I love a good teacher/student romance. Especially one that involves some steamy nude modelling and painting.
The characters were great, Tarq was super mysterious, sexy and cool as a cucumber. Sera did come off a bit immature but she is only 18, I didn't really feel to much character development from the 2 but it was still enjoyable to follow their story.
The story was pretty hot, and the forbiddenness makes it so much more steamy. I love Tarq and his dirty talk!
"I have never, ever needed to fuck anyone like I need to fuck you, Seraphina"
Really enjoyed it, this author is on my radar now!

The writing style was not as 'modern' as I had imagined it to be. It reminded me more of Mills & Boon books I have read (that's the best way I can describe the writing style).
Sera is 17 and attracted to her Art Teacher, Mr Malek. We never find out how old Mr Malek is which was annoying. I didn't particularly like Mr Malek's character. He seemed very stiff upper lip but then later in the story he starts calling Sera 'babe' and it didn't sit right with his earlier character.
I've read quite a few student/teacher romances and this one wasn't bad but unfortunately, I didn't really feel the chemistry from Mr Malek's side. He came across a bit like a dirty old man. I think the author should have given his POV so we could understand him more. I quite liked Sera and the author did a good job of writing a 17/18 year old girl.
One thing I found unrealistic was the fact Mr Malek knew Sera was a virgin but the first time they have sex, he did not use protection nor did he want to. Sera did admit afterwards that she was on the pill but he didn't know that when he decided to not use anything, he just said if anything happened he would take care of her. For a man that supposedly knew how wrong it was of him to be attracted to his student, it didn't ring true that he would also take such a risk as to impregnate her.

Sooo I gave this book 4 stars because simply enough I enjoyed it.
I hated the writing style, and I didn't understand some of the lango because i'm from America, I don't mean that as a bad thing or a dig, it just is.
It was sexy, not much depth but again I still really liked it,
There isn't many teacher student romance I can get into, and its because the heroine is immature. While you can tell that Sera is young, it's not thrown in our face. Tarq is possessive, jealous, brooding.
So if you have any questions why I enjoyed this book it was Tarq.... weird names
Anyway, I'll read more of Cades work, hopefully she makes it to kindle unlimited.
Tarquin Marek is an amazing dominant male character. A great romance novel showing the true love between two people. His Model Student grabbed my attention and my heart and had me feeling like I was standing side by side with the characters the entire time. This book is everything a student teacher novel ought to be, dangerous, risky, but totally worth it!
Tarq's appearance is appealing to any woman! A novel I will be reading again and again!
FIVE Tarq's oil painted STARS Another student-teacher romance by Cades that left me with all the feels! Seriously His Model Student was everything a student-teacher romance should be! And Ahhh! Tarq was so dreamy & swoon worthy! My word he was just perfect. And the angst?!? Oh boy don't even get me started! It was pretty much amazing. His Model Student is definitely a book I'll want to reread...again & again. *winks*

Thank you Noël Cades for the opportunity to read your book. This was an enjoyable read. I received this a while ago, and I finally found it. I love student-teacher relationship stories ever since I watched the first episode of Pretty Little Liars. There are some stories that I do not like, but most of them I do. This is one of the stories I do like. I really like the characters. I thought it was funny how they first met. Tarq did not realize Sera was a student and made her model nude for his art class until the actual model came. Awkward! I really liked their relationship. I thought Tarq was sweet, yet sexy. I found Sera cute and lovable. I enjoyed the ending. I am happy that they got their HEA. Overall, a great read.
More like 4.5 stars. This was such a fast read. Took me a couple of hours to completely devour it. Mmm what to say, as most of you definitely know, I have a weakness for student-teacher relationship novels. They're my favourite. This book was very good, kind of short and too fast in my opinion though. Some points could have been dragged on a bit more, explained a bit more too. I wish we got more of Sera & Tarq's background a bit more. Nonetheless, this was a very good book. Recommend it to anyone wanting to read a steamy, cute, lovely novel.
I loved this book. The intensity between Mr Marek and Sera was simply electrifying. Great work Noel Cades, you did an amazing job of portraying these two.
The Author kindly provided a copy for me to enjoy and write my honest review.
So I finished this book a few days ago, and I just needed a day or so before writing what I though of it. Everyone knows I love forbidden romance between a teacher and a student and if that's what you are looking for this book wont disappoint you. We have to characters Sera and Marek who meet and less than stellar circumstances and then realize there are student teacher. This two you can say have chemistry since the beginning. Sera is more open when her feeling for Marek while Marek is more colds towards her in hopes of fighting his desire to have Sera. At times I got frustrated at him because of his "moral compass" or whatever the hell it was he wasted precious pages of this book acting super cold towards Sera who was smitten with him since she first saw him. One thing to be said about this book is that the sexual tension builds rather slowly and when they finally give into what they both are feeling is almost 45 % of the book. After that we have an amazing clandestine relationship till the drama starts. Why!!! After that we have to wait almost till the end of the book for the H and h to be together again. The secondary characters and really good in this story and I wish they had a book about them. Lois was a funny character and I was rather intrigue about her relationship with Marek friend. The age difference there would have made a great story. The ending was so good, it almost made up for all the time the characters spent separated in this book. It made me happy that this couple ended how they did. :)
This book was really good but not totally a 10 for me. Something was definitely missing that I never really connected with the characters which is something I enjoy in a really good book. This book was more like watching a move, from the outside. So for me it was a 7 out of 10 really.
The writing style of Noel works for me perfectly. I may be biased because I love S-T book, but I really enjoyed this book.
The way it started was slightly different compared to other S-T books. I've definitely not read this starting before. .. and u have read A lot S-T .
As for the characters Tarq I loved! he wasn't your lovey-dovey guy. which I think made it more real. He used the attitude and anger approach to fight the attraction. There were times I wanted to scream WTF at him and then there were the 'aww' moments where he let his guard down.
Sef I felt was immature, but then she is only 18.. so it's to be expected. I did enjoy her relationship with her friends. The romance and chemistry was showed between her and Tarq very well. Although I feel there could have been a bit more of a relationship development between them. I do feel the ending was a bit rushed and there were area that were not wrapped up. Tarq moved because of his father but them his father wasn't mention after.
Overall a very good book! well done Noel Love it!!! 4.5*
The sexual tension enters on page 1 in this fast paced erotic romance. The characters are really well developed, especially the evil ex-girlfriend.
Sera is an art student doing her A levels by day and undertaking life drawing classes at night. Falling for the broody Mr Marek, her art teacher in both locations. He seems to hate Sera, so why can't he stay away from her?
I loved Sera's busybody best friends, Lois and Joel who provide comedy and support to Sera's dramas.
The action never stops, with raunchy sex scenes tastefully written and all the while Sera is trying to finish her A levels. It's not all erotica, there's a fair dash of romance involved too.
I read this book in one sitting.
Disclosure: I received this book as an advanced copy from the author. Thanks!
I LOVE this book!! I read it on Wattpad and just couldn’t get enough! Since then, I’ve reread the book so many times. Tarquin Marek is what every girl dreams of; dark, sexy and totally alluring! This book takes me on a roller coaster each time I read it, even now after 5 or 6 reads, it’s a new journey every time! I love how possessive Tarquin is over Sera, how much he needs her, and how much he truly loves her. Would totally recommend to everyone!
The book was very cute and I enjoyed it a lot. It was a very awkward pace but I enjoyed when things got interesting. Funny when the author said if you are not into it getting steamier stop now because that was a laugh. The book was interesting and different which I appreciate. Student models nude for teacher and sees her as a muse then they fall for each other and crazy ex comes and is crazy. Fun times.
I loved this book. It was so well written! I loved both of the main characters, all the pent up tension. Unlike other similar novels Tarq had so much depth which I really enjoyed. It helped me out of a reading slum. There were a few loose ends but I reall enjoyed this book.
I am in love with this book! One of the many good books I've read on wattpad. The tension and anticipation of what's gonna happen next is what keeps me reading
This was a book where I wasn't sure how I would feel, but honestly I really liked it. Sera shows up to her evening art class and the teacher, Mr. Marek, tells her to undress. He assumed she was his model. Rather than listen to her, she decides to undress and model. And cue the actual model who is late. The teacher is embarrassed as well as Sera but he can't get her out of his head. He comes up with an idea to paint her. But we see how that is going to go...
The writing and plot was really good. It flowed really well. No crazy out there stuff that didn't make sense. It worked really well. It surprised me, in a good one. I loved seeing the relationship develop between the two of them. The spice was great too...which we all want and love.
Love me a good WattPad book I can consume in one day! Then digest it all over again when I want too.
What a strong lead and artistic male?! The slow burn and their chemistry is undeniable… from the first scene to the epilogue, every moment spent with Seraphina and Tarquin was worth reading!!
Noel Cades continues to impress me with her style of writing. Her flair and power with words continuously impressed me no matter how many times I reread her books!
LOVE, was a very fun read! Finished this really fast, and that’s because it’s such a page turner. WOW, would for sure recommend to others!! Only reason why I didn’t rate it 5 stars, is because I was robbed so many times in that book. So many missed opportunities to write the most, toe curling, heart racing, eye rolling, smut. 😭 But overall is good!
I started reading it on Wattpad around 8pm CEST today (30th of April 2023), and I almost just finished it here around 11.30 pm. It is simply that good, and I could not stop reading it. I just had to finish it today. Amazing story that I 100% will recommend!
