Feed My Sheep - A Servant's Handbook to a spiritual Service

Rate this book
Pope Shenouda's life stands as an icon and very real example of service, a service we can all aspire to learn from. This book contains a collection of Pope Shenouda's teachings on service which he used to give at St Reuiss Cathedral in Cairo, at a servant's preparation meeting attended by thousands of servants over the years.
Treat this book as a handbook, a field manual to serving, to being a person who lives and breathes service as Christ did. In it you will find writings on an array of topics relevant to service and ministry. Use it to challenge yourself, to always improve yourself, to ask yourself, am I a true servant?

Wow a 5 is way to low of a rating for this book.

This was my lent book and like every Pope Shenoda book I always wanna start from page one again after I finish it. This book has affected my service A LOT and I must revisit it routinely. I’d like to say more and more about it but that would mean I’d talk about every single page.

I cannot emphasise enough how rich with wisdom this book is. It's so beautiful. Often I found myself taken aback, having been called out on many of my shortcomings as a servant.

It can be a little bit difficult to read at times because of the quality of translation and minor repetition, but those are very easy to look past in my opinion.
