What a great reference tool to perform great aerobic and strength-building exercises, without a lot of equipment. Plus, there are many regimens that can be beneficial based upon your health/strengthening goals and available time due to your life style. I learned a lot about the various resistance bands available based upon your physical improvement goals. Highly recommended.

Useful resource for building a custom resistance band routine.
It's basically a reference book for various different types of resistance band movements and how to perform them. A good reference for remembering certain movements and how to do them.
I can see it being useful for when I'm in a different location or it's too hot to workout outside and I need a substitute.
It would be better served as a large poster but for free.you can't beat the layout. As someone with band bolts I did find a fee extra exercises that'll ill try out.
