Wendy turned my quiet new life upside down.
Now I never want to let her go.

Settling in to small town life,
I wasn’t looking for a relationship
Wendy is different,
A single mom determined to prove herself

An accident at work,
Now’s my chance to take care of her
A kiss turns into staying the night,
Every night.
A month goes by, perfect,
Then she acts distant.
We can’t seem to talk it out.

She tells me the truth.

We’re having a baby.
She’s scared—her son’s dad left them.
I’ve got to prove to her
We can be a family.
Wendy and me, with
Her son and our baby.

Finn had been working in the diner as a cook since Helen took over. They were great cooks together as they both were able to cook dishes they came up with and experimented to see what the customers would eat. I loved that Wendy worked in the logging business with all the guys. She fooled them all by being so good, much better than the men. Wendy’s little boy Olly was a doll. The two of them started coming to the bon fires where Finn tried to talk to Wendy. The two were attracted to each other. I can’t imagine how she felt when she had the accident out in the field, had to stay in the hospital two days, and then off work for six weeks. Her best friend Deana was a life saver and took care of Olly while she was in the hospital. It was touching how Finn cooked her some meals for her freezer so she wouldn’t have to cook. It brought the two closer, but they both had baggage they needed to get past. It was a good romance that I encourage you to read. I was given a copy and voluntarily wrote a review.

Wendy is a single mom, and she enjoys the time she gets with her son Olly. Finn is working in the local diner as a cook. Ever since Finn heard other customers talking about Wendy, he has been wanting to meet her. He gets a chance when she is in the diner with her son. He is even more drawn to her after that. When she gets a promotion at work, and she is at the diner with her boss talking about it Finn gives her a cake to take with her to celebrate. Wendy tries to avoid men but there's something about Finn that makes her want him. When she gets hurt at work Finn steps in and helps her and things heat up between them. Will Finn finally get Wendy for his own?

This is an amazing story that once I started it I couldn't put it down. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Finn is a chef at the local diner and Wendy is a single mom working at a construction company. I loved that when Finn meets Wendy he instantly knew she was the one for him. These two haven't had it easy but together they are so great for each other. This is a well written story with likable characters, family drama, small town problems, steam, a special surprise, and a great ending. This is one couple that I was cheering on to get their happily ever after. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Finn liked his new life. He was a cook at Dina Diner. He got to experiment with new dishes and not the pressures of a big restaurant. Helen came from Chicago to take over the diner after her sister had made a big mess of things. Helen was out on maternity leave and gave Finn more responsibility. The waitresses was talking about the woman who worked for the lodging company . He was listening. He wanted to meet her. When he first saw Wendy he thought she was beautiful. Finn was attracted to her. One day she came in with couple of the logging employees He overheard her getting a promotion. He surprised himself by given Wendy some of his lemon pie he made. He was taken by her since that day. He was looking forward to seeing her. He was a little disappointed when she didn’t show. Wendy had an accident at work and was at the hospital. Finn was worried about her. He offered to make meals for her and her son. He took them over to her house. They both were attracted to each other. Things Al happened between them. They didn’t really communicate what was going on with them. Wendy was healing perfectly. she got news she could return to work and she was expecting a surprise. Finn let he insecurities get the best of him. Like Wendy would push him aside and return to her normal routine. He tortured himself with worry. Wendy had a secret to reveal. She talked to her best friend about everything. She didn’t know what to do. They would not communicate about real things until Wendy couldn’t hold it any longer and they talked about everything. Communication is key. I’m glad Finn and Wendy finally got it together. Sex is ok but you need to communicate. Good book!! Can’t wait to read the next book

Fear of the past interferes with the present

F is For Finn: A Secret Baby Mountain Man Romance (Men of Alphabet Mountain) by Natasha L. Black is a sweet romance with a bit of steam to heat things up. Finn is new to Ashford, but still local, and finds it hard to fit in until Helen takes him in under her wing. At the same time, Wendy is brought into the Alphabet Mountain Men fold through the logging company, which becomes quite fortuitous in a myriad of ways.
The plot is quite interesting from both character’s perspectives. There’s plenty stuff happening, an opportunity for Finn to get to know Wendy that finally leads to bringing them together. These two clearly develop feelings for one another, but their individual pasts and baggage become antagonists that creates an unintended pause due to a failure to communicate on both their parts.
Overall, Wendy and Finn find their way back to each other with the commitment to communicate while they strive to create a family they wished they had while embracing and joining the extended and expanding Men of Alphabet Mountain family, a sort of double HEA for Finn and Wendy on top of happiness and love.

Natasha L. Black delivers another swoon-worthy, heart-melting small-town romance with F is for Finn. This book perfectly blends tenderness, passion, and the kind of emotional depth that makes you root for the characters from page one.

Finn is the rugged, dependable hero who isn't looking for love—until Wendy and her son turn his world upside down. Wendy is strong and independent, a single mom determined to stand on her own, which makes it all the more beautiful when Finn steps in, not to rescue her, but to show her she doesn’t have to do everything alone. Their slow-burn chemistry turns into something undeniable, and when an unexpected pregnancy shakes things up, Finn proves he's nothing like the man who left her before.

This story has everything I love in a small-town romance—found family, heartfelt moments, and a protective, all-in hero who isn't afraid to fight for love. Wendy’s fears are real, and Finn’s devotion is exactly the kind of reassurance she needs. If you love stories where strong heroines get the love they deserve and where heroes step up in the best way, F is for Finn will steal your heart.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – A perfect mix of heartfelt romance, family, and small-town charm!.

This is a great addition to the Men of ALPHAbet Mountain series. Finn was a bit lost in life until he found a job as a cook at a local diner not far from his hometown. He is very thankful for the job and ability to cook items outside the norm. Wendy is a single mom to a precious little boy, Olly and she’s been given an opportunity at a job working at the logging company and is excelling beyond the owner’s expectations. Both Wendy and Finn had bad childhoods and look to make their lives better. When Wendy has an accident out in the fields Finn takes the chance to help out with preparing meals and they become a quick item with no reservation about being together. When they have a misunderstanding Finn disappears for a week and Wendy discovers her life will change and not sure how to move forward. Finn knows he needs to show Wendy how much her and Olly mean to him and boy he does not disappoint! Beautiful love story you’ll enjoy. Learning the ALPHAbet Was Never This Interesting🔥🔥❤⭐⭐

Loving the Men of Alphabet Mountain series. Finn may not be part of the logging crew but the mountains of Ashford TN are in his blood. Cooking is his life and working at Dinas diner suites him well. Wendy is a kickass single mom working at the logging company to support herself and her two year old son Olly and trying to make her son's life better than her childhood. Neither Finn nor Wendy were looking for love but fighting their attraction is a lost cause. Both have pasts better left in the past but can they be the thing that heals each other to make a better future?? Wendy has hope and a folded piece of paper in her pocket that she and Only will indeed have a future with Finn. Real to life characters and situations, a funtastic Olly, his/her POV, no cliffhanger and a great HEA. It's also great catching up to past couples and meeting new characters. Looking forward to the next book!!! I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book and happily purchased a copy for my favorites collection.

Sometimes good things happened to good people when they least expect it. They both had a tough childhood. They were both lonely. She wasn’t ready to open her heart to another man. He felt like he came from bad stock. With my father as my example, I could only assume I wasn’t good for anyone.

Finn had started working at Dina’s diner a few months ago. He loved to cook. Things were working out for him pretty well. He had heard the waitresses talking about the new girl working for the logging company. He hoped one day the logging crew would come in while he was there, and he could meet this mysterious, gutsy woman.

Wendy had took a chance and applied at the logging company. She had a son to support and it would be good money. Her best friend Deana would watch her son when she went to work. She had taken Olly to the diner and noticed an unfamiliar face in the kitchen. He was kinda hot but she wouldn't go there. She was through with men, besides she didn't have time for a relationship.

Finn is a gifted chef who works at Dina’s Diner with Helen and the crew. He is all alone and came from two towns over. He would do anything to stay away from his family. He craved the mountains and outside like the air he breathes but he is lonely. Wendy works at the logging company owned by three best friends. She has a son and swore off men completely. She and Finn spotted each other in the diner, and as you guessed were attracted. They basically met at one of the famous bonfires held every weekend. When she has an accident that gets her laid up at home, Finn steps in and brings and cooks food for her and Olly. Things get homey and they really start a relationship. When she is better, she takes on cooking one night to surprise Finn and with a new secret. When Finn believes she will not want him around anymore, he leaves. Is that the end of them? Will they come together to talk? What will happen when Finn’s father shows up at the diner?

I really enjoyed this story about Finn, Wendy and Olly. We read about Finn in the previous story E is for Everett and Wendy came into the story in a previous book in the series and being a single mother she was not interested in romance of any kind because of her past. Finn we came to know in the diner is the new chef who noticed Wendy in passing and thought her very attractive. When the opportunity arose he showed his interest by giving her a celebratory gift of food when she gained a promotion at work but really got to know her and get close to her after she was injured at work. Both of these characters were easily lovable and even though they had baggage from their childhood they were able to overcome it and create a life together and start their family.

I was given an advanced copy of this book to read and review with my honest and fair opinion.

Omg another great read by this author. This book is well written, has a great storyline and the characters are perfect. Just like the others in the series. Finn was a great caring character and had given up on finding love. Then he meets Wendy a single Mum to little Olly, what a great kid. I loved Wendy, single mum or not she was a hard worker and wanted more for herself and her little boy. Wendy had a great job and was in training to better herself. Then she had an accident at work and Finn steps up to help, only Wendy finds it hard to let him in as she was burned before by her ex Trip who is also Olly's Dad. It was great to read and see how they grow as people but also together as a couple. It was such a great read, i highly recommend.

Awesome Read!!

I really enjoyed reading F is for Finn(Men of Alphabet Mountain Book 6)!!! All about Finn a young man in his thirties who is a chef & Wendy a single mom in her late twenties who works for the logging company. Wendy has spoken to Finn a couple of times at the diner, she thinks he’s hot!! Finn has noticed Wendy a few times and he thinks she’s hot and a great mom! Read about Wendy & Finn and the cool adventures they keep going on with Olly! This book is part of a series that should be read in order, since all the characters are friends and each book overlaps in the relationships of everyone. There are lots of emotions that run through out, including some fun toe curling action!! And each book is a page turner!! I can’t wait till G is for Gerard comes out!!! This is a definite read!!!

Another great book in this series. Wendy is a busy single mum with no time for romance, until she spots Finn, the chef in the local diner. Despite Wendy thinking she didn’t want a man in her life the more time she spends with Finn the more her mind changes and very quickly they get together. When Wendy is injured in an accident Finn is there to help however neither take the opportunity to discuss their relationship or future. A small misunderstanding between them leaves both of them heartbroken however Wendy has a surprise in store for Finn. I really liked the characters in this book, both had been hurt in the past and they deserved happiness with each other. Lots of passion, romance and a happily ever after, a book you will definitely enjoy.

Their Undeniable Love Connection -
Both Finn and Wendy had given up on relationships do love, because of what had happened in the their pasts. However, there was a pull between them that they just couldn’t ignore. Unfortunately, they are both still weary of relationships and this became evident when they encountered a stumbling block in their lives.

After reading this book, I can definitely say that Natasha L. Black certainly has a magical way of completely drawing you into the stories. I felt like everything around me faded away, whilst I got entrenched in the story. I really enjoyed reading this book and I will be happy to recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful story to read.

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. Another letter gives us another amazing couple. Finn has moved and started working at the diner. Cooking is his passion and his joy. He hasn't been looking for romance. Wendy is a single mother and works with the logging company. Her son, Olly, is the only male she wants in her life. She has a goal to them moved away. Neither Wendy nor Finn, have had it very easy but want more for their future. If they can get past a few obstacles it can happen together. I enjoyed this love story. It has sadness, family, conflict, strength, friends, surprises, acceptance, passion and love.

Good family relationships will lift us up to reach every dream, but bad ones tear you down and leave you wishing for anything else. Finn and Wendy have lots of that bad family baggage that they’re carting around. While they can see something amazing developing between them, that doesn’t stop them from making some big dumb mistakes with each other. These two are so cute together. It’s a bit insta-love, but more like they fell in together and quickly realized they didn’t want to fall back out. I loved how both Wendy and Finn have worked so hard to choose a different path from what people expected them to follow. Their independence and success are pretty darned attractive.

I absolutely loved this book.

After reading E is for Everett, and not getting much of an introduction to Finn, I was wondering how his story was going to go. Well, it was fantastic. I loved Finn and Wendy together. And peeps, you will love this book. It was a low angst read and I was totally OK with that. Sometimes you just want a great story without all the BS to get to the HEA.

Finn and Wendy both had family that they would rather not deal with. And, together, they ended up making their own family along with a ton of friends with the logging guys and their families.

Now I can't for Gerard's book. We were introduced to the "G" for the next title, as in, Gerry, the Canadian transplant surveyor.

Finn has always enjoyed cooking and was elated when a true chef hired him to work in her restaurant where he could improvise and come up with his own dishes. So he moved away from his drug-addicted parents to the Tennessee town 20 minutes away to enjoy his life. What he did not expect was to meet a gorgeous girl, Wendy, who grew up in this town and whose only plan was to accumulate enough money to move herself and her two-year-old away from the town that gossiped about the single mother. This is a great story with an unusual romance plot and any reader will fall in love with the toddler Olly even as Misser Finn does! Recommended.

F is for Finn is book eight in the series Men of ALPHAbet Mountain by author Natasha L. Black. This is a sweetheart tale with some dark bits. Finn is an awesome chef and he travels through life moment by moment. Doesn’t hurt he’s sinfully gorgeous.
Wendy is a single mom trying to do everything in her power to give her son everything he needs. And she’s awesome at it. It all starts with a glance and now you have to read it for yourselves. It’s a captivating tale of two lonely people finding their other half.
Enjoy!!

I really enjoyed reading, F is for Finn: A Secret Baby Mountain Man Romance (Men of ALPHAbet Mountain) by Natasha L. Black because it was a steamy friends to lovers story about Finn and Wendy. Each of them had had a pretty bad background growing up. Their chemistry was hot and steamy but there was a communication problem between the two of them. Finn's character was very alpha and he wanted to do everything right for Wendy. Wendy's character was very independent and wanted to do things by herself for her son. I would highly recommend reading this story. I received an ARC of this story and I am voluntarily choosing to leave this review.

A brilliant addition to this series.
Finn as a complex and engaging character, full of depth and love to give.
Wendy is exceptional and compassionate. A single mom and logging queen.
Both are looking to stay single, both are inexplainably drawn to each other. Both are terrible communicators. Finn letting past fears guide him, or should i say jump.
I love the way these two fit into the overall narrative and series arc. The depth of detail for both the characters and plot is lovingly crafted.
I really enjoyed this addition to the series and highly recommend it.

Finn and Wendy were determined to make something of themselves in spite of coming from dysfunctional families. When Wendy's ex left her and the baby she was determined not to end up like her mother. Finn's parents were addicts who looked for him to pay their bills. He left without a word. Now they find themselves in Ashford one was looking to leave while the other is determined to make a life for himself. As they get to know each other priorities change. Will it be enough that it leads them to a happily ever after? Finn and Wendy had me cheering them on to finding happiness!

This is a well written book with strong characters in Finn and Wendy. Both are content with their lives and not looking for romance ... until they find one another. The author does a great job building their story and pulled me into the storyline. It's an entertaining read with them coming together and finding true love. I loved little Olly ... he's so adorable and I loved hearing him "talk". The story moves fluidly with descriptive scenes and is an enjoyable read.

Wendy is a very hardworking single mother of two-year-old Olly. Her best friend minds him during the day while Wendy is working for the logging company, which she loves. She has sworn off men since the father of little Olly took off before he was even born. Finn is the cook at the local diner and also loves his job. He has the flexibility to add his own creations to the menu as well as the usual fare. When he and Wendy finally meet, sparks fly. Instant attraction. Will they get together or will Olly come between them?

This is such a romantic read. Wasn't quite what I expected but it's a really great book. Finn and Wendy are a match made in heaven. Finn is a chef running from his past and Wendy is a single mom just trying to do the best she can for her and her son. Their relationship is straight out of a teenage handbook. No communication and a lot of second guessing. But that's part of the allure to this book and will keep you reading to the end.

I really love these Mountain Men! Could I have one, please? While I thought F is for Finn was a little slow getting off the ground, once it got started…it was good, real good. 😘

The storyline was good; the characters were sort of weak in this one; the plot twists and turns were somewhat shallow; but that little cutie named Olly was a winner! He made the whole book work. And the HEA? Awesome!

You definitely want to grab a copy of this book and eat up every word! (I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book and really enjoyed it!) ❤️❤️
