‼️DAMNNNN‼️
there was a reason this book was titled the sins of noelle and it was notttt what i expecteddd✨✨

no, because veronica lancet has once again outdone herself and raised the bar even higher🛐📖✨

slight spoilers ahead

all this time noelle has been portrayed/viewed as this meek, frail, on the edge of breaking chick but damnnn was i glad to see her “real” self😮‍💨🫣⚔️

for once we got to see an obsessive fml who would go and has gone to INSANEE lengths for the ml and would burn the freaking world for him and i loveddd it🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
JP FML SUPREMACYYY‼️‼️‼️
"I'll kill her," she mutters. "I'll fucking kill her if you touch her in any way," she declares. "What?" If it was any other circumstance, I'm sure I would laugh. As it stands, Noelle doesn't seem to find this amusing. "See her again and I'll kill her. I'm not kidding, Raf. See any other woman and I'll kill her," she continues.
NOELLEEEE DAMNN GIRL I DID NOT KNOW YOU HAD IT IN YOUUU🥹🗡️🫂

To be honest it was really hard to write this review. I love this series with my entire being. However, reading about the past in books is always difficult for me. 💔

But you know what, this book and this time it won my heart as always. 😍😍😍😍😍

Rafaelo god I'm obsessed with him. He is the best, he is so jealous of her as he protects her.💥💥💥💥💥

I now understand why the book is called The Sin of Noelle. There were so many tears and heartache in this book. But Noelle broke my heart. I tried to understand her but I couldn't.🥲

Zia and Michelle are my heart and I missed them so much.🔥🔥🔥🔥

Noelle and Raf are at a crucial point of their relationship and thanks to Vlad and Sisi he decides to know more about his wife, and I AM SO GLAD for their honest interaction, i hope Michele one day will have this, too. Cisco and yu need their own book, i've found cisco much more likeable to Noelle during her childhood she was such a lone wolf my heart hurt for her because I saw myself in mini Noelle. Emotions aside, WHY DID IT END LIKE THAT? EACH BOOK BY VERONICA LEAVES ME MORE INSANE WAITING FOR WHAT IS TO COME AT THE HACIENDA, and what we have learned on this one will leave us in pieces, i don't even know how we all will survive Noelle and Raf's last book. It's been a hell of a ride, and I can say: VERONICA, I TRUST YOU to serve happy moments, too.

My heart can't take it , too many emotions when reading this book.
Noelle and her behavior is a mystery to me , the dynamics of the book keep up with the previous ones.
This series was and will remain my favorite, because no book has not made me feel such a range of emotions. I would also like to say that I miss Michele and Zia , I am waiting and hoping that the gorgeous Lancet will be in the mood for their book

This book did a great job at making me sad and angry and desperate and hopeless and hopeful and excited and angry all over again 💔

So, the book continues from where we left off last time where Noelle confesses she killed their son (I gasped so loud!!!) So after ALL that, Raf is basically so pissed at Noelle when he discovers that she, indeed, was responsible for his suffering at the hacienda....or was she. SO anyway, Raf and Noelle basically have a whole falling out and Noelle tries to explain her side of the story but Raf is so traumatized by the truths he discovered from Michele that he feels like he can't trust her anymore and she is not the same Noelle he fell in love with. He asks to meet Cisco to get a better understanding of Noelle's past.

Noelle's past is so sad to no faults of her own. It felt like no one chose her so she had to constantly choose herself over the world. She wasn't the daughter her mother dreamed she would be so her mother always disapproved of her aloof and antisocial personality. It seemed the only thing that Noelle was passionate about and excelled at was playing the piano. Cisco noted that Noelle reminded him of a younger version of him, and tries to guide about how to gain respect of the world rather than have the world fear her. And my poor girl tries so hard to put Cisco's teaching in her way of life but she's just so lonely. Playing the piano seems to be the only reprieve she gets as she doesn't fit anywhere. Everything is pretty calm (or as calm as it can be as her mother is an abusive b*tch) until an *incident* happens at age 16. From that point on, Noelle's life is basically like life in prison. And I hate how Cisco forced that upon her even if it was done to protect her. She falls deeper into her loneliness and is living with her abusive mother. So she tries to turn her life around online, where she meets Blue. Her Blue. The boy she met online in a video game one day and slowly falls in love with. The Blue she became obsessed with after countless times of talking online. She meets her Blue accidently and becomes obsessed with him. Everything she does is for him. She slowly begins to emerge out of her web of darkness everyday she talks to her Blue. She becomes obsessed with him to the point where she fakes attending piano lessons to stalk him at his college. They eventually make plans to meet. And she was just so excited. So hopeful. So...happy. Until her brother stops her from meeting Blue. Until he breaks her whole connection with Blue. And she again becomes a shell of a person she used to be. And I hated Cisco so much during this time!

Cisco doesn't let Noelle contact Blue at all. She falls back into her depression. Cisco tries to interfere by having Noelle go on a trip with him and his family where he unfortunately receives news that Sergio is alive and wants his bride. And.....Cisco didn't try to do anything to stop Sergio. He doesn't try to save Noelle from the marriage at all. Noelle then begins to lose hope. She's all alone again. Her Blue is marrying another girl. She's set to marry Sergio. She's helpless. No one, not even Cisco, is trying to help her. She tries one last time to contact Blue, only to find that he's now missing. And so she's married to Sergio against her will with the hopes of being reunited her Blue one day.

This book honestly hurt me so much. Noelle was just a girl that tried to navigate her way in the world instead of letting the world navigate her. From a young age she did not care about what other thought about her and instead focused on playing piano even if it made her an outsider. It seems Noelle is constantly put down for choosing herself over others but she would never apologize for choosing life over death. She would never apologize choosing to survive, because despite the loneliness and darkness, she loved her life, even if it was not the way she wanted to live. It seems the only sin Noelle truly committed in this book is being choosing herself over anyone. And, to me, that's not a sin at all, that's just survival. And Noelle's sole reason for survival became Raf, even when he didn't know her. That's just how deep her obsession with him runs, and I hope, in the next book, he sees reason for her actions, even if he may not approve of them.

And here we go again... I thought really hard how start this review and even with doubts, I choose to tell a little about the characters.
Raf: In begining I was glad that he saw the true Noelle... but my hapiness was short... Raf like the little pup he is always will chose Noelle, so my vegeance isn't succed.
Noelle: I don't like her. Yes, she has a sad past, a difficult one, but even that can't make me sympathize with her.
Besides that, this book bring so much emotion and feelings, like always a good story
About the book: like always, Veronica has a beautiful writing, that grab me since the fisrt paragraph and make me want more and more. Now only rest me the waiting for the final book and revelations.

ARC Review:

If there’s one thing I can guarantee Veronica will deliver, it’s complex and layered characters! Her writing never ceases to amaze me. Romance aside, her storytelling is elite across genres! I cannot recommend this series enough!

This book focuses on Noelle’s backstory and what really happened at La Hacienda. We learn of her struggles growing up, and how her family treated her like a commodity when they sold her off to an evil man..essentially leaving her in the lion’s den to fend for herself.

Determined to gain Raf’s forgiveness, Noelle accepts that it’s time to come clean about her past and lay it all out on the table. No more secrets, no more lies.

It pained me to read about Noelle’s very apparent mental health struggles, and how she was forced to deal with her trauma with no guidance whatsoever. But if there is one thing that is certain, it’s that Noelle and Raf are meant to be!

We end on another cliffhanger, and will finally see the conclusion to Noelle and Raf’s story in the next book..and I cannot wait to experience it!!

I've been here since the beginning, and have been waiting for this for so long I was super excited to read and it definitely didn't disappoint ! I'm so glad that we got to learn more about Noelle’s past and how we get to understand her. I love Noelle and Rafe 🫶, and although we learn about their struggles and I know that they will get through this, I just can't wait for the next book, I love how even though Rafe is mad at her, he loves her more than anything and is there for her. I've personally always been a fan of Noelle, she is so badass and strong and she did what she had to do lol. I love how author always keeps us captivated and I LOVEEE the cameos of previous couples. She is such an amazing writer, definitely she did such a great job of portraying the imperfections of human nature. Literally finished this book within a day and had such a great time, sad it was over but I'm so excited and anticipating the next one ! I'm also waiting to read more about Zia and Michelle, missed them they are my FAVV

SO THANKFUL for the ARC I was provided for honest review.

Noelle will probably go down as my favorite fmc 🖤 she’s one of the most complex interesting characters I think I’ve ever read

The sins of Noelle mostly takes place in the past giving us so much backstory into who Noelle truly is my heart was shattered reading the way this poor girl was treated throughout her life 💔

I don’t think there’s any relationship that can top the way Noelle loves Raf and the lengths she’s willing to go for him they are truly soulmates 🤍

I was impatient to read this book, and Veronica Lancet did not disappoint !

This book really dives into Noelle’s past and we get to know all the complexity of her character. We get to fully understand how her different facets were mold.

I always liked her character, and I live it even more now. She’s a survivor and that’s so admirable in my opinion.

As always, the author knew how to keep us in the story ! And she did such a great job of portraying the imperfections of human nature. Truly incredible work in my opinion.

I had such a great time reading it.

The only remaining question for me is how am I going to channel my impatience.
Three months to know the end ! My obsession for this story won’t leave me alone during that long wait 😭.

So Noelle remembered everything since the last book but didn’t tell Raf about it because she believed he would see her differently and apparently she was a sociopath like her bro Cisco. She r@ped Raf too and she justified it being a semi rpe cause he was quite lucid, he just couldn’t remember the deeds cause of the drugs she used on him. She said it was to protect him. Oookkkaaayyyy

Sadly I skimmed a lot of this. The flashback about Noelle since she was 9 to 18 was too much for me. I guess it was kinda important to the story line and all the explanations for the depth of her character but it didn’t mean I have to liked it lol.

Raf understandably was mad and quite disgusted at her. He still didn’t remember much about that part of time in hacienda but knew she did the disgusting deed to him knowingly it was wrong. Then she confessed to killing their son.

What I gathered from her past was. 1. Her parents suck especially her mom 2. Her school suck 3. She was a stalker 4. She knew how to use gun and hunt wild animals

Then when both of them was in Mexico so Raf could learn about the truth, they got into a plane crash 😒🙃😑. Yes they both survived but injured, no it wasn’t fatal.

She then told him about the past. I regurgitated when it got to the point where she saw necrophilia in one of the temples in the hacienda. It was quite gory. There was a fight pit all involved underage girls k**ling each other and the losing one would be beheaded and the corpse would be gangbanged by a bunch of ‘powerful’ guys. Yuckkkkk I did not need the mental image.

Basically she had to be ruthless to survive her marriage. We saw how she and Lucero became close.

It ended with how she bought Raf in an auction with the help of her associate after relentlessly searching for Raf.

Thank you for the arc🫶🏼

This is book 4 in the series.

LOVED THIS BOOK 🖤🫶🏼

Before you start reading this look up the TW!! This is dark romance and has some content wich might not be easy for some people !!

Now to the book🫢
And again has Veronica lancet left us speechless with yet another masterpiece🫢

The story continues with we’re the 3.book ended so you have to read the book before this one for it to make sens.

In this book you will get to see the true colors of Noelle …
A lot of her past will be brought up in order to understand her character more.

Turns out Noelle isn’t so innocent and sweet after all, she has a dark past with some secrets wich maybe we’re better to be left uncovered….
You’ll get more of Noelle and her twisted past, you’ll even get to know and understand her more.
We knew from the beginning that she is a complex woman with issuers, because of her past.
Still after everything what happened, shes just a misunderstood and difficult woman….

Here we get to see one really obsessed female character, and it was not disappointing.
It was very interesting to read for the first time such an obsession from the side of a female and I loved it.
Love a strong female main character who is obsessed over her guy 😩😩😩😩
But beacause of her obsession she might have done some things which are questionable, but you’ll find out about them if you resd it😌🫢

On the other hand Raf, was left “surprised” to find this side of his so sweet and innocent wife…
I mean i do kinda feel sorry for him,but this story is so much more amazing with this plot line🫢

He found out about her past and he got to understood pretty quickly that she twisted and put the truth of her past just the way she liked it…
turns out her brother was somehow right with his warning about Noelle …

But now to the main questions…
Will raf forgive her?
Will they get a seconds chance at Love?

To find put more about them start reading this series like now😩😩🖤

This one was complicated because of the many flashbacks in the book; the actual, present storyline did not continue because 90% of this book was flashbacks of Noelle. I get it; we need her point of view of the past, and we need to know what happened, but we also need more of the present.

Veronica delivers with her complex characters every single time. I'm sure I'm not too fond of her characters, but I sympathise with them the next moment. Every single time, I hate them, especially Noelle, but I also see what she had to go through, and I can't deny the connection with Raf.

My feelings about this series are mixed. I don't know if I like or don't like this series. I don't know if this series is technically good or trashy, but it's addictive, complex, layered, full of plot twists and mind-blowing atrocities. You won't be the same person after reading these books, that's for sure.

The Sins of Noelle….

Jeez. If you thought the roller coaster of emotions and plot twists had ended, you’re totally wrong. Prepare yourself to be shaken a couple of times.

This book is literally about Noelle’s sins, so don’t expect much to read a lot from Rafaelo’s POV (as I did lol). It’s an insight on Noelle’s life since her early years, and how she’s had to overcome a handful of situations. I’m obsessed with her character development. You finally get to understand where she’s coming from and why she did what she did.

On the other hand, Noelle and Raf are going through a critical stage in their marriage. Specially, Raf struggles to find balance between all his feelings for his wife, his past present and future, and his principles and morale. Such an entertaining tale.

You also get to read a bit from Cisco and Yuyu’s POV!! —which I absolutely loved. However, I would have liked to read about Raf’s reaction every few chapters.

Also, there aren’t any chapters about Michele, he’s barely mentioned in this book, so don’t expect to read more about him nor Zia.

Overall, I think it is a great book. These books have been refreshing for me since this is my first time reading this kind of series— the fucked up type. I went through all stages of grief a couple times. I even shed a couple tears every now and then when reading what Cisco, Yuyu, and Rafael were going through at the time.

I don’t know what else to say without spoilers. But all I can say is that if you’ve managed to read at least two books from this series, please don’t stop and finish them all !

It has been keeping me on my nerves times and times again. I can’t wait to read the fifth book! I hope i’ll get to read more about Raf and how he dealt with all the info revealed at the end of this book.

4.0 ⭐️ - the story remains incredibly addictive, but i found the accident scene way over the top, lol it really didn’t need another tragedy! as for the part about the rape, i still have my doubts, i’m really curious to see how it all unfolded. so far, i’m really enjoying learning about this past and discovering how she managed to gain so much power there!

While it wasn’t awful, I really couldn’t get past the manipulative self harm… I pushed through it and it did get better but I can’t stand Noelle anymore.

I finished it in 4 hours and I couldn’t dropped it out. You know what’s taste like? OBSESSION.
Sorry not sorry these combination of toxicities means flattered you from the realness but it’s just madness. I don’t know what I have to say I’m that much complicated. I couldn’t found the right words because yeah there was repetitiveness but it didn’t bother me while I was reading.
RafNoelle… THIS COUPLE. THIS. CAN YOU IMAGINE YOU MET THE MAN OF THE LOVE OF YOUR LIFE WHILE YOU WERE PLAYING A VIDEO GAME AND BEING EACH OTHERS BEST FRIEND… I imaged that and it’s🫡 I love Raf so much, in the beginning of the whole series he looked more annoying because his behaves of Noelle but I understand him now. No one innocent as it seems they were🤯
I was so angry at Noelle l hate hate her but still it doesn’t mean that I like her as the first time, but she’s predictable. SHE WAS F INSANE, ADDICTED. They compared Bianca to Noelle. I’m ashamed Vlad how can you say these things they were in the same line they do because of their love. Am I shocked? No.

Firstly thank you for providing me with the arc in exchange for an honest review 💕

I was (so not) patiently waiting for this book to get released and ofcourse true to her words veronica did not dissapoint as always. Idk what she puts in her book but I always end up devouring it it's like she writes it I'll eat it all up no question asked

Noelle was the most surprising character I've ever came across like if you think you know her, trust me you don't
This book is all about how noelle's childhood was and how she was at hacienda
Seriously my girl has went through so much 😭 all I wanted to was GIVE HER A BIG GIANT HUG!!! there were so many scenes in which I was so proud of her literally "that's my girl" moments. She's an ICON fr. Never thought I would be relating to her

As in Rafaelo, I get his concerns he thinks Noelle betrayed him by hiding the truth and did some stuff which he can't wrap his mind around but he stills love her more than anything seeing him fight his emotions was so hard 😭 all I wanted was for him and Noelle to just HUG AND HOLD HANDS especially in one scene 😭❤️‍🩹

and the way it ended
what in the Cliffhanger was that 😭
I need the next book like right now please.

This book delves deep into Noelle's character, giving readers a better understanding of her struggles and motivations. Veronica's ability to create multi-dimensional characters is truly commendable. The constant revelation of secrets and twists must make for an exciting read.

Noelle and Rafaelo's relationship is tested by the secrets between them, but their love for each other appears strong. The added angst and Noelle's dominant side must add some intense moments to the story. I'm sure the anticipation for the next book, where more secrets are unveiled and their relationship progresses, is quite high!

Received ARC in return of a honest review.

When I started this series I didn't expected these much plot twists. This series has everything which a reader wants, mystery, romance, and what not. Veronica really knows how to make sure that the readers are at the edge. Sins of Noelle tells us the story about the Noelle, things which happened to her at that hell and every thing she has gone through. I loved this book more as it cleared the picture of Noelle her reasons and her intentions. Thanks for this series VC.

I don't even know where to begin with this story. All I can say is go in blind and enjoy the mind-blowing ride. There are too many plot twists in this series to even count. Characters I loved and adored in book 1, The Taste of Revenge, I quickly despised in the following books and vise versa. We seem to have been given the basic facts in book 1 of the series allowing us to make our own assumptions, however as we have read along through each book, nothing is as it apparently seemed. My opinions of the main characters and the side characters are all over the place for the majority of the series so far, but I finally think we are getting a better read on them as the details of the story unfold in this book.

As we have previously been given Michele and Raf's background in The Prodigal Son and now Noelle's story in this book, I feel so gutted by each of their heartbreaking childhoods and how they have molded them into their present characters. I loved Noelle in book 1 then I kind of wrote her off after that, mostly because I was very confused on her personality and couldn't tell what was real and what she was faking. But after reading this book everything makes sense and I felt so devastated for everything she had to endure.

Blue and CuriousCats' love story is phenomenal. Though I knew what ultimately happens from previous books, I had no idea what happened from Noelle's POV and I could not breathe through some parts of this. It was sweet, beautiful, and extremely angsty, showing just another layer of the author's storytelling talent. I cannot get over everything that Noelle's love for Raf has survived and the way it is revealed truly makes this "mafia masterpiece" one of the most amazing love stories I have read. And it's not even complete yet. I'm so terrified and extremely excited for the conclusion of this outstanding series.

Though I think in any other book the changing of 1st person and 3rd Person POV would drive me absolutely crazy, I live for it in Veronica Lancet's writing. With so much going on in this story, it helps readers navigate the characters' thoughts and whether we are reading in the past or the present. Another thing I didn't realize until I was far emersed into this series is that many of the side characters have their own books or will have their own at some point and I cannot wait to devour them as well.
