I checked this book out of the library. Two chapters in, I realized it's so valuable that I bought a copy. If you write in any of these genres, this book is a must have!

Let me put it this way. I took this book out of the library and then bought a copy before I finished reading it. I have read and attempted to read many books about writing and this is the first I have read from cover to cover without setting it aside. It is on point in its advice and guidance. It is engaging and clever. Its voice is relatable and conversational.

I have no doubt I will be re-reading, annotating and dog-earing it for many years!
