Exactly what I needed at this time of career reflection. I have made the pivot to seeking non-profit work and the practical steps this book offered helped reassure me in that journey and have armed me with considerations for the upcoming job search stage. The book is clearly laid out and precise in its intent, with each chapter building upon the previous.
