How would it feel to be able to understand the root cause of the problems that constantly arise in your relationships and how to solve them? And what if I told you that when you discover your Attachment Style, you could finally truly understand every one of your relationships, including the one you have with yourself?

In this book we will go in depth through the 4 different attachment styles discovered by psychologists John Bowlby and Mary Ainsworth. Emily Moore's book is easy to read and reminds me of a bit of a university textbook, but much more amicably written. She takes the time to delve into the subject material, covering the history of Attachment Theory from when it was called ethology until more recent evolutions. It is a great place to start if you are interested in the subject.
