The Big Ten

Has Science Made God Unnecessary?

Rate this book
There is a widespread assumption that there is no space for God in science, and no space for science in Christianity. This book addresses the question of whether the search for answers excludes belief in a Deity. Ransom Poythress’ logical and well–reasoned look at the common arguments will be a fascinating read for any with a genuine interest in pursuing truth.

This is a very good book. With the seeming rise of the "militant" atheist flooding the social media channels regurgitating the same old soundbites, buzzwords and snippets from their favourite prominent Atheist scientists, it is refreshing to have somebody present information in a less linear format. Ransom Poythress doesn't push anything but simply gives thought provoking material to be considered with regards to many things that Science is unable to provide answers to due to being outside the scope which science could hope to cover.

Ransom gives clear and concise information in a humble way and whilst coming from an obviously intelligent mind, presents it in an easy to understand way.
