This trilogy includes the first three books in the popular series, My Over the Top Possessive Alpha Harem.

Book 1: Broke Down
My car broke down on an icy road in the middle of nowhere. I’ve got no money in the bank, no place to stay, and no food for my kids. Can it get any worse?

Sure. A police car pulls up.

The county sheriff calls his twin brother to tow my car for repairs that'll probably cost more than the beater is worth. They say don’t worry about it. They only want to help.

Sure they do.

These gorgeous guys just happen to have two friends who own a luxurious motel called Little Cypress Lodge. I walk into this incredible hotel and it's like I've entered a new fantasy world. It's warm, there's plenty of food for my kids, and they say I can stay. For free. As long as I need a place.

The four of them even want to hire me to do some modeling work for their new fashion line. Crazy, right?

Me. The broke down, homeless single mom.

If I can keep up the act long enough to make some deposits on a new place, I can start a new life for me and my kids. If I don't lose my heart first.

Book 2: Knocked Up
From homeless single mom broke down on the side of an icy road... to living in a mansion with four gorgeous men.

Not only have the Blakely Four Brothers taken me and my kids in, but they've also given me a dream-come-true job as an exclusive model for their new fashion line. I have a magnificent roof over my head. My kids are happy, fed, and safe. I have four incredible men in my bed. Plus a fantastic, glamorous new job making more money than I ever dreamed possible.

But we messed up, and this beautiful dream may come crashing down.

After a glorious tub scene with the alpha Marine, I could be pregnant.

I may not be broke-down Shelby any longer, but having a baby with four men that I've known a week is way too over the top. Even for me.

Book 3: Four Men & A Baby

Baby makes EIGHT?!?!

First, I was broke down alongside an icy road in the middle of nowhere, divorced, and homeless with two small children. Then four gorgeous men took me and my kids in. They gave me an incredible job, an over-the-top mansion, and...

A baby.

Have you ever seen four macho men make goo-goo sounds for a baby? Let alone a tough alpha Marine.

Chris joked about learning to write screenplays at our wedding, and my life with the Blakely Four Brothers is certainly turning into a sexy romcom.

Now it's time for us all to get the happily ever after that we deserve.

Note: This collection is intended for readers over 18+ due to mature themes. This series involves a ménage relationship [MFMMM].

3.5⭐️ for this why choose single mom romance

Shelby has no money, no home, and no food for her kids. To top it off she breaks down in the middle of nowhere. County Sheriff, Derek, wants to care for her immediately. Luckily his twin brother, Kaleb, is a mechanic and quickly comes to help. Now to introduce her to their best friends Everett and Chris. Could she be the missing piece?

This was pretty good! I loved the character development in Chris. He starts out super closed off and Shelby definitely loves him enough to break him free from his baggage.

I loved how the twins immediately took to Shelby’s kids. Did feel kind of weird not seeing the other two men really involved with them. But I did enjoy how they come together as a family and support one another.

I personally didn’t care for all the “abso-fucking-lutely”.. felt super overused, especially in the end.

Bom!

Overall its a good series, i loved the characters. The reason i gave it 3 stars is because, to me RH is an incredible trope because the FMC doesn't have too choose but also loves every men equally and in this series, Shelly always gravatated more towards Chris. Somites i even forgot that Everet was part of her harem.

When I saw that this was a pen name for Joely Sue Burkhart, I knew I had to immediately read it. Plus, it was a single mom romance which I’m loving now. This trilogy gets a 4-star review from me which I will explain why now.

I loved the single mom aspect of this series and loved how the guy’s rescued Shelby and her kids from rock bottom. It was romantic and sweet and brought butterflies to my stomach. The guys were all swoon worthy, and each had qualities that I liked.

Now this is a RH romance, but it did not really feel like it. While Shelby had four guys, I only felt a real connection between her and only one of the guy’s Chris. The other guys just happened to be there, to make sure Chris did not hurt Shelby as he was a war vet with PTSD. Her and Chris had lots of alone time and their relationship had depth that the others were lacking.

Now the single mom aspect. It was good but I found it odd that only two of the guys truly accepted the kids. Chris and Ev just seemed to tolerate them because they came with Shelby. It was just strange to me, and I feel like if they truly loved her, they would love her children and express it to them. Sure, the children did not go without, but I just think that all four could have been dads to the children than just two of them. I mean when Shelby gets pregnant, which is not a spoiler as it is in the title, they all agree to be the dad and have the child call them dad but for the other two they had to choose only one person to call dad. I just find it strange and I kind of felt bad for the children.

I am glad that I picked up this trilogy because I got to experience the beautiful words of Sharan Daire. She writes words from the soul, and they just hit you right in the heart. They make you believe that love truly exists. Honestly, the beautiful words of Sharan Daire saved this book to me as the romance between the characters fell flat.

Average: 3 stars

Book 1: 3.5 Stars
I was excited by the idea of a single mom RH story, and this one didn't disappoint. I didn't have trouble keeping the guys separate in my mind, and the kids were adorable. As the series title suggest, they are all OTT, and while I don't exactly love that, it isn't taking anything away from the story. This is a trilogy, but if one were so inclined, you could stop after this book. It ends in a way that is satisfying, but you can read on if you are like me, and need to know what happens with this family after their first week together.

Book 2: 3 Stars
This book picks up right after the first, and spans about the next 6 weeks. We got more insight into the backgrounds on everyone, and had some closure on things from book 1, but I was still missing something. I am hoping that in the last book, the story will cover more time, and we'll actually get to see the pregnancy advance, and watch the guys go through that process. I love the kids, and wish that we saw more interactions between them and "their dads." I need more of the overall family scenes, and wouldn't mind seeing more of the group scenes in the bedroom. Like book 1, this book ends in a way that you could end here if you'd like, it's not a cliffhanger. But if you're like me, and want to read more about them all, there is another book.

Book 3: 3 Stars
I found that I was bored most of this book. Time jumped pretty quickly between chapters, and when a book is already this short, I don't think it worked. I didn't feel a connection to the characters this time, and also felt like nothing really happened. Each chapter was it's own scene, and there wasn't enough development.

Trilogy worth reading

The feelings in this box set is emotional. Have tissues because the heart will feel the turmoil, the happiness, the shocking moments and the sweet romance. Insecurities are touched due to emotional and verbal abuse endured before the thoughts of giving up enter when times are really tough, however our heroine Shelby Kent will fight her fatigue, hunger and emotions to save her kids. Her journey started when her car broke down along the side of the road and she was worrying about saving, feeding and protecting her kids. Being rescued by a sexy Sheriff and his endearing brother Mechanic, she entered a whirlwind of romance, love and family. I have immensely enjoyed this trilogy about loving someone for who they are and not what or who they are. What they bring to the table is second to what their love can build. Adding in a grumpy billionaire Marine and his suave and charming Lawyer just adds more pieces to the puzzle. The fact that all four friends are brothers by choice if not by blood. The tears will flow until the happy end.

A super sweet Cinderella story

Oh my goodness! I love this box set. It's a cute contemporary reverse harem with a serious case of insta-love. Mostly. Some of the guys take a while to get with the program. I love how Shelby's story is fun and light on the drama. It's kind of like a Hallmark movie, but with gloriously graphic love scenes.

There is plenty of steamy goodness. So much goodness!

There are also some sweet kids, a wedding and a pregnancy. Derek, Kaleb, Everett, and Chris are pretty awesome. Just when I thought they couldn't be more amazing, somebody would do an adorable thing, or do something thoughtful for one of the kids or Shelby.

Le sigh. Le swoon.

A few typos, but nothing too distracting.

The most adorable story on how four small town hunks fall for a Texas mom of two, who was down on her luck. Shelby Kent was just getting by when her car didn’t want to seem to get the message and breaks down. Little did Shelby know that her life would turn around with the help of Sheriff Derek Anderson and his three brothers. It was insta-love as soon as Kaleb, Everett, and Chris set eyes on Shelby. And the rest was a wonderfully written HEA!! I loved how the flow of this story worked, and the spice was not at all a disappointment! I enjoyed that there was a POV for each of Shelbys knockout men!

A good series

I love a good binge read. And having all of the books together, just makes it so much easier to just continue reading and not stop until I complete the series. I really enjoy the series. I like Shelby. I adore Chris. And the children are amazing. I like all of her men. Although I didn’t very much like Chris in the beginning. And tay I have so much questions about her. The fact that they use non-pronounce. And it’s just never talked about. If you’re in the mood for a sweet, no drama, Hallmark, no tension. Then this is a great read for you.

EXCELLENT!

This was a trilogy that had everything. I cried, I laughed and sometimes both. The characters were realistic. The way the characters kept falling back into their thought patterns and moving forward to build the positive thought patterns was great. It showed the vulnerabilities and strengths and love in their relationships. I will be reading these three books again down the road. Thanks for such spirited and delightful characters!

Enjoyable reverse harem...

I enjoyed this read, I started with the first book, but when I saw the story continued and there was a set I had to know their story, and its worth it!! I fell in love with the characters and their made family. The chemistry is off the charts and it is steamy!!! I still wanted more of this story, but it had to end at some point. This is an easy read, no stress. It was hard to put down, which means its good!!

Loved it

Loved seeing Shelby, a divorced single Mom to 9 year old Liam and 4 year old Allie, get her 'Pretty Woman' fairytale with her Hot quad of guys; twins Derek and Kaleb, Everett and last but not least Chris. Her struggles, Chris' challenges to deal with his PTSD are heartwarming.

Comfort read

For me this book was:
Insta-love, over the top with everyone gorgeous, over the top billionaire, insecure but perfect FMC, lots of kids to adore. There's little angst or conflict. Not my usual read but I enjoyed it. It was a sweet break from dark or bully. I enjoyed it.

Woke agenda is a no

I loved the writing style. The author took her time letting us get to know the characters and great descriptions BUT it took me a bit to figure out the one child she was talking about was a single kid. Really, it's not hard to decide....is it a girl or a boy Ms. Dare? No more of your woke stuff for me.

Great bundle

I originally started reading the individual books, but bought the bundle because of its great deal. I’ve enjoyed every minute of Shelby’s story. Her men, her children, and the changes she experiences over the year.

So sweet

I am shocked I enjoyed this. It is so sweet though. Utterly and completely unrealistic and silly, but heartwarming at the same time. A good palate cleanser if you have been reading some dark things.

Burns so good

When a single mom is on her last prayer and that seems to get ruined Shelby is saved by not one but 4 strapping Alpha males. Whether she let's them save her is another thing entirely.

This is not an Omegavers even though the storyline, plot, and characters would be way better if it had been. It was good but I Google searched Omegavers this popped up and it was a lie. It's just a Reverse harem trilogy that would have made more sense as an omegavers in my opinion.

So charming

This is a twisted version of Cinderella but with 4 princes. Their is lots and lots of sex, but the book will make your heart weep loved it. The characters came to life.

Loved it!!!!

Really great boxed set Trilogy with Shelby and her daughter Allie, and son Liam. I was overjoyed that she got
away from her deadbeat ex Rob, and went to Missouri. She is rescued by the small town Sheriff, and his frirnds.

F*cking epic

This was a good read. Insta love. It's a good billionaire meets broke single mom in trouble x 4😜. There isn't much interaction in society with their arrangement but they make it work. I enjoyed it will probably read again.

I devoured this whole series in 3 days. It is a good spicy reverse harem read (MMMMF) and what I really love is our main female character is a mom with a mom bod and she is loved and worshiped! It is a HEA, and I do highly recommend.

One of the best ever!

This tale of Shelby and her children on their last penny that turns into an incredibly wonderful tale of healing, sharing and love that grows large enough to encompass 4 wonderful men and gives her a fairytale story of her very own.

Light and enjoyable

I enjoyed the storyline and the characters. There could have been a little more development in both, but you still get an idea. Suggestion to the author, pay attention to timelines. There were some silly mistakes made in editing too.
