This was a great guide to becoming a certified personal trainer. The information was presented in an easy to follow format and I still found quite a bit of "new" information that I didn't know even after exercising and being physically active for many decades. Even if you're not interested in becoming a personal trainer, it is still a great resource to provide knowledge on basic body functions, nutrition, how the body creates and expends energy, different physical fitness goals, a list of sample exercises and stretches and making an exercise program.
