Cecillia Wang never fails to deliver. Her storytelling is always so eye-catching gak pernah ngebosenin, and honestly, that’s one of her biggest strengths. She really knows how to write stories that keep you hooked from start to finish. I love how her writing blends English and Bahasa in such a natural way. It feels casual but still emotional, like you’re reading a friend’s deepest thoughts, but make it poetic.
At first glance, it might seem like this book is mostly about and yes, it’s definitely spicy. There are a lot of intimate moments, bold scenes, and emotionally charged tension between the characters. Tapi poinnya bukan cuma soal itu. This is not just a novel about sex. Beneath all the heat, there’s so much going on-> complex emotions, family expectations, social class struggles.
Cecillia Wang nails it again with her signature style, easy to read, fun, but surprisingly deep when you least expect it. The English-Bahasa mix in her writing? Still unmatched. Always feels real, relatable, and uniquely hers. The enemy to lovers dynamic always a win for me. The tension, the banter, the slow burn it’s all there, and it’s done so well.
Definitely recommend if you’re into messy, beautiful, well-written romance with a touch of real-life chaos.
