This book is a quick read filled with important tips with practical application, for (primarily) women in the workplace. If you're in your 20s, definitely get this book and prepare yourself for a strong and successful career. If you're in your 30s, 40s, or 50s -- I'm guessing you will learn some things you hadn't even realized you needed to learn. This one is easy to get through and totally worth the read.
