HEA second chance romance. Case and Tori have loved each other since their teens, an accident and misconceptions get in their way. Loved this new book from the Faire Island series! Liz finds new ways with every new book to keep you engaged. As a fan of racing I found this book genuine and funny at times. But to get to their happily ever after, there is angst, doubts and trust issues to be dealt with! Hit it out of the track with this one Liz!

Tori and Case

This is book 4 and really should be read in order so you know all the couples and town history.
This is second chance love story and has lot of ups and downs as Tori find she has second chance to win the love of her life back after making a huge mistake 6 yrs ago.after her father death . Case and her had been in love since 15 not at 31 meeting again after 6 years he finds she had a daughter . Daisy who they think is from slip up with his once bff Ryan . These two have 4 wins to figure out how they really feel and if he can trust her again. It great to have family around and Brody. Also the mystery of the ghost. Really can’t wait to find out if the ghost is a match maker of sorts. This story is well written with passion emotions and steamy chemistry. Lizabeth Scott does not let you down with this book. I can not wait for next book in the series.

They made plans for the future, but they were snuffed out by a tragic accident and their relationship suffered disastrously. They parted ways with a great deal left unsaid between them.

Six years later, Tori returns to Faire Island with her daughter Daisy in tow. When Cole sees Tori, all his feelings bubble to the surface. This story touched me on many levels. It can be heavy on the heart to forgive another for past mistakes. Is their damage set in stone, or can they get over the past and have a future and HEA together.

Too Close to Call is the 4th book in the Faire Island Bride Series and gives us the story of Case and Tori.
I loved this book, I read it in one sitting, pulled an all nighter! I just could not put it down, the story flowed so well, the characters so realistic and believable and the storyline so relatable.
I highly recommend reading this book, you don’t need to have read the first 3 books in the series but they are all really excellent standalone books as well. The characters of each book appear in multiple stories, completely in context of the storyline.
Thanks Lizabeth for giving me the opportunity to have an advanced copy of this book to read, I just loved it, cannot wait for the next one!!

Love comes calling again on Faire Island as Case and Tori try to rekindle a flame that burned out due to tragic circumstances. Tori is determined to not let Case slip through her hands again, but Case is hard-headed and has trust issues. Can they go back to what they once were or is it too late to mend fences and try again. There is a aweet Little girl can become bridge for these two...liz again hit the cord as usual story is awesome with unexpected twists which u don't expect...This book speeds it's way into the heart with unpredictable romance, irresistible characters and a depth of emotion that borders on addictive. waiting for another one in this series.....

Buckle up and get ready for Lizabeth Scott's must read novel of the summer. Too Close To Call is the 4th installment in the Faire Island Brides Series. It is impossible not to fall in love with the community members of this island. This second chance romance had me immersed into the story from the start, not wanting to put it down for even a moment. Liz brings all the feels with this one. I highly recommend this novel and this series!!

This book rips your heart out right at the beginning before knitting it back together again. I really felt for Case and understood his reluctance though I’d did want to lock them in a room by the last quarter. Beautifully written main characters and a wonderful supporting cast makes it difficult to put down. (I just ignored everything until I was finished it) Standalone but you should definitely read the whole series

Start Your Engines

This book hooks you immediately!! It will take you on quite an adventure!!! I was not prepared for the twists and turns especially when the characters did the exact opposite of what I thought they needed to do!! BUT as usual Liz hit this out of the ballpark!!! I came back to Faire Island and loved Too Close to Call by best selling author Lizabeth Scott. The story of Case and Tori, getting their second chance was beautifully written and while it may have been a little predictable, Lizabeth was able to spin their story into a timeless romance. This is a story of two learning not to deny their love for each other and overcoming the bumps along the way.

Tori and Case get a second chance at love, when Case shows up at a charity race for her dad. Case was an up and coming race car driver with Tori’s dad as his mentor until a horrific crash, harsh words in the grievous moment that followed caused their 6 year separation. When they meet up again, the sparks still fly but they both have a lot of past demons, regrets and unanswered questions to resolve to be able to trust each other again. I love the way Liz’s writing makes you feel like you are right there on Faire Island watching it all unfold while still being kept up to date on all the other residents of the island from her past books in this series. This series has lots of love, laughter, and family.

Too Close to Call is the latest book in the Faire Island series by Lizbeth Scott. This is a steamy second chance romance that is full of intense emotions. I enjoyed reading this book. The book was not as lighthearted as the previous books in this series. It is full of emotional angst, but it is worth it to get to the happily ever after. It was heartbreaking to watch them fight their feelings so hard when their love for each other is obvious. Case and Tori fell in love even they were 15. Tori’s father died in a tragic accident, and extreme grief and miscommunication drove them apart. They suffered for 6 long years until they meet again for a charity race honoring Tori’s father. Emotions are high, and they blame themselves and each other for the decline of their relationship. Tori and her daughter go to Faire island to see if there is any hope left for them or whether they should just let each other go. Tori’s perky daughter wins people over wherever she goes. Will Tori and Case be ache to forgive each other and trying their relationship again, or is it over for them?

The one the got away haunts both Tori and Case. The visit back to Faire Island included visits with last favorites, but the time with this couple was fast paced, full of angst, fun, and endearing. Another win by Lizabeth Scott!
