They say bad things come in threes… Well, whoever made up that rule can kiss my ass. First, a freaking tornado rips through town, not only decimating my new apartment but putting my bar out of commission. Second, I’m homeless, desperate, and left with no choice but to live with the most annoying jerk I’ve had the displeasure of meeting: my best friend’s twin brother. Third… well, how can it possibly get any worse?
Oh, maybe by having to see his stupidly handsome face—the one I can’t decide if I want to punch or kiss (sometimes both)—on a daily freaking basis. Constant exposure to that panty-melting grin is bound to make any girl insane. And that mouth, imagining what those lips could do to me if they weren’t spewing the kind of nonsense that reminds me exactly why I hate him in the first place… In fact, the only thing more miserable than all of the above is falling for the guy.
Nope, no way. Not gonna happen.
Tral Lake’s resident playboy might be everything I’ve ever wanted. But what I want doesn’t matter. Because Jake Moore and I go together like beer before liquor–we’re bound to make each other sicker.
Want You Moore is a full-length romance complete with HEA, no cliffhanger, and no cheating. Note: this story is not suitable for persons under the age of 18. Potential triggers lie within this book.
This is the first book I've read by the author and I definitely need to read the previous books in the series. Jake and Letty absolutely captured my attention and never let go until the very end. Because once you notice the tension between these two, you're going to want to see how these two are going to turn out. And of course, what happened that made them not talk with each other and can't stand to be around one another. I loved their emotional story. It's a definite must-read.
All the questions of Jake and Letty are answered in this beautiful story. I got to see their strained relationship in the first two books of the series. I never understood why they are always fighting or getting the rise of each other and those glimpses were enough to pique my interest in this book. From the very first chapter, the story captivated me, and I never lose interest. Jake is seriously a gem and Letty is good too but sometimes she irritates me with her thought process. I know from what she’s coming about those thoughts are justified but still. I enjoyed how other characters make an appearance in this one and made it more fun to read. They are very strong individuals who know what they want for themselves but the issue is their actions which are derived from their past. It’s a steamy and emotional journey for both the characters and I loved every bit of it. Moore family has all the fun members who are trustworthy in every aspect.
I am a huge fan of this series and Moore family that Frankie has created! I love reading about both Jake and Letty and reading what their backstories are. Getting thorough explanations of who they are and what they have gone through makes all the difference in how we’ve view them versus what we’ve known from previous books. I adore both Jake and Letty and I’m so happy to read their HEA!
I love Jakey Poo and Letty!!!! Enemies to lovers, forced proximity, sister's best friend, best friend's brother, small town romance. Jake is the hot playboy firefighter. Letty is the sassy bartender. They've known each other forever, but can't stand to be around each other. A natural disaster will force them together and make them confront their past so they can move on in the present and future. The laughs and banter between these two are epic. Go read this book NOW!!
Let me just begin by saying that I absolutely adore the Moore brothers! I have been waiting for Letty and Jake’s story ever since meeting them in the first book and noticing all the sexual tension between them. This book did not disappoint, I was drawn in immediately and the angst had my heart going all the way till the end. SO good!! I can’t wait to see what is store for us with Scott’s story!
I read book 2 first and missed Tilly’s story… so I think there are some bits about Letty and Jake I might have missed. However I still found this book entertaining. I really liked Jake. At times Letty was annoying but then you kind of get her story… I like that the ending wasn’t typical cookie cutter with a litter of children. Read on KU Definitely can’t wait to read about the Murphy Brothers!!!!
I received this book as an ARC but all opinions are my own.
This book was really good and while it included the white picket fence vibe, the main characters did not conform to that stereotype. Jake and Letty go through a lot in their story both together and separately. Some parts of the story do drag out a little because the characters, like in most romance novels, refuse to have a conversation with each other. Once everything came out and things actually started to happen I did find the end a little rushed, but it fit Jake and Letty's vibe. I enjoyed this book and look forward to reading about the other Moore siblings. This book can be read as a standalone, but if you don't want to spoil who ends up with who and some of the plot points of the other books, they are best read in order.
I loved this story! Jake and Letty had me laughing, shaking my head at times, and gushing with love for the both of them. They have a fantastic connection with such intense love/hate feelings for one other that started when they were younger and is continually filled with fire when they are in the same room together. Their back-and-forth banter was rife with undeniable sexual tension, and I couldn’t wait for either one of them to give into it because I knew when they did, they were going to set off fireworks!!! It was intense and so damn HOT!! These two kept me turning the pages quickly to see what was going to happen next.
This was the perfect enemies to lovers, small town romance that completely melted my heart and my panties! I can’t wait to see what happens with the last Moore brother and then maybe we can move onto the Murphy brothers!!!
Would recommend. There is a good story line, every time a chapter ended I looked forward to reading the next. I love how it went from one characters views to the others, so that the reader was able to know where both characters were coming from and how they felt about the situations that happened in the story.
What's better than a single troupe? How about triple the troupes!!! Enemies to lovers AND best friends brother AND small town romance!!!!!! This book was a one sitting read that had awesome banter, angst and enough heat to melt your kindle. Absolutely loved it!!!!
Wow, what a story. I personally think this was the emotionalest story of this series. And a very rare book where I have to say that I sympathize with the male character. Jake is such a sweet man. Yes, he is known as the towns playboy, but he is not a cheater. At all. He is honest, caring and helps where help is needed. His got his heart broken years ago and despite it he still loves her. Even if doesn't admit it to himself. Letty is a just something else. Focused on her job and her future in it. She has shut her heart down years ago for many different reasons. But sometimes I think she was to cold. Sure, I totally understand her but she could have handled things differently. But life and circumstances made her that way. I love that Jake didn't let up, and that Letty opened her heart at some time. Our former couples make appearances as well as a some other people. And in the end everything worked out in the best way possible. A very well and wonderful written story about a caring small town with nice residents and a lovely family. We learn to never give up even if tragedy strikes and that every pot meets his cettle. Will miss them all.
You could feel the tension with these two straight off the bat! 🔥 I was so excited to get into this story for Jake & Letty. There’s obviously a history there I’m dying to find out. (It was sooooo juicy) 🤩 (I’m sooooo for this book but can not wait till Killian gets his story. He’s such a cheeky trouble maker 😝)
Letty has so much self hatred, poor girl has listened to her dad spouting off drunken rants and she took it all to heart! Jake thinks he’s not worth a crap and has to put on a happy face for everyone but deep down he just needs someone to see through his bullshit.. They’ve got such good chemistry and heat! 🥵
Ooooooh - when they do get round to doing the nasty it’s a hot mess, god it was so good! I think I need a smoke 💨 🤩 🌯 🍳 🥓 ⭐️ 🧀 🥵
Each time I read another book from Frankie I say it’s the best yet, but this one was just fucking fantastic. 🤩 Jake & Letty are a perfect match and what a fiery pair 🔥 I love the Moore family & friends, can’t wait for more!

The relationship between Jake and Letty balances right on the razors edge. One minute they hate each other, the next their lips are locked. Personally Letty did Jake dirty when they were teenagers and she definitely owed him an explanation. Yet he never gets an explanation to her actions from back then. History repeats itself almost 12 years later and her childish note would have been enough for me to permanently walk away. Thankfully they get their HEA though which is what we read these books for.
So many tropes in this well written story. Jake and Letty are connected as enemies to lovers, best friend’s sibling, second chance, small town. Tilly is not aware of her best friend and brother’s “relationship “. Letty using Killian to make Jake jealous despite her denial of it being nothing more than sex I love small town reads. It was a great story packed with a lot to page after page.
I just cannot get enough of the Moore clan. I have been giving Jake and Letty the side eye from book 1, no one bickers like that unless there is years of pent up sexual tension simmering under the surface. We know from the Expecting Moore that there is more to Jake than just being a ladies man, he is fun, charming, sympathetic and a good listener. I was really surprised by some of the backstory these two have, we know that they have known each other most of their lives but I guess I didn't really see how intertwined they were. I was sad for Letty because for a lot of this book she felt left behind by her best friend. She really needed Jake to make her see that she needs a life outside of Harpers. We have one last Moore who is looking for love, I cannot wait to see what is in the cards for Scott and check in with everyone else when get his story. I also loved seeing the Murphy's I am excited to get to know them all more.
Jake and Letty are the two characters from previous books that are a bit of a hot mess. They both have a lot going on before they can get together. From previous books in this series, Jake and Letty don't really talk to each other and kind of hate each other. So I knew these two were going to get together because there is a fine line between love and hate. The book goes back and revisits a time with Jake and Letty that no one knows about. I love that we got to see another side to both of these characters and how I wanted them to have a HEA. I love this series and can't wait to read about the other Moore Siblings.
I finished this third book in this series . Loved Jake and letty story have the time I wanted to shake some sense into her . Author did a good job telling this story . I had read the other two awhile back trying to remember all the people again since this one just came out might of been easier if I read them again then this book .
Absolutely loved this book the banter and between these two were fantastic. The playboy brother meets his match with Letty. It is an enemies to lovers and we find out that they have a past that is haunting both of them. Of course we get updates on the other couples too. Letty ends up living with Jake after a tornado which pushes them to have a second chance.
Passion was great. Definitely heated due to the suspense, and the decade long wait between them.
I wasn’t convinced of her career choice. I got the impression it’s something she’d forced on herself subconsciously to take on, because she had nothing else. I expected her to give it up and chase something else she wanted to do instead.
Jake was lovely. Out of all the characters in the book. Despite he had a successful career; and a loving family. He was the one who felt more empty. Even in the previous book, I felt like Robbie had a bit of purpose, something he was passionate about. But Jake found that in Letty.
One more thing— I found Letty’s take on her friendship with Tilly weird. If you didn’t know any better, you would have thought she’d had the hots for the other twin, the way she harped on about her.
**ARC Review** Jake! I think he is my favorite brother so far! I loved his story with Letty! Best Friends brother! Forbidden/off limits! What more can you ask for!
You learn more of their backstory’s and why they act the at they do toward each other and honestly it made me root for them even more!
This is a very emotional story and full of so much tension! You learn why and I can’t tell you how much I loved reading them coming together! They are both so stubborn and stuck in their ways until they finally give in! That’s the best moment!
Loving the small town romance and the break from my usual books I read. Though this is so close to me as I'm from a small town and something like this could totally happen. Jake and Letty fit perfectly in the Moore family saga we follow here. I always fall for the best friends brother and enemies to lovers and this is such a perfect example of what I love! Thank you for writing a story so well and makes me smile too as I love these.
I enjoy Frankie Page’s writing even more with each book I read. I absolutely adore Jake and Letty!!! Want You Moore is a second-chance, enemies-to-lovers romance with delicious tension, spice, and heaps of heart. Letty is a strong-willed, gorgeous spitfire bar owner in need of help. Reluctantly, she has to rely on her best friend’s twin, the boy she spent her childhood at odds with, and the man she can’t get out of her mind. Jake is at a crossroads in his career after a family tragedy knocked him off his game. Could his sister’s best friend help him get his mind right? They have a history, one they can’t forget despite their best efforts. I enjoyed the way Frankie incorporated Jake and Letty’s history into the story. As they reveal their truths, the secrets of their backstory are unveiled. When past and present secrets are exposed, their passion is explosive. Jake and Letty have a delightfully witty, snarky, and hilarious rapport throughout the book. Despite their outward loathing, the vitriol masks their vulnerability.
“The only girl I’ve given my heart to…tore it to shreds and threw it back in my face.”
I read out of order, but I love the Moore family so much, that I can’t wait to go back and start the series from the beginning! I love a good small town, second-chance romance. Throw in a grumpy firefighter and a fierce, captivating heroine, and Want You Moore is truly outstanding. Letty is beguiling, frustrating, and sweet. Jake is a charismatic, swoon-worthy, complex hero who is endearingly vulnerable. This book made me snort-laugh, cry, and I loved every minute. You may curse their bull-headedness, but if you enjoy an unrequited love, enemies to lovers, best friends brother romance, you’ll want to add Want You Moore to your TBR now!
I was pulled immediately into the world of this small town romance and watching Jake and Letty find their happily ever after. Full disclosure, I read this not having read the previous two books in the Moore Family Series and I still enjoyed the hell out of this story! A weather disaster that leaves Letty without a place to live and staying with Jake, the one person she does not want to be in such close proximity too, also makes it harder for her to avoid how she actually feels about him. Once Jake makes a decision in regard to Letty, he is a man on a mission and it is not an easy one! Letty is sassy, stubborn, and independent and I LOVE her! Jake, known as the playboy around town, also has a little bit of a guarded heart. Particularly where Letty is concerned. They are totally fireworks together: a bit explosive and possibly a little dangerous if you’re too close. The tension is so obvious and makes so much more sense when you learn about their history. Loved seeing them break down some of their walls and stop being so stubborn!!! After getting glimpses of the rest of the Moore clan, I definitely need to read their stories!!
💜Quick Notes💜 Enemies to lovers Can be read as a standalone Small town romance Steamy romance Little bit of a forced proximity situation Best friends’ brother Firefighter Dual POV
*****5 Moore Stars***** Jake and Letty’s story is such a great read. These two had me laughing out loud and shaking my head at them when they needed to get their heads out of you know what. Letty hasn’t had it easy on is very hard on herself because of her father. Jake doesn’t think much of his worth. Jake is at a crossroads in his career after a family tragedy knocks him off his game. When a weather disaster leaves Letty without a place to live and when Jake instead that she stays with him, the one person she does not want to be in such close proximity too, also makes it harder for her to avoid how she actually feels about him. This is such a great read.
The chemistry between Letty and Jake is good! I loved seeing a softer, more real side of Jake. The part where he recues her by putting himself on the line was good! I get that they have a past that explains their animosity towards each other, but that past isn't really addressed when they start hooking up and even when they finally decide to give it a go. It broke my heart when Letty had her drunk meltdown of being alone and Cassie taking Tilly from her. I feel like that needed to be addressed but it wasn't. Lots of points of the story fell through the cracks. Once again, ending felt unfinished and needed more. Three stars because I absolutely fell in love with Jake!
Jake and Letty's story is a great addition to the Moore series! I love the enemies to lovers feel, especially when Jake has a heart of gold! I still think Expecting Moore is my favorite, but I can't wait for Scott's story :D
This is a precious read! I read this as a stand-alone instead of its own story. I didn’t find it to be confusing at all but I definitely want to go read the rest of the series!
