Tyler and Aimee will take you on an emotional roller coaster as they carry on their forbidden love affair. They crushed on each other since high school but she was off limits since he was her brother's best friend. This is a great addition to the Bancroft Billionaire Brother's Series. No shortage of drama, a fight or two but finally brotherly approval comes. They are two of my favorite characters in the series and I'm pulling for them to have an HEA. The book was well written and the characters were multi layered and strong. This book has an engaging story line that keeps your attention. I read an arc via the author and voluntarily chose to write a review.

Awesome!
Aimee and Tyler are attracted to each other; however, there’s a major hurdle in her brother being his best friend. They are terrific together and neither wants to forego the possibilities being together offers. Will they finally take the step and if they finally do what will her brother do? You’ll love finding out what happens in this delightful read by Ms. Parker (as always)!

I first discovered this book through a Facebook ad, basically. Every once in a while it will post an exert of a book with a pic on my page, usually contemporary romances because they are my guilty pleasure (I enjoy them, but seldom review because there never seems to be much to say about them). This was the first book I read from Parker, and while I would have loved to have information on the Bancroft men (and Taylor’s romance) it wasn’t necessary in order to enjoy this book. Told in duel narrative between Aimee and Tyler this is a really great story. The two have always liked each other and the chemistry is definitely there, it was believable. That said I have several issues with a couple of the characters.

Let’s start with Tyler. He had a month-long fling with Aimee when she was still in high school and couldn’t forget her. What does he do? Waste years and years chasing women and making a reputation for himself as someone who can’t commit and hurts people. Jace, sister complex aside, would obviously have an issue with him dating someone he cares about with his track record. Then there’s the fact that they don’t communicate their intentions to others- Tyler especially. Several times Aimee had to try way to hard to read him, and to figure out their relationship. I understand the boy’s got issues as well but it seemed overplayed (the whole daddy-issues and alcoholic family member thing.)

Then there’s Jace. Aimee’s brother is strangely overprotective and way over-involved in her dating life. I get that he wants someone that can be a good partner for her, but he takes it way too far. Also, disliking Tyler for being a womanizer… pot/ kettle. I hate that he often tried to run rough shod all over them, and that he treated the man that he’d been like a brother to for years like this. If he was good enough to be your best friend since high school, how do you have such a low opinion of the guy? He did have some character growth and finally calm down, but it was painful and infuriating to watch. All that said, I would absolutely read his book if he has one.

Now I did love Aimee and her friend Jazz. Aimee is very honest with her emotions. She agrees they need to hide their relationship at first because she wants to be sure it’s real before inviting drama. Fair. While she’s definitely a busy body, everything she does is because she cares about Tyler. I loved her attitude, her spark… she was a great character. The only thing I didn’t like was how far she let the guys take over her life even though she didn’t like it, until she finally snapped. When left to their own devices Aimee and Tyler are actually really good together- they understand one another’s needs and support each other. I loved those moments.


As far as adult content goes, there are some seriously graphic sex scenes and language. There’s also violence and some possessive behavior. I would definitely say this one is geared toward adults 18+.

It will be a sad day when all of the Bancroft Brothers get their book.

Tyler is one of the brothers that was not acknowledged by the Bancroft Billionaire family. Hell, Tyler doesn't know if they even know about them. But his brother Taylor and half brother Pierce certainly know about them.

Aimee is the sister of Tyler's best friend Jace. She has always had a thing for Tyler, they even had a thing going on about 10 years ago. But Tyler left for college and they never really saw or spent time together.

Then Jace asks Aimee to join him at Tyler and Taylor's mom's house for Easter. Well how could she say no...but man she wanted to. She was not sure what Tyler was up to? Was he married? Had a girlfriend?

Jace tells Tyler that Aimee is coming with him for Easter. Now Tyler is all stressed out. He has never forgotten her. What will it be like after all this time to see each other?

To say that there was a physical present when they first saw each other was an understatement.

And when they started to see each other behind her brother's back...can we say fireworks? Some very good and some very not good.

Well these two crazy kids...HAHA be able to stand the heat that their relationship will cause, both between them and around them.

They have a lot to deal with and go through. But you have to read this book to find out what true love will make people do.

Settle yourself down and prepare yourself for a great storyline by the fabulous, best selling US author, Ali Parker. This is book 11 in this fantastic series about the Bancroft Brothers. In the last book, we read about Taylor's HEA and this book centres on his twin brother, Tyler, and his love story with his best friend's little sister, Aimee. Whilst this book can be read as a standalone, it will be far more interesting as a part of the series. A new character enters the series in the form of Armand Bancroft, brother to the deceased Art Bancroft. He knows that Taylor and Tyler are his nephews and wants to introduce them into the family but they are very resistant. Meanwhile, Tyler meets his high school secret girlfriend, Aimee, who is his best friend Jace's sister. who he hasn't seen for over ten years but the sparks between them are just as vibrant as they were before. These are two great characters who are so in tune with one another and the heat between them is RED HOT but there is also so much fun, compassion and caring for one another. I loved this book and look forward to reading Pierce's story. The question is whether there may be more siblings discovered? I received a reader's copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here. Most definitely recommended.

Tough Decisions Will Make or Break Tyler and Amiee❤️🔥🔥🔥❤️

Tyler's opening statement "Family is complicated" is an understatement... especially if your biological father is Art Bancroft. What do you do when you have a second chance with the one that got away ten years ago?? Tyler and Amiee have chemistry off the charts but their relationship is way more than chemistry. They communicate, understand each other and make each other smile. The problem is Amiee is Tyler's best friends sister. Jace knows all of Tyler's secrets and inner demons, except his fling with Amiee. As of things aren't complicated enough an unknown uncle from the Bancroft family shows up out of the blue with his own agenda and Tyler's mom is still in a fragile state in her recovery. Now Tyler and Amiee have a difficult decision to make... their own love and happiness or lose Jace as family and friend. I love this series of the Bancroft Brothers and highly recommend it. His/ her POV, no cheating, no cliffhanger and real life events and decisions that will keep you turning the pages till the end. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC copy of this book and happily purchased a copy for my favorites collection. Looking forward to Pierce's story and hopefully Jace will get an HEA

All Tyler wants is his best friend‘s little sister, Aimee. Another great Bancroft brothers book. Best friend’s little sisters are off the table, especially when your best friend knows about your many failed relationships and you’re angry past. When Tyler sees Amy again, she has grown up, is a woman, and his entire body flushes with desire. Their love is so sweet, but getting around Jace‘s big brother control is another thing. Great book. So many plot twists and new characters coming into the fold make this book filled with love, deceit, betrayal, family drama, hope and dreams, fears of the future, and a family that Tyler doesn’t know if he wants to know. He feels left out and has been on the outside for so long, but maybe it’s time to let go of his anger. Aimee is everything that Tyler needs. She is gorgeous, heartwarming, thinks of others before herself, and always does the right thing. Amy is everything Tyler never knew he needed. Such a wonderful, wonderful book. So intense in every way. Another great book by Ali Parker.

Each storyline and each couple is so unique , so likable and extremely relatable. My Taboo Love Affair is the perfect example of just that . It’s genuinely everything you could ever want in a book . Emotional, intriguing, steamy , sexy, fun , angsty , forbidden, second chance , heartbreaking, heartfelt, humorous, filled with witty banter and two main characters that will so quickly have your heart . Ali Parker has not only written a phenomenal story but she has managed to take two of my very favorite tropes Best Friends sister and Taboo and entwine then in a book that is just unforgettable and unputdownable .

Tyler and Aimee have had a ‘thing’ for almost as long as either one can remember. Nothing ever really came out of it since she’s his best friend’s little sister and he had too much respect for her to take it too far. Now, many years later, they’re both all grown up and that ‘thing’ is still there between them. Can it survive the other dramas going on in their lives? I loved these two. Aimee is sweet but fierce, and Tyler may have some jerk-like tendencies, but he’s utterly devoted to the people he considers “his”. There’s a lot going on here, and some of it I think we’re going to have to wait for the next book to find out what it all really means. Because of that, I’m impatiently waiting to get my hands on Pierce’s book.

Wealthy 32-year-old web development business owner Tyler Daines experiences a roller coaster of emotions as his attraction to his best friend Jace’s History teacher sister Aimee strengthens, he helps his brother Taylor prepare to marry Megan, he worries about breaking his mother’s newfound control over alcoholism, and he receives a surprise visit with an ultimatum from his Uncle Armand Bancroft.
Contains many steamy scenes and some violence but also multiple happy endings.

I am voluntarily leaving this review. I just love this series. The banter between all the characters, the drama, the suspense, the arguments, the love, it’s all perfect! You won’t regret reading this series at all. It just gets better and better with each book.

Tyler and Amy have a past from when they were younger, but haven’t seen each other in years. When fate throws them in each other’s paths, they have to figure out if their love is worth fighting for or if their family is more important. Their chemistry and love is off the charts, which makes their decision that much harder.

I cannot wait for the next book to figure out what is in store for the next Bancroft brother! This author is steadily climbing my favorite author list!

Jace finds out that they have been seeing each other behind his back and gives them both the cold shoulder. This book will keep you on your toes and make you want to spend the day reading till the end.

More Bancroft Brothers, Please

I love that we keep getting more Bancroft Brothers. Tyler is the illegitimate son of the late Art Bancroft. The problem is that he doesn't want to have anything to do with that family. Along with his twin brother, Taylor they have lived their lives away from the spotlight of the Bancroft name and have made something of their lives.

Aimee is the younger sister of Tyler's best friend, Jace. Tyler has been warned to stay away from her, but their mutual attraction is too much to ignore. So, they get together with Jace knowing. Bad decision. The older brothers always find out.

Tyler and Aimee are so good together and are miserable apart. You will enjoy this book because everyone deserves a happily ever after!

This is Book 11 in A Bancroft Billionaire Brothers Series by this author. It is an off limits, second chance romance between Tyler and his best friend's little sister, Aimee. These flawed characters are likable, the connection strong, the chemistry combustible, and the unique plot makes for an enjoyable read. Once they reconnect, it is a bumpy ride with some steam, drama, humor, family dynamic, twists and turns, and engaging secondary characters to keep the reader interested. An emotional read. It can be read as a standalone but you enhance your reading pleasure if you read the other books in the series.

This is the story of Tyler and Aimee. Theirs is a story of best friend's little sister and second chance romance. He is a web developer and she is a history teacher. He is one of Art Bancroft's illegitimate sons and she is the little sister of Tyler's best friend, Jace. They had a month during high school where they were in a secret relationship, but it fell apart, while they were keeping it from Jace. Their road to togetherness is fraught with issues. Tyler and Aimee have plenty of on fire chemistry. This is a very enjoyable 5 star read.

Brilliant

Wow...another brilliant book by Ali.
Love The Bancroft Billionaires series.
Loved this book so much.
Loved the storyline between Tyler and Aimee.
Loved the connection between them both.
Loved how they had both managed to come back together after so many years of not seeing each other.
Absolutely adore Renee. I think she is one strong lady regardless of her problems i think she is going to be fine and will make an amazing Grandmother. Love the way Brent is so good for her too. He is one very special guy.
Can't wait to read Pierce's story now and maybe find out what Armand has up his sleeve. 🤔

Tyler and Aimee have a past and now have a second chance at love. But they may have to choose between their love or family. They still have a fiery chemistry and love for one another. This is their story. The author brings a cast of strong characters, adds in all the drama and suspense and throws in all the banter between them all as she delivers another fantastic read. I'm looking forward to the next book.

This book has off the chart chemistry. Tyler and Aimee knew each other when they were kids - he was older and was her brothers best friend, so of course, a relationship would not be approved by her brother. So, he walked away from their short relation when he left for college but he never stopped thinking of her. When they meet again a decade later, the fireworks began.
I thought this book a little long, it’s an involved continuation of the Bancroft saga and a good book.

Wow, what a read! I really enjoyed digging in to Tyler and Aimee's story. They have such a great connection and pull. This is a second chance with some great intense moments between them and with Aimee's brother, who just happens to be Tyler's best friend, the boat definitely rocks! I love the friendships and family togetherness that they all have. I was pulled in to the story and couldn't put it down. Another great read in this series!

This is such a brilliant addition to this series.
The chemistry between Tyler and Aimee is off the charts but she is his best friends little sister.
They got close 10 years ago before he went to college and now they can't seem to stay away from each other. But when her brother Jace finds out it isn't good.
So much drama and plenty of emotion but can they make it work when her brother is against them. Add in the drama of being a secret Bancroft and the story only gets better.
I loved reading this book and highly recommend it.

Ooh, this book was everything (for me at least lol). Who doesn't enjoy an angsty, off limits romance between two people you know belong together? Especially when they've already had something going on secretly when they were younger? That's the situation Aimee and Tyler find themselves in when they're back in the same orbit years after their initial romance before college separated them. I loved that there was still all kinds of crazy chemistry between them, and I couldn't wait to see how they'd get their HEA, it was definitely worth the staying up late to finish reading!

I really enjoyed reading this book. Tyler and Aimee had chemistry from the first time they met and it was still holding strong when they ran into each other years later. Aimee is a strong woman who knows what she wants and goes after it. Tyler is trying to do right by every one including himself. Can he figure things out or will everything blow up in his face? Superbly written, super-angsty best friend's little sister romance. The tension of that dynamic was like an OTT side character. Aimee and Tyler are swoon city, so steamy and sweet together. The bad guy really played his part. And the plot thickens with the infinitely scummy Papa Bancroft. I can't get enough of this series, it just keeps getting better and more intriguing with each book. Aimee and Taylor fight hard to get their HEA here, and I think there's still more of the Bancroft story to tell!

This is book 11 in the Bancroft Billionaire Brothers series. This full length novel is a great brother's best friend romance. The characters are well developed. Tyler and Aimee's story is sweet, beautifully written, and filled with angst, drama, push and pull relationship, and twists and turns. The supporting characters are great. Aimee's brother Jace is very protective. The storyline is captivating. I enjoyed it. This is a great addition to the series, and now I am looking forward for more in the series.

The relationship between Tyler and Aimee is quite interesting.
When they both were teenagers they had a short relationship

Not everything thing is easy as they have to choose between family or
a happy every after.

Another great book in the Bancroft series! I really enjoyed Tyler and Aimee's story. It was a sweet, fun romance with some drama and lots of hot scenes. It was a uniquely written story because everything that happened could actually happen in real life. The characters were well developed and the storyline held my interest all the way to the end!
