They stole his heart, and now there’s Hell to pay.
Abaddon made a grave mistake when he went after Lexi. Now her father, Loki, has a plan to win Lucifer a powerful ally that could help get her back. But not all is as it seems beyond the bifrost, and the time for a reckoning has come.
Meanwhile, Lexi finds allies in the unlikeliest of places and discovers connections she never imagined. While she carves a path through the nine circles of Hell, she learns more about herself and the icy magic that’s been haunting her for weeks.
Lucifer and Lexi are worlds apart, but their bond is strong. Will it be enough to survive what’s coming, or will Lilith finally succeed in tearing them apart permanently?
L.A. Boruff lives in East Tennessee with her husband, three children, and an ever growing number of cats. She loves reading, watching TV, and procrastinating by browsing Facebook. L.A.’s passions include vampires, food, and listening to heavy metal music. She once won a Harry Potter trivia contest based on the books, and lost one based on the movies. She has two bands on her bucket list that she still hasn’t seen: AC/DC and Alice Cooper. Feel free to send tickets.
We jump into this immediately where the last one left off. And, the intrigue and adventure are spinning out of control from the very first words. I don’t know that I had a specific form in my mind that I thought this story was going to take, but none of the events in this book were anything I was expecting. I loved seeing Lexi finally come the rest of the way into her powers. I’m also more than a little gobsmacked over some of the revelations in this book. I’m very happy with where this story ends, but I hope it’s not our last escapade with these characters. I received a complimentary copy of this book through Booksprout.
This is book three of the Demons and Demigods series and Lexi awakes to find herself being held prisoner by Abaddon and Lilith, who enjoys torturing her no end. They have made the mistake of going after Loki’s daughter and Lucifer’s love interest, Lexi. They don’t know exactly what Lexi is, neither does she herself! She has been chained up with chains that not even an angel of god can escape, but little do her captors know, that she will soon find help in the unlikeliest of places. Someone has been watching her and is ready to help her learn about the cold seeping through her body and soul, instead of the heat and fire she has always known within her. Her magic and powers are far more than she has been led to believe up to now and someone is going to help teach her how to use them! Lexi will need all the help she can get to get out of the pit and finds another prisoner can help her with part of her escape, even if he wants to jump her bones in the meantime. Meanwhile Lucifer (Sam/Samael) has been trying to gain some allies to face off against Abaddon, knowing if he followed his usual impulsive side, he would have rushed in to save Lexi and gotten himself killed before he could do so. Abaddon was his second in command for years and knows a lot of his ways and has also learnt a lot of his tricks as well. He will be waiting with an ambush for Lucifer to fall straight into. Loki is his unlikely ally, but as Lexi’s father, he wants her safe maybe more than Lucifer. They head to Asgard to ask for assistance from Odin, but that doesn’t go well, with Odin having his own plan of action he is following, where Loki needs to die! Thankfully, the bond between Loki and Lucifer is strong and they battle on, gaining a surprising group of allies, after a message from one of the Archangels is finally passed on, asking for assistance. Lexi discovers even more about her fate and her ancestors powers, finding out that she is so much more than she ever thought and that fate has set her on a path, ever since she was born! With the voice of Hecate helping her to accept what is to come and to learn how to use these new powers, she tries to make her way out of the nine circles of Hell and back to Lucifer. She must battle Lilith and a wide array of demonic creatures in her path, as Abaddon threatens to release the Titans. Many will fall in these battles, but Lucifer must succeed in gaining control of his former realm, to ensure souls are properly processed once again and those against them are punished as they deserve. Some enemies are too dangerous to be allowed to live, but others deserve to suffer for eternity! Lots of action and danger, as well as scenes of torture in the pits, so not a pleasant read in parts, but still with lots of witty comments, a bit of steam and family bonds extending to friends who have helped them on their journey. I received an ARC copy of this book and I have freely given my own opinion of the book above.
The third and final instalment of this great adventure of Lexi and Lucifer. An enjoyable read if you haven't read the other two books, but well worth reading the other two books as get full enjoyment of the experience with all three. These books are going into my read often as really enjoyed the whole series and sad that only three books, but never say never as am sure lots more adventures could emerge for the two great characters. I enjoyed the books so much as the whole ensemble of characters were engaging, fun, entertaining with lots of laugh out loud moments, great sex, romance, characters you connect with and make friends with. Not only the characters enjoyable with great interactions, but also the settings, challenging and interesting perspective off mythical beings, storyline, adventures and overall atmosphere created hooked me in and loved being in the author's world. Hard copies will be purchased so can be re-read often. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
In the finale, Lucifer, Lexi, Loki and many other demigods, Gods and Goddesses, witches and so on, work together to regain Lucifer Throne in Hell. However, Abaddon has his own help. Some of them you would be surprised would help him. I really enjoyed reading this book and to see Lexi come into all of her powers. There are a bunch of shocking reveals. Seeing Lucifer with the Boys and Girls Club kids from next door and how he interacts with them, giving them the leftovers daily, is a beautiful thing, that started in book 1.
Abaddon just keeps upsetting Lucifer more and more throughout the book. I mean seriously, I don’t understand how Abaddon did everything and still be so stupid! Lol
This series was awesome and I’ll probably reread it every year as part of my reread list. It is just that good! Plus it has dragons, witches, things that i love from mythology, etc. Plus historical artifacts! The puns and fight scenes are just awesome. I laughed a lot in this series and had to run to the bathroom quite a few times. Lol
One of my new fave characters in this book is Asmodeus. My goodness! Hello hottie. Lol.

I soooo don't want this series to end. Omg while i was reading this book, which i 100% absolutely loved, i kept thinking how great this series could be made into a movie. I would definitely watch it!! The characters, the plot, the action, the drama, and the romance... all absolutely amazing.
In this final book, Lexi has been taken to hell and put in the pit by Lillith and Abbadon. Thankfully, her "sister" is really not just a cat familiar but really Hecate who helps train Lexi how to use her witch powers. After getting free from the chains, she starts accumulating people who are allies. Meanwhile, lucifer is gathering an army to come find her and take back his crown.
Loved this book so much!! I received an ARC for my honest review!
Once I read the blurb for Divine Deviations, I just knew I needed to read the book. After reading the first few chapters of the book, I was completely blown away by the amazing story. I found the characters to be both heroic and romantic at the same time. I also found Divine Deviations to be suspenseful and a page-turning book. I absolutely throughly enjoyed the plot of the story, and the story kept me interested in finding out what was going to happen next. I would recommend this book to other readers who would enjoy an amazing paranormal romance.

This story brings Lexi and Lucifer’s triology to an end - it’s been quite the ride! I loved how this story didn’t rush to the conclusion - both Lucifer and Lexi have side journeys to accomplish before the big battle brouhaha, which makes the build up all the more tense. All the different gods from different pantheons working together - or battling against each other - made for some great side character stories. All-in-all, this trilogy has been an exciting one; while I’m said it’s over, I’ve really enjoyed the ride.
I’m absolutely loving this series and this one wow it’s the best I loved the characters Lexi and Lucifer and the secondary characters, there’s plenty of action, twists and turns, drama, danger, chuckle worthy moments and so much more to keep you entertained and turning the pages. Sorry guys no spoilers but if you don’t read this series then your definitely missing out and I definitely recommend this book/ series.
This is a NON-SPOILER REVIEW of Divine Deviations by L.A. Boruff and JL Burns. This third book in the Demons and Demigods series is the closing of the circle for Lexi. I loved that the reads in this series picked up where the last left off. The storyline is amazing with all the action, drama, sexy romance and wonderfully written characters. We definitely need more!
This honest and voluntary review was made possible by reading a copy through Booksprout.
Holy Moly! This series is a definite MUST READ! From page one of the first book the last page of this book, every detail, nuance.... Amazing. I am an avid reader of mythology and I love it when authors retell, twist, or make a new story with the gods and goddesses. Now we have an author duo combining the pantheons, AND Christianity.... Mind blowing. Absolutely LOVE this series, and I look forward to more from this author duo.
Love this series, read the previous books in the series.
There is love, pain and humour in the writing. The book ends with a conclusion i.e no cliff hanger but there are questions which I hope will be answered in book 4. There are hints in all the books as to where Lexi and Lucifer are being led to in the next book
Lucifer and Lexi are back and what a story it was. Full of surprises and quite a few funny scenes. I laughed and groaned through most of it. Was it was very entertaining. Lexi makes new friends and finds out secrets of her family. And a few other secrets are hinted at along the way. Good story with lots of action, and friends helping out with the final showdown.
Lexi and Lucifer are back in Devine Deviations book three and the final book in the Demons and Demigods series. I loved Lexi and Lucifer's story from the paranormal romance, the action packed storyline, and the secrets and lies this is a great ending to the series. I look forward to reading more books by these authors in the future. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.
It was great! You had a different look on the different pantheon of gods including christianities beings. Bad guys were good and the good guys were actually bad. It was a great paring and combination of characters and story lines. Great Paranormal series.

This is one of the most fabulous series I’ve read in a long while. I read the 3 books in 2 days. Sleepless nights even though I had work. I just couldn’t put it down.
Well written and original. The mix of different pantheons just made this series that much special. I feel like this needs to be made into a movie.

This was a wonderful read for me. I loved everything about this story, Lexi and Lucifer really worked as a couple, a witch and the Devil. This book gave me Lucifer, the TV Series, Vibes. So, of course, I am a fan of this series. A Story well done! I LOved it!!! No Spoilers!
Really enjoyed this highly entertaining journey from beginning to end. Emotionally thrilling, sweetly sexy and action-packed adventure filled with engaging charters, witty dialog, heart racing twists, magical moments and exciting turns.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. It is a great ending to the series and a real page turner. I liked Lexi and Lucifer and how everything turned out. I would recommend this whole series.
It wasn't what I expected when I started book one, which is a good thing. The plot was amazing and kept me guessing. I laughed alot. Highly recommended
I loved this series. Devoured it. However, it feels a little unfinished. I feel like that a lot of the time because I don’t want things to end but this was very abrupt.
Oh wow, what a ride! I've loved the previous books in this series and this one didn't disappoint. New friends and old enemies, Gods and Godesses, demons and monsters, death and rebirth, secrets and lies revealed, and a roller coaster ride of a battle through the nine levels of hell. I'd give it all the stars !
