More about team ops than “leadership,” but a solid set of practices … useful for ICs, too, especially in big departments.

A book I continually refer back to, with guidance that’s easily applied to adjacent teams in design or product, you’ll quickly understand where to start or build on the ops needs of your teams. Full of examples and templates, it’s equally good whether you read cover-to-cover, or jump in and out of chapters tailored to the problem you’re solving. Thank you Rachel for creating this resource for the community!

Great tips for leading content ops. Good for any content designer, not just managers.
