Following the publication of his popular Bigfoot Horror Stories series, author Steven Armstrong was approached by someone on the internet claiming they can take him to see sasquatch in the wild. Initially, the idea sounds crazy, but things get serious when the email is followed up with a devastating photograph.
Will Steven accept the offer? How does this mysterious individual even know how to track down these elusive creatures?
If he does decide to embark on this expedition of a lifetime, what will he do if he finds himself in extreme danger?
This was a different kind of story for you if it is "True" you can now say, I've now seen it and believe it! My respect for the intelligence of these creatures has now grown if the did not hurt you but protected you from harm that night! They are NOT all scary carnivores; they are just wanting to live their lives outside human encounters if at all possible!! Looking forward to more of your stories in the future! I do believe they exist without having to experience them in person!
Devoured this in less than an hour’s time and can’t wait to dive into the next book. As someone who lives in Bigfoot country, I got the chills reading this. Great, quick, action-packed read for anyone who loves a spooky story—believer or skeptic.
Well written as usual and very interesting. Only disappointment being that it was shorter than the other books from this author! Looking forward to the next book! Keep up the good work!
The first book in this series is about a guy that has seen a Bigfoot himself. He makes contact with a woman who has had more experiences with Bigfoot than he has. She takes him out where she knows he can see a Bigfoot but things don't go smoothly.
There's also the typical 'because I know something there are guys out to silence me' approach used by the woman.
Herein lies a a problem. I have already read the second book and the problem remains. Are these books true, loosely based on truth or complete fiction?
I'm tending to the fiction view of things. Do Bigoot creatures exist? I don't know. They might but there is no open scientific proof that they do. The problem lies in how convenient it is for the author to have been contacted by a woman that has experences, is willing to take him to see one or more and at the same time seems to be hunted for her knowledge of what she knows.
It's like the Men in Black who appear to terrorize UFO sighters (and one of these days they are going to pick on the wrong person.)
Do the first two books read well? Yes, they do. Are they interesting? Yes, they are. Are the true, though? I don't think so.
I was really disappointed in this book ! I thought it was going to be more Bigfoot chance meetings of people telling their experiences but was like he made up this story just to have something to write about! This book was mostly about him and that's it! Didn't care for it that much I keep expecting it to change and never did.
I enjoyed this story. Funny thing after reading this story it brought back a long forgotten memory. I lived in Puyallup for awhile. There had been people that heard Bigfoots at night. A friend and I went into the woods and could hear the "call" they made. Any way I recommend this book.
I feel a little left in the lurch when it ended. But I feel a second book coming! I like the doubts and plot thickening much as I would feel in the author's place. Do you trust or suspect ??
I was going to give this four stars because there wasn't any picture but once I got to the end of the book I realized it was just a story. The author admits he has never seen a Bigfoot. I do believe people are seeing something. So it is a good story based on someone's report I imagine. If you are a Bigfoot follower give it a try.
Loved the book! Knowing it was a “real” account of the author actually seeing a Sasquatch was both compelling and terrifying! I love Mr. Armstrongs books and to read a first hand account of his own encounter was fascinating! Thanks for another wonderful experience!
The first book was short, and now need to buy every book to complete this story. If the rest of the books are this short might as well have put them all into one complete story book.
