《曹全碑》为汉碑名品，书刻俱佳，笔画圆润，结体舒展，秀丽多姿而骨力内含，点画有篆意，故能清而不浮，秀而不弱。碑刻字迹清晰，不仅为金石学家所重，学书者亦多喜学此碑。清孙承泽《庚子销夏记》评其书法：『字法遒秀，逸致翩翩，与《礼器碑》前后辉映，汉石中之至宝也。』清万经评曰：『书法秀美飞动，不束缚，不驰骤，洵神品也。』
