We follow the couple from Kara C. Kane's previous book to a weekend business conference, a conference which will also be attended by Maci, the husband's associate and previously "off-page" mistress.
This time Maci is very much on the page. She's aware of the understanding between her lover and his wife and takes pleasure in playfully teasing the wife, before Maci and the husband retire to Maci's adjoining room. Of course the walls are oh-so-thin, leaving the wife to listen and imagine what is going on right next door...
This adventure is just as deliciously erotic as the first. Again it is told from the wife's point of view, and her desire for her husband and his mistress to be together is strong and unquestionable.
While the first story related a single evening, this one extends over a three day conference during which time the wife will find herself invited into Maci's room to observe (and taste for herself) what she has until then only imagined.
This is a steamy story about a couple very much in love who share an unusual kink. The sex is fabulous and the story ends with everyone well satisfied and returning to their regular lives - with a tantalising glimpse of something new to come.
I recommend reading the first book before this one, and I'm keenly anticipating another instalment.

If you enjoy a strong female character controlling a man’s wife while she entertains the husband, you’ll love this short story. The wife willingly gives herself to them to use or ignore at their beckoning. I love how Ms. Kane enables readers to experience the emotions of the main character as well as the others. I recommend this story.

Sharing her husband with another women then returning home is such a turn on to the wife. When invited to join them, it excites her in so many ways, so there is no hesitation. A steamy, erotic short story not for the faint hearted. Explicit descriptions of sex and control so if this is your thing then its worth a read. Two out of the three characters don't have names, which I found a little odd so my main focus was drawn to Maci as I could identify her. Book 2 in a series but can be read as a standalone.
