He did knight in shining trisuit like he did everything else—like a champ. But could she trust him?
Matilda O’Loughlin has three goals in life: win a medal at the Olympics, scare off the guys her dad tries to set her up with, and keep her crush on her family’s nemesis, Randall “Randy” Escott a secret. With just four months to the Olympics, she’s on track to miss all three. But she isn’t a quitter, and hating Randy Escott should be easy.
Randall Escott has one goal in life: to win gold, especially at this year’s Olympic Games. But acting like the villain—The Bad Boy of Triathlon—has gotten old, especially when he finds himself with two new goals: stop being a jerk, and win over Matilda O’Loughlin. Could he win gold as a nice guy? Or would losing his bad boy ways also cost him his edge?
I freakin' loved It Takes Two!! - it's my new favourite! I know I say that a lot but it's not my fault the author gets better with each release. This book had everything - internal turmoil/ conflicting values and an international stage for a hero and heroine with lofty goals.💕 It doesn't matter if you are into triathlon or not - this book blends the sport into the story so well that anyone can enjoy reading this! PS- no I didn't cry- it was just the sweat from breaking my PB (reading so quickly) - I finished it in less than 24 hours🔥🔥.
IT TAKES TWO is a fun enemies to lovers romcom. I really enjoyed this sequel of TWO FOR THE ROAD, the first book of The Swim Bike Run Novels. IT TAKES TWO follows the story of Mattie and Randall, who are rival elite athletes with great chemistry and delicious banter. It's a great read whether you're into triathlon or not.
