Drake is a nineteen year old who works in the family shoe store, He doesn't mind the job but he's lonely. He's known since he was a kid that he likes guys. He's never acted on it though. Then one day a gorgeous blond guy about his age comes in looking for some new sandals. The kid is beautiful and wearing a pair of ninety-nine cent flip-flops. They talk and Drake finds out that the kid runs an animal shelter for homeless dogs and cats. The kid, Tim Woods, invited Drake to visit the place. When he gets out his car he meets Frank the Tank, an English Mastiff that is the size of a pony. Tim shows him around and he has a surprise for him. Tim has an identical twin, and they are very friendly. Drake's life is going to change.
Erotica, but more than that, too, if only mildly so.
Lots of homoeroticism, with nudity running rampant between the six early-twenties characters, and plenty of steam.
I wasn't exactly expecting this to be a masterpiece, but I do wish the author had, at the very least, written the story in Microsoft Word and corrected all of the punctuation and spelling mistakes highlighted in red. (The repeated, incorrect usage of quotation marks was bordering on criminal here.)
It was a fun read, though, so I'm glad that I gave it a chance.
Grading on a "This is Porn" curve, I'd rate it at around 3.5 stars.

Who knew that a coming of age story would have twins in it. Every gay boy's dream is twins, and then throw in rescue dogs, be still my heart. I loved the characters and the story. The author did a marvelous job.
