A Compelling Argument For A New Form Of Dispute Resolution
As a former litigator well versed in traditional forms of dispute resolution, I approached “neutral-driven resolution ” with a certain amount of skepticism. But Mr. Christopher presents a compelling argument based on his own legal training and background, and a sincere desire to make justice work where it traditionally has not. Any business leader, or legal professional, who is confronted with the dilemma of traditional dispute resolution in the context of lesser stake disputes should give this book —and NDR—serious consideration.
