. All and all, a very enjoyable book. This is my independent, impartial review.

Not For Me

Low 3, maybe even closer to a 2.5. It was just not that great for me. Aiden and Natalie give the story some life but other than that I wasn’t into it. First, there was a hole in the plot point that Jenna couldn’t find Aiden because she didn’t know his last name. He was friends with the groom she went to the wedding of. She could have called up that couple and said “yeah, I’m going to need your friend Aiden’s number”. But let’s pretend that wasn’t possible. Maybe they were both wedding crashers instead. Even if she couldn’t have gotten a hold of him, once she saw him again she should have told him about their daughter. Instead she dates him, lets him fall for Natalie and worry about the Dad. Then takes months to tell him the truth. She was deplorable and selfish. I didn’t find any redeeming qualities in her character. So I couldn’t find joy in the HEA.

One Night - Second Chance Years Later

Jenna and Aidan have a one night stand without revealing their last names. That one night ends in a surprise for Jenna. She is unable to tell Aidan since she never learned is last name.

Several years later Jenna finds she is neighbors with Aidan. Jenna and Aidan still have sparks between them which they act upon. Aidan bonds with her daughter not knowing she is his child. She doesn’t tell him her secret right away and this will cause some problems.

Jenna and Aidan find their way together and get their well deserved HEA.

Oh I just loved Aidan and Jenna and I can't forget little Natalie's story! Their story was so sweet and heart warming!! They met and had one night which made a sweet little girl and the didn't see each other for years! But one chance ER visit and then being neighbors brought them back together!! I would recommend this book to everyone!

Second Chance

This is Number 8 in The Billionaire’s Secret series by R.S Ellis - Doctor’s Baby as all the series can be, read as a stand alone, it does mention previous book characters in passing.
This the story of Aidan a dedicated hardworking and hard playing Doctor and Jenna a Journalist who meet at a wedding just after Jenna finds out her fiancé is cheating on her. They spend an amazing night together, Aidan wakes up the next morning and is devastated to find he is alone and has no way to track Jenna down.
Fast forward to 6 years later, Aidan working a shift in ER and they run into each other again, only Jenna now has a 5 year old and Aidan is a happily single.
Imagine Aidan’s surprise when he gets home and discovers his new neighbours are Jenna and her gorgeous daughter Natalie. Aidan and Jenna start dating and getting closer, he is also growing closer to Jenna’s daughter. Aidan’s falling fast for the idea of getting a happily ever after. But, Jenna’s keeping secrets. These secrets may just jeopardise any chance for that future happiness.

Ladies - the most important lesson to learn - if you had a one night stand and found out later you were pregnant and didn't get his name to find him and let him know but you run into him years later. The first words out of your mouth should be you're a father and then explain the situation. Getting into a relationship with the baby daddy and hiding it from him for months is never ever a good idea. So much drama could be avoided this way. Too bad Jenna didn't learn that lesson earlier.

Guys - remember to wrap it before you tap it, otherwise, you may find out one day that you're a father when you weren't prepared to be.

The story was overall very good and had a happy ending but I dislike all the drama especially when so much of it could easily have been avoided. It was good getting to see Aidan finally come into his own and get the same love that Sawyer and Harrison had in their books. I'm looking forward to see if the next books are with Aidan's brothers.

It's a cute story - they met around 6 yrs ago at a wedding, had a lot to drink, spent the night together and then in the morning when Aiden wakes up, he's alone. She turns up at a hospital all those years later with her ill daughter and guess who's the doctor!! Not only that, when he gets home from work, she's his new neighbour! Double coincidence. For a medical man there is absolutely no reference to whether they should be using contraception - hence 2 surprise pregnancies. Jenna slowly introduces Aiden to their daughter but is uncertain when to actually tell him that he's her actual father - never a good thing to put off. I thought it was an okay read but there were times when I got annoyed with the storyline, for example - they are out for a date and an ex/casual old girlfriend comes up to Aiden chatting to him, ignoring Jenna who decides to runs off down the park path. Does Aiden run after her immediately? No. He stands and chats to this girl before deciding to find Jenna who by that time has disappeared. Mmm, not sure he deserves true love after all.

Secrets And Trust Don’t Mix -
Jenna and Aidan each tried to keep themselves calm when they met years after their one night stand, but Jenna was really overwhelmed as she was keeping a secret from Aidan. Their relationship starts out slowly, but the feeling from their previous time together is revived as they spend time together, but they faced uncertainty when Jenna received unexpected news and had to reveal her secret. Their lives were thrown into chaos, but their love for each other combined with understanding and forgiveness, helped them get their happiness back.

I love reading second chance romance stories and this book really held up to my high expectations for enjoyment. It was an emotionally steamy read, with an undefinable depth to the story, that held my attention all the way until the end. This is a book I would b happy to recommend for your next Saturday relaxation experience.

She flew home the next day. When Jenna found out she was pregnant, she didn’t know Aidan’s last name or how to contact him so she’s been a single mom. She recognizes Aidan but he doesn’t seem to recognize her.

Does Aidan remember Jenna and their awesome night together? Will he figure out Natalie is his daughter? Will Jenna be brave enough to tell Aidan? Do they still have feelings for each other?

I am really enjoying the characters in this series.

Jenna had just moved to a new town and certainly didn't expect to meet the man who had been her one night stand six years ago. They only exchanged first names,so when she discovered she was pregnant Jenna had no way of finding Aidan, now she finds out he's a doctor and at that moment he was treating her daughter, well he's actually treating THEIR daughter. Fate has another surprise, they're neighbours, plus, the spark from their past is still there. But when will be the right time to tell Aidan he's a dad.
I really enjoyed reading this story of second chances and a surprise family which also has great characters that you find yourself rooting for.

So, hmm. This is Aidens story. I mostly liked reading about his quest for love. There’s a few things which doesn’t really have worked out for me, but as always, it’s in the view of the reader. The storyline ads up, it’s actually a rather long one, but not too long. Don’t read me false, it isn’t a boring book by no way! But I have to admit that my main issue are coming from Jenna’s character…
But anyway, that’s only my opinion. You should read the book and see for yourself!

Good second chance
It's a good romance, tender, hot, rather cute just like its characters.
Aidan, a doctor passionate about his work, finds Jenna by chance, with whom he had spent a night 6 years earlier. Without knowing it, he is the father of the child he is caring for.
Beyond the romance, the whole story revolves around Jenna who will or won't tell him his paternity, but that's also what annoyed me because sometimes the story is slowed down by Jenna's hesitations.

Jenna found her fiance with a bridesmaid at a wedding. Aidan was at the same wedding to see his friend Tom tie the knot. The two met at the open bar, proceeded to talk the night away as they drank themselves silly, and ended up in bed together. Six years later, the two become neighbors. There is plenty of romance and steam to read about and enjoy plus the kicker is the HEA at the end of the story. Highly recommended.

This is a fairly typical one night stand leads to surprise baby story. What makes it special is when Aiden and Jenna meet again, even though Aiden doesn’t know he has a child, he takes a look at his life, relationships, and new neighbor Jenna.

Jenna’s sweet personality just added to the enjoyment of the story. She was a bit of a hand wringer, but maybe she had good reason to be.
