Eternity of Darkness

Rate this book
Ashor Clave, the Prince of Darkness, is racking up the titles. His newest acquisition—the King of Envy. What does that mean for Lexi Winters, his mate?

A queen? Who would have thought? Surely not the girl from the small town of Spring Valley.

But the fight is far from over. The battle of crowns has only just begun, and as the stakes deepen, so do Lexi’s feelings for Ashor. She came to Hell for a purpose—to get her mate out—and Lexi will tear the underworld apart for him. She will rip it down, stone by stone, until the only thing left standing in the darkness is her. She lost all hope of love until Ashor, and now she will do anything to protect him. Even overthrow his mother and take her throne.

I was obsessed with Ashor and Lexi from the beginning and waited for what felt like forever for this book to wrap up their story for me. I'll admit I was disappointed. The other books were really fantastic and this ending just fell flat for me. Yes there was action - but a lot of Lexi's role felt stagnant until the end. Yes there was the connection between Ashor and Lexi - and that's what kept me going. I was happy that both Kira and the Hunt had a much larger part in this one.

I adore JL and I'll continue to read her work happily, I just anticipated a little more in this book than I think we got.

This book is the awesome conclusion to Lexi's and Ash's story. I enjoyed them for the past three books and it is awesome. The chemistry in this book is awesome. The steam is high, but also the action.

I enjoyed Lexi's character growth. She has gone through so much. However, she is resilient in every single way. The cameos and older characters making appearances in the Divisa series is awesome. Seeing Angel and Chase my made heart melt.

The action and world building was awesome. I enjoyed seeing the world already created being expanded. I highly recommend you check this book out.

Lexi and Asher have a perfect ending to a never-ending love. No matter what his mother or brother want, the two will never be apart. The characters were fascinating, but the story ended way too fast. A king and his queen. That's how I will always remember them.

Lexi has fought with all her might to get Asher out of hell, but nothing has worked. Because she has demon blood, Lexi can take care of herself. But she is protected by Ash and the hunt. Who wins the war will be decided depending on who steps up to help.

It's an excellent ending to a great series.

Wow! What an amazing adventure of gargantuan proportions. Lexi and Asher’s story concluded on an exciting roller coasters ride of adventure and emotion. The story was written with such depth of feeling and vibrancy it transported you into a world that you couldn’t help but feel apart of. Lexi is strong and captivating and her chemistry with Ash only makes the story more enticing and fantastic to read.

Ashor and Lexi are now King and Queen of Envy. And Momma, Queen of Darkness is angry. And what are Angel, Chaise, Travis, Emma and rest of her family going to say.

I love the fight battle, so many plot twists. And the ending is so sweet.

Fave scenes: Lexi meeting Kora, Lexi’s coronation as queen, meeting the Knights of Inferno and Kira saving Lexi.

I hate ending. This is a perfect one, but I still hate endings. Lexi has been through so much and she finally got her happy ever after. It has been a long time coming and I have truly enjoyed this series.

I'm honestly a bit sad to see the end of this series because it's the true ending on this family.

As always Ioved this book. Lexi has fought for what she wanted and she is stronger than anyone in hell thought. If you love the previous books this will not disappoint.

Was super excited to get back into this world and see what would happen next
Lexi has been through so much and it's nice to see her get what she deserves.

It was cool to see more of some other characters, a highlight for me and the ending for sure.

Overall a nice story.

I have waited in anticipation for Lexi and Ashor’s final book and what a book!

I found the start quite slow, which is unusual for JL Weils books. Eternity of Darkness picked up where Book 2 left off, Ashor has inherited the crown from the Queen of Envy but after that it took a while to get going. The first half of the book watches Ashor and Lexi’s relationship develop now they are finally together, plus JL Weil has added some steamy scenes to hot up the story. Lexi’s mum plays a much larger role in this book, as do the Wild Hunt which was really enjoyable to read. There is definitely a potential for some more spin off’s.

The second half of the book however made up for the slow paced beginning and once that happened I couldn’t turn pages fast enough! A great end to their story. Not to be missed!

The incredible settings, the wonderful characters, a fast paced story, romance, fights, mix them all very well and the you’ll have an awesome story, and this final book is the apex of the trilogy.

I really wanted to love this book.. The first two books are absolutely amazing, lots of drive, passion, excitement, and anticipation. But the third book was so slow, and kinda repetitive. It picked up the pace towards the end, but the ending also felt kinda rushed😂 And that’s quite and achievement when it was so slow in like 75% of the book.

I was a little hesitant to read this book after a really disappointing ending to her Nine Tails series, but this was a pretty good book! I loved how cute Lexi and Ashor were together! Great ending to this series!
