REALLY, LIKE WTF🤔😳🙄😡😡😡
You know, Queen O'Sharra had me from the start and I was all in until the ending. WTF is up with the cliffhangers🤔
From the reviews I was under the impression that Blessen was a pedophile, like someone actually referred to him as R. Kelly. It's kinda hard to label him that when Bria was in college and celebrating her 20th birthday🤔.
I'm all for riding for your man and holding him down, but as Journey said, not at the expense of putting his wants and needs above your own. Bry was just dealt a bad hand and outside of Bria, he couldn't catch a break. How did he get a scholarship, but he's struggling to pay for school🤔. He was prideful asf and clearly Bria want a priority cause ain't no way in hell he couldn't save $20 from each check to ensure he at least did right by Bria for her b'day every year, period. Bria effed up by not requiring him to do more than bare minimum and that's giving🍆🤷🏽. Bry allowed that money to cost him his rider.
Blessen was still dealing with the loss of his wife and daughter. Outside of getting his🍆wet he han hadn't cross paths with a woman he wanted outside of the bedroom until he laid eyes on Bria. He wanted her and although I don't agree with the route hue took to get Bria to himself, the man went for what he wanted and didn't stop until he got it. Too bad it ended before we found out what really happened🙄😔😡😂😡
Huncho was the true definition of community🍆. Now that motherfudgesicklestix was a pedophile and to go after his best friend/brother little sister😳👀😔😡. That ninja don't give afu where he sh**. His wife needs to find her self worth and leave his community🍆having a**.

This book was not it. The themes alone were sickening. I love a good Urban Romance but nothing about this sat right with me.
First off, there’s a grown man in his 30s having sex with a 19-year-old—who he has allegedly been with since she was 15. That’s not romance; that’s predatory behavior, and it’s disturbing. Then, the main character himself is in his early 30s, and his love interest just turned 20. While some may argue that’s “technically” okay, the dynamic is still unsettling. Why can’t these men pursue women their own age?
To make matters worse, Bria’s boyfriend literally sells her for $800,000 so he can pay off his car loan and cover his grandmother’s cancer treatment. And we’re supposed to feel bad for him? No. That is not Bria’s problem. That’s his problem. The fact that he even tried to take it back afterward only made it worse.
The entire plot was just bizarre, and the way it ended didn’t make sense. I genuinely hope this book does not reflect any unresolved trauma or deep-seated thoughts from the author because nothing about it was okay.
If I could give this book zero stars, I would. But since that’s not an option—one star.

Savannah Trip‼ ✔
This book was good from beginning to end and I couldn't put it down. Enjoyed the storyline and these characters. Held my attention and flowed really well at a steady pace. Bryshere was so mf selfish, and inconsiderate of Bria and everything she have done for him. I know about hard times but sometimes you gotta want more and better for yourself and Bryshere was at a standstill his life, he really wasn't trying to do more he was just settling. Bria was so dumb and naive to me. Journey was the turn up queen and a good friend to Bria. I can't stand men like Huncho. Blessen was something else. Overall an okay read the ending left me like blah, I needed more!

good short read
Bryshere, although young, is the type of man that will let money rule him. I’m glad Bria realizes that and hopefully she left him after her trip with Blessen. Bria held him down a little too much. I’m kind of torn on Blessen bc he took advantage of them bc they were young. I get she looks like his wife but he knew he could get them to do what he wanted and that’s sort of sick. Journey need to learn to stop getting in her feelings over men she just met. Hopefully it didn’t end deadly for her. Blessen right hand man is a predator bc why were you 22 sleeping w/ his 15 y/o sister.

Satisfied Reader
Bry just wanted to live normally without caring for how much,how less and how was gon eat. I commend him for his kind heart but will he regret his choice. Bria is a smart girl and loved him no matter what. I don’t like Blessen and his conniving azz. He’s using his money as power and I pray Bria see straight thru him. This author needs to do a whole 360 cuz I’m afraid of the outcome but I’m keeping the faith. Journey stuck her nose where it didn’t belong and I pray Huncho hoe azz gets what coming to him. I don’t like him neither. All money ain’t good money

This was a great read. I can’t imagine life and the struggles both of them have. Bry was down on his luck and blessen took complete advantage smh I wish there was more I would love to know the outcome of it all. Huncho and jam wow that’s crazy as hell. all money ain’t good money
I was feeling bad for Bry because Blessen was after Bria and all the hard times he was going through but he completely lost me with the acceptance especially when Bria was a ride or die. I’m so disappointed in him. Blessen was kinda a creep to me in the aspect of digging through their info and offering money. I guess he wanted move too but there’s ways to do it

Ready for part 2
This can't be the end! I am eagerly anticipating a part 2 for this book. Bry don't know what he just did, he has lost Bria. Even if Blessen keeps it PG, the fact that Bry was paid for this encounter will not sit well with Bria. Journey realizes that she can't play with fire and not get burned, if Huncho wife don't figure it out first. Great read.

Bria deserves all the good things
I felt so bad for Bry. Being broke makes you desperate and he made a decision out of desperation that’s going to ruin the only thing that money couldn’t fix. Blessen is trash, using his money to manipulate and control, he might as well be R.Kelly 😒 Journey should just go ahead and tell while she has the opportunity. Get him before he gets her.

It was ok
The story line moved so quick so I really couldn't get a feel for the characters. I understood where the author was going but I feel like it just went too fast. And hunni the best friend is so wild I can't even. The boyfriend was even wilder, like money is not everything. But at the same token the girlfriend should know her worth. All in all ok

This was a beautiful book. I’m glad I took the time to read it. I don’t know if it’s gonna be a part two because we kinda all know how this story is gonna go, but if there is, I’m definitely going to read it. Why not find out if there’s a little twist and a couple turns.
