Poignant. I've shared numerous experiences the author has described. Although it's a great piece of work, I have a sense that she held back-it wasn't quite as honest, with that raw honesty, no holds barred. I feel there were deeper emotions, connections to her experiences left out or edited out for whatever reason. None the less, I enjoyed this book and following along with her journey.
I look forward to reading from her poetry works.
