Kyle is a real estate developer who specializes in purchasing all available real estate in small towns and then renovate them and revitalize the town. He is feeling dissatisfied with his life so rather than sending his team to the town of Cherry he decides to go himself and when he meets Jacinta he knows that she is his destiny.
Jacinta has finished college and is at a crossroads as finances require her to return to her hometown even though there is no way she can use her degree there. From the moment they meet the sparks fly but will his plans for the town destroy what they have together?

I liked this instalove story a lot. It was entertaining and enjoyable with a couple of exceptions. The characters were interesting and likable for the most part. Jacinta's mom Adelle was irritating. She seemed self-absorbed and hateful. The Sheriff was annoying as well. Kyle wasn't prepared for Jacinta. He was knocked for a loop when he saw her and instantly knew that he wanted to keep her. Jacinta was stunned when she met Kyle. She was attracted to him but figured that he couldn't be interested in her. Their behavior was over the top most of the time. Kyle was great with how he tried to make sure that Jacinta was happy. I loved their happily ever after. I recommend reading this book.

The Mouse and the Caveman . . .
Kyle Lundstrom is a successful developer, but he doesn’t just flip houses – he flips entire towns. Lately, however, he is feeling the loneliness and wants to find someone to share his life. He selects the town of Cherry for his next – and very possibly his last – project. This time, he is driving alone to Cherry to see it for himself. Something is drawing him to go there in person. Maybe to find his destiny?
Jacinta was on her cell phone talking to her best friend from college, Mel. Mel lives in Italy now and was trying to entice her to join her. But aside from not having the money, Jacinta’s mother kept her totally busy with chores, even begrudging her the short time spent on the phone call with her friend. It made her long for her college days again, away from this town. (Of course, it might have been more sensible if she had pursued a different career rather than getting a degree in nautical archeology! Not much demand for that here.) Her mother raced out to the diner while Jacinta finished folding clothes. She was ready to take a walk when her mother called to bring her name tag and purse to the diner since she had run out and forgotten them. She really wanted to avoid the diner and the scoffing townspeople, but now had no choice.
Screeching brakes as she approached the diner startled her. Everyone inside stared at her. But the mature, confident man getting out of the car took her breath away. Everyone always treats Jacinta like a joke, so his earnest concern for her was a surprise. Then her mother ran out screaming at her to get out of people’s way, not even asking if she is okay, filling her with shame again. Instead, Kyle kept his eyes always on Jacinta, then guided her into the diner to have cherry pie as he realized she was what drew him here. Will he give her a HEA she never anticipated? Will she finally have someone who loves and respects her?
I did not like the start of the story where Kyle is meeting with his team of consultants, lawyers, and regular staff. His inner monologue, sarcastic, snide, insulting, was so toxic that I almost stopped reading because I disliked him that much. Even when he arrived at the “famous” 1950’s style diner, he rehearsed his actions and winked at himself, thinking “I’ve still got it!” How obnoxious! Jacinta was a bit immature and very weak, letting the entire town intimidate her. And Kyle was a caveman who was ready to claim his mate before he even told her how he feels. This is not the usual story this author delivers. But read to the end to see whether Jacinta gets her HEA.

Kyle has always been a hard-working man he goes after what he wants and doesn’t let anything get in the way. He owns a large company which takes over town to make it into successful city. And now he’s got his sights set on a little town called cherry. He decides to go and look over the town himself. He doesn’t know why but it’s calling to him. And as soon as he starts driving through town he understands why. He has just found the woman of his dreams and he’s not gonna let anything stop him from getting her to be his queen.
Jacinta has just returned from college. She is now a Nautic architect and the problem being, she can’t work in the town she grew up in. Not that she would want to. Being back just a few days back with her mother is uncomfortable. She enjoy the freedom of college. Her best friend from college Mel is working in Italy and it sounds like heaven. As she is walking to her mothers diner she’s shocked when a car breaks suddenly behind her. When she turns around and sees the giant of a man, her heart goes mad. Strange thoughts running through my head about a future with this man. But he would never want her. Not with the way her body is so big and curvy.
Kyle will do anything to get his woman. But there are some twist and turns along the way.
Well this book is definitely a hot. I like both main characters. I thought Kyle was very full on about his wants and needs, but once she gets over her nerves it seems Jacinta Wants the same things. Until she gets a shock to find out what Kyle does for a living. Can they make it through all the twists and turns??.

They buy up all the available properties and develop the town in ways that make it more attractive for new and wealthier citizens to move in. Kyle has lived for his business so long that he has never found a woman or started a family. He has never even seen a woman who could grab his attention for even a short while. Kyle has decided that after one final project in the town of Cherry, he will distant himself and find a new life to interest him. He has decided that he will take the project on personally for old time's sake. When he drives into town he spots a woman who instantly becomes an obsession. All of a sudden his future is wide open.

This is book number 286 of the Man Who Knows What He Wants series and focuses on Kyle and Jacinta. Kyle is burnt out with his life and is ready to step away from his career and find the one. He is ready to settle down and finally live life like he wants. He decides that the town of Cherry will be his last development but decides to make a small trip there beforehand. He knows there is some reason that town was calling to him and as soon as he got to town and set eyes on Jacinta, he instantly knew what was calling him to the town. Kyle instantly becomes obsessed and knows right away she was the woman he had been waiting for. They both feel the instant connection and act on it quickly. This was a great story and a great addition to the series.

He has a special feeling about his new project, the town called Cherry and takes a break from work to inspect it himself, after his last project he wants to quit work for good. Also he has not found the real thing which has most value in life, real love, then he meets Jacinta and he knows she is the one for him...

Kyle is getting tired. He goes from town to town and flips it. In all his travels he's not found the one person to call his own. He goes to the last town which is Cherry, he's going to flip that town and quit. He sees the one woman that can complete his life. Jacinta just graduated from college and moved home. Kyle is an alpha male and he's going after Jacinta. She's younger than him but Kyle doesn't care. Jacinta didn't believe that someone like Kyle could love her. She had no self confidence. Loved the storyline and the chemistry between Kyle and Jacinta was amazing. As always I love the epilogues that Flora Ferrari includes in her books.

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. This is an age gap, instant love story between Jacinta and Kyle. He is a successful businessman who feels the need to come to Cherry, which he chose to be his latest venture. She is a young woman in that stage of life between schooling and figuring out the world. Her little hometown is definitely not where she wants to be. The story has the same ott, protective, obsessive man and a younger woman who adores it, that Flora is known for. I enjoyed the story overall. The characters were a mix for me but still a good story.

I really did enjoy this book, and here is the BIG But, please start letting these young women have more self esteem about themselves. Stop letting people run over them and having them just accept the way that a parent or people use them for their own benefit, stop letting them be soooo forgiving of others who treat them like dirt..
I do like the way she pretended that she has it all together when she meets this must older man, and him, ooh la la did he seem like a big hunk of a man.
If you like steam and a hea this is the book for you. I truly read every book this author writes and I'll keep on reading them.

This is Book 286 of A Man Who Knows What He Wants. This is an older man younger woman love story for Kyle and Jacinta. This one will have you melting in all the right ways and shaking your head at these two. Jacinta is so much more than most people give her credit for but when Kyle comes into their little town all she wants is this stud no matter who he is. I loved this sweet love story with it's happily ever after for everyone.

Developing Her Curves was an awesome OTT romance by Flora Ferrari. Kyle doesn't flip houses but instead he flips entire towns. He is a workaholic who has it all but no one to share it with. But something has drawn him to the small town of Cherry, his next project. He intends to take a break and explore Cherry on his own. And when he meets Jacinta, he realized what was pulling him to Cherry. Jacinta is the girl he has been waiting for and no one will stand in his way. The attraction between them was off the charts so if you like steamy insta lust you will definitely enjoy their story.

voluntarily leaving
While I love a good insta love and then get down and dirty as the next girl. This book was not it. In the beginning it was cute how over the top ridiculous the characters were especially the male character but then it just gets awful. The female at one point is thinking about leaving her mom and the town she grew up in and then all a sudden is like I can’t contain myself because I need him in me. There is no real story, no character development and it isn’t even steamy. It’s a over animated fade to grey.

I knew as soon as I saw the one-sentence-paragraph-after-one-sentence-paragraph writing style that this story is by Flora's ghostwriter not Flora herself.
I really like this writer's plots but having to restart a paragraph with each sentence always takes me out of the story and lately makes me stop reading around the halfway point. Too bad because I really think I could enjoy this writer if the editing style were altered.
Unfortunately, I'll have to wait for a new release from Flora herself because I love the books written by Flora's original writer.

This is a well written older man/younger woman insta love with strong characters in Kyle and Jacinta who have a hot chemistry but also have a few obstacles to deal with. The author paints her scenes in vivid detail and moves the story fluidly. I enjoyed reading their story and loved the extended epilogues.

As we are used to from Ms Ferrari, this is another fantastic story about an older alpha man and a younger woman. This is the story of Kyle he is a developer and Jacinta who just graduated. The storyline is great and it holds your attention from start to finish. There are some twists and a surprise in it that I didn't see coming. So definitely recommended!

Um, I don't really know what to say. Kyle Lundstrom, the MC is funny in his enthusiastic way, he's a go getter guy. Never afraid of what people will think. The FMC Jacinta, I am not sure. There are times I don't like her, immature at times, but the Jacinta at the end is the admirable one. But the Kyle at the end is the best one. .

I don’t know why, but I get really excited when I see a newly published Flora Ferrari book and I want to read it immediately. The characters tend to come alive on the page and the flow of the story makes it feel like the scenes are unfolding before the reader’s eyes.
