Outstanding read from beginning to end. I’ve been a fan for years and it never surprises me when Ryan Grey writes a story. In this story, he goes deeper than ever before and introduces his readers into a new world of living, breathing and loving Mafia Vampires or day walkers. They are unique. In this story, Ryan take the fantastical genre of the supernatural and brings it close to home about the the pain of loss and the new found love in the middle of that pain. He rips your heart out and makes you want to hate Chris, the male lead but in reality you can’t help but feel the pain of his and Sara’s loss of the beloved son. Ryan writes the beginning of their tragedy like a web by a spider and you become entangled in their story and can’t help but want to know more. It ends on the biggest cliffhanger but no worries. Soon the second part of the trilogy publishes and you will dive in once again to what is Forged in Stone. Congratulations, Ryan!

In all honesty, I wasn’t sure what to make of this book after first reading the blurb and triggers, but Ryan has pulled it off amazingly. The characters lead normal everyday lives except for the fact they are day walker vampires, and part of a mafia family. I enjoyed getting to know Sarah, Chris and the other characters. This story was tear-jerking, emotional and unique, with plenty of steam! I am intrigued about how this story will play out, especially after that cliffhanger. I can’t wait for the next book in this series.

Love is a great book with day vampires who lead normal lives in business and life. This book definitely had some sexy scenes and I enjoyed getting to know Chris, Sarah, and Shell along with the secondary characters. Love started off with sadness and grief so grab a few tissues. Love ends in a cliffhanger and I can’t wait to see what’s in store for us in Loss.

This story is an intimate look into a couple, albeit Vampires and Mafia, struggling with a devastating loss. It's steamy, and it's sad. I do believe the author, Ryan Grey, handles the subject matter well though. It shows what could happen in the aftermath of such great loss, the effects it has on their lives, their love and how it is dealt with, right or wrong. I'm curious to see what Ryan has in store for us in book 2.

Awesome

Chris and Sarah will take you on an emotional ride. The unending love so deep you can't help but feel it. Unfortunate tragedies strike placing a wedge and pushing the two in directions that have you needing more and wanting to smack something. These two have and will show you an incredibly relatable story and leaving you needing more.
