I knew I had to get this book after finishing GTA V and looking up Shawn Fonteno, I was not wrong.

Open, honest, harsh and, in parts, shocking, you cannot help but cheer on Shawn and it pays off in the last chapter with a story that is heart breaking as it is wonderful.

I read this in one sitting and I highly recommend it to other GTA V/Franklin fans. I've watched a few interviews with Shawn Fonteno talking about his life, but it feels different reading it in his voice. Although my life has been much different, I still find inspiration from this novel because I can tell he gets mental health struggles and how dark it can get.
I'm so proud of him after reading his story! I hope his story continues to reach others.

This book was great, I recommend it to anyone that’s played GTA, it gives great insight into how the game was made and now Shawn got to where he was and made a name for himself.
