This is a clear, easy to follow guide to accessing your deepest core. Finding and stengthening the pelvic floor muscles has made a big difference in the quality of my yoga practice and my posture. The practice has helped me improve my bladder control and relieved my lower back discomfort by rebalancing my core muscles. I highly recommend this book and it makes a great gift. The stories are compelling, the text highly readable and illustrations helpful. You won't regret buying and reading this book.

This instructor shows a solid foundation in yoga practice, she's incorporated what are obviously components from several different yoga disciplines to create a unique approach to the topic of pelvic health. I found the book easy to read and understand, the explanations useful and my experience with following the postures over time is that my core is stronger, I'm more aware of the whole pelvic area and would highly recommend this book to anyone with an interest not just in pelvic health, but for strength and flexibility in general.

This book is a great introduction to getting to know the pelvic floor. The exercises are clearly explained and are simple to follow and execute. The personal testimonies really show how important it is to pay attention to this often neglected area of the body. Leah does a wonderful job leading the reader through the process, with gentle and precise language, so that before you know it you are well on your way to a healthier and happier pelvic floor. I highly recommend this book.

The word imagery is so vivid that I can see in my mind's eye how my pelvic floor is moving. Extremely helpful when doing the exercises.
