Loved it! An arranged marriage has been brokered between Nyx Mykos and Simon Drakos a hundred years in the making. Nyx is the first female born in that time that can fulfill that deal. But Nyx is covered. She has family that's going to make sure she can marry who she wants to. Nyx and Simon just need to play along for a year - she gets freedom and he gets something he wants - access to a port. There are clauses for the deal, though and neither Nyx nor Simon may be able to fulfill them when they can't keep their hands off each other.
Master of Fortune is a super spicy, action packed ride you won't want to miss! Simon is a man to enjoys control. Control of himself and control of others and Nyx pushes every single one of his buttons. Nyx is a walking contradiction a PhD horticulturalist by day and a powerful player in the Las Vegas underground gambling at night. Nyx fights Simon on EVERYTHING and it makes for super smexy power struggles. Master of Fortune is another hit out of the ballpark with the strong heroines Sienna is known for. Can't wait to see what's next!

Where do I begin with this book? Gods of Vegas is such a great series and each book keeps getting better and better. You are so going to fall in love with Simon and Nyx. Sienna did a phenomenal job on this book.

This book was hotter than sin!
Nyx and Simon were a deal nothing more nothing less! A contract that neither had much control over had their future planned out! Nyx wanted more and she wanted out! A deal was made between the two and that’s where the fun began!!
Their attraction was strong, their chemistry volatile and together they were dangerous! They mixed business with pleasure and thought they had everyone fooled but their enemies would stop at nothing to pull them apart!
I loved how much love each had to give but even more Simons alpha nature just melted me! Nyx was also a heck of a woman! Independent and headstrong she wasn’t going to be pushed around in the “world of men” she was surrounded by! She made her own rules and paved her own way!

Nyx and Simon both come from mafia families, they enter into a marital engagement for their family’s as a business deal. There’s a century old grudge involved. I did wish that aspect was explored more.
Everyone has hidden agendas and semi-secret plans.
Nyx is a really unique, kicka*s heroine. I loved her paradoxical personality a lot. She made things very interesting.
Simon is the ultimate alpha male. Calm, confident, protective and sexy. I loved their instant chemistry and the feelings he started to have for Nyx made me like him.
The naughty factor is strong, I liked the nature of their sexual connection.
There wasn’t a lot of mafia dealings, lifestyle, etc. I had hoped for a bit more of that for mood and tension.
The secondary characters were interesting, although they didn’t play a huge part.
It was a fairly non-angsty, low drama romance.
It’s a fast read with a fun heroine and very sexy, steamy scenes.

This book 🥵🥵🥵🥵 Sienna drew me into her world of mafia men, sin, vice and pleasure, and I did not want to escape. Simon is, as the the title suggests, Master of Fortune and Darkness and the head of the Drakos Syndicate. He’s worked hard to get to his place in the syndicate and his family, and now obligations to the Mykos family come knocking. He enters an arranged engagement with the notorious Mykos Hellion, Olympia Nyx Mykos, in order to end the feud between their families.
Except Nyx is not what she seems because while she’s a sweet, peaceful horticulturist by day, at night, she’s the knife wielding mastermind and owner of an exclusive high rolling underground poker club, the Silent Night. And she’s not ready to give up her freedom or her business, but then she locks eyes with Simon and all her well laid plans fly out the window.
Nyx and Simon were incredible. Their chemistry, the passion, the push and pull between dominance and submission was everything I adore when it comes to an enemies to lovers fake marriage of convenience relationship. I loved that Nyx would not stand for Simon’s crap and gave as good as she got, and I loved that Simon was the same. He was so protective of her and ready to burn the world down for her, which soothed my inner shameless romantic.
I only wish that there was more of the intimacy and relationship development moments between Simon and Nyx at the start of the arrangement. I felt there were a lot of times that we were told that they went out on dates and spent time together but we never really got that on page. Given how good the scenes that we did get on page were, I would have loved to have seen the early stages of their relationship play out on page a lot more.
Overall a fantastic read. I am definitely going to be reading the earlier books in the series, the men and women in this world have me in a chokehold.

There is a lot of action to keep you on the edge of your seat. Nyx is a PhD horticulturalist by day and her night life is being a powerful player in the Los Vegas underground gambling rings. Simon is a man who is hot as all get out and enjoys having control over everything in his life. As you can imagine these two can not agree on anything and she really really pushes his button that leads to some explosive chemistry. I could really go on and on about the characters and the story they had to tell. I loved every single second of Master of Fortune and you guys will too!!

Sienna Snow is very quickly moving to the top of must read authors for me. I loved Master of Fortune, a dark romance based around a century old feud that could only end with a betrothal between two warring Greek mafia families and since ending the feud also came with financial benefits both families were behind it. Since Olympia ‘Nyx’ Mykos is the first female born in her family in the intervening years it looks like she’s the sacrifice. All she wants is out of the ‘family business’ and to tend her plants in Las Vegas with a few lucrative but illegal side-lines thrown in which if anyone finds out about would torpedo the marriage. Simon Drakos is head of his family and is a product of a brutal upbringing at the hands of a grandfather determined to beat all signs of weakness out of his grandson. Agreeing to marry Nyx will give him ownership of a port he has been after for years. He has no intention of going through with any wedding. He already has his sights set on a more amenable bride who won’t challenge him at every turn but when he finds out Nyx’s secrets he’s not above using them to his advantage.
I love how this author creates such strong female characters who know who and what they want and don’t hesitate to go after them. The chemistry between Simon and Nyx was scorching and the verbal sparring was like watching a game of tennis, they were such a well matched pair. There are twists and turns galore in the plot as Simon fights for control of his business with enemies perhaps closer than he thinks at the same time as trying to protect his would be bride. If only he’d realise she’s more than handy with a knife and capable of standing at his side facing all threats. Now please can we have books for Nyx’s brothers, I loved their protectiveness over their sister.

Forced to submit to the sexy Simon to gain her freedom from her family and it’s expectations, these two begin a torrid affair that is panty melting.
As Simon learns more about Nyx, he learns she’s no wilting flower but a shark and to never be underestimated. Each new revelation just makes him want her more.
As feelings grow, it’s clear that more than money and sex are on the line,

There has been a feud between the Drakos Family and the Greek Mykos Family for generations. The Mykos family has a daughter, the first female birth in 100 years to their family and she is of age to wed the head of the Drakos family, namely, Simon.
Said daughter is Olympia Nyx Mykos. She is an independent, smart, beauty who wants nothing to do with marriage to any mob boss. Nyx is a very complicated character who prizes her independence above all else. BUT upon their meeting, they are both enthralled. The attraction is immediate and boiling hot.
Nyx’s father and brothers have struck a deal for the marriage to Simon without any input from Nyx. She is fighting against any relationship with Simon and his goal is to seduce the innocent independent Goddess. Simon’s seduction scene is completely breathtaking and HOT, HOT, HOT. These two fit together very well.
I liked Simon. He was a better person than he thinks he is and Nyx is a spitfire who matches him toe to toe. This is a wonderful, sexy, mystery story that will keep you reading to the end. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "MASTER OF FORTUNE" Sienna Snow did a phenominal job writing this amazing story full of secrets, intrigue, deceit, lies, betrayal, surprises, passion, danger, action, angst, suspense, twists so so addicting.
Simon Drakos is Mob Boss force to marry Olympia Nyx Mykos daughter of Phillip Mykos because of generations old feud between families but neither wants this marriage.
Simon meets with Mykos family to discuss contract make a deal to cancel the engagement after a year both getting something they each want but in the meantime he'll look into his future bride to learn more about her.
Nyx sets up a meeting with Simon to talk about the contract she's a botanist by day & runs an underground gambling club by night Silent Night but her family & Simon can't know anything about it.

Wow, this book will draw you in by the first couple of pages ! I couldn't put it down. With both Simon and Nyx being very strong independent people. Both have been raised in very different families.
Simon was raised by his grandfather who used any means to get his point across. While Nyx had the love of not only her parents but four over protective brothers. They taught her thinks no young lady would need to know. She has a love of knives and knows how to use them to save her self.
When their families decide to honor a century old agreement it means Simon and her must wed !!
Neither have even met, but when they do sparks go of. With secrets on both sides, deals and family
getting in their way can these two works together to get what they think they want?
Mixing business with pleasure is not a great idea at any time but with these two it is unavoidable.
Neither except things to go as they do or how each will deal with the fall out.

Talk about a couple that ignites every time they are together!
To think there was a time when they didn’t get along, ok a short time but still.
Caught up in a century old contract, the Mykos family finally had a daughter that can complete the contract made so long ago. A Mykos daughter would marry a Drakos son, of course that is as long as they both survive this “so called courtship.”
Author Sienna Snow has given readers some wonderful characters in past books and she has done it yet again in her Gods of Vegas series. She gives readers Alpha men whose lady loves have already made their way in the world, now working together.
This book flew by, it was the characters and the writing, there is no waste of words, this story is written to keep the reader captive and it does so in spades.
Each character learns to bend and change, especially when they get to that point in their relationship and they know they have found the “one” for them
It was a pleasure to read this book and I have to keep my eye on what’s coming next by this author, she has yet to let me down!

To think there was a time when they didn’t get along, ok a short time but still.
Caught up in a century old contract, the Mykos family finally had a daughter that can complete the contract made so long ago. A Mykos daughter would marry a Drakos son, of course that is as long as they both survive this “so called courtship.”
Author Sienna Snow has given readers some wonderful characters in past books and she has done it yet again in her Gods of Vegas series. She gives readers Alpha men whose lady loves have already made their way in the world, now working together.
This book flew by, it was the characters and the writing, there is no waste of words, this story is written to keep the reader captive and it does so in spades.
Each character learns to bend and change, especially when they get to that point in their relationship and they know they have found the “one” for them
It was a pleasure to read this book and I have to keep my eye on what’s coming next by this author, she has yet to let me down!

Master of Fortune by Sienna Snow is book 6 in the Gods of Vegas Series. This is the story of Olympia Nyx Mykos and Simon Drakos. Nyx is the first daughter born to the Mykos family which gives way for a long family feud contract to be activated to end it. About 100 years ago it was arranged that the first born daughter of Mykos family would marry a Drakos son to end the feud. Which opens up Simon and Nyx to be that couple to fulfill the arrange marriage agreement. Nyx was brought up with a loving family and protective brothers. This allowed her to learn things normal women don't learn. Now in her present day she is a botanist during the day and hidden to everyone is her illegal gambling club she runs. Nxy doesn't want to be a part of this arranged marriage but a deal is struck between Simon and Nyx. Simon was brought up by an abusive Grandfather who made him cold and harsh. So he knew he would be in an arranged marriage but had plans for a docile women who knew her place. But when Simon and Nyx meet sparks fly between the two but they both acknowledge that they don't want to marry so they strike a deal for a year but of course deals are made to be broken. Enjoyed their story.

Master Of Fortune is a stand-alone in the Gods of Vegas series. This arranged marriage, enemies to lovers, dark mafia read is all the things I love about Sienna’s writing. Her bad ass babes with their independence, strength, strong tribe, and the way they own their sexuality call me to me. The way they become center stage to her take no prisoners, dominating, filthy talking with all the power to back up all their words gods is a thing of writing beauty. Simon and Nyx and their battle of the wits consumed me from the absolute beginning. And, by 50% in I just couldn’t stop reading. The Goddess of the Night and the Darkness will be your next obsession.

This was so good! You don't need to read the rest of the series to read this, you won't miss anything. I received a free copy from Smuthood in exchange of a review.
It's an arranged marriage troupe and a blackmail troupe.
Holy shit. Read it. It's so good! Our FMC is a mafia princess, the first woman born in her family for 100 years. She has to fulfill a 100 year old marriage contract to another family, but that is the last thing she wants to do. She wants to get out of the mafia life and have her freedom. She also has an illegal poker ring our of her apartment because she's awesome like that.
He doesn't want to marry her until he see's her, and then he's like "I know what you're doing. Let's scratch an itch". She agrees and their relationship building is amazing. I love them together and watching their relationship grow was so well done.
FMC is fiesty, sassy, and awesome.
MMC is sweet, snarky, and protective (touch her and die)
I love that the author builds their relationship and the entire book doesn't just take place in a 2 weeks span-this takes place over a year and the author makes that know. I really liked that from the writing standpoint.

This book captivates with the story of rebellious, independent Mafia princess Nyx and the top dog of the Greek syndicate, Simon. I was entranced by Nyx and Simon's intense connection from the first introduction and now long after the book's fabulous conclusion, I crave this couple. They are complex and deeply compelling; brutally beautiful for each other. No one could have complimented the rogue princess more than this man. She's the color to his darkness. He's the possessor of her soul. All Nyx thought she wanted was freedom from her gilded cage, she'd never have guessed she'd willingly hand Simon the key.
Although I can barely keep up with all the siblings and cousins etc in this enormous Greek family (and the merging of the families) I hope Snow finds some long lost people to continue adding to the family tree because I cannot get enough of this series!

This was such a good book. I loved Simon and Nyx's love story. They started off as enemies that were forced to get married because of a past familial contract. They had a year to be engaged and Simon was so attracted to Nyx that he wanted to be intimate with her during that year even though neither one of them was planning on actually getting married to each other and to improve that, there were quite a few side contracts in place. I loved how Nyx was a dangerous and capable girl as well as Simon, which made him all the more attracted to her. Both sides had enemies and those enemies ended up getting in the way of their arrangement. I really enjoyed this series because it kept me anticipating on what would happen, it was a little mysterious, and it was so steamy. I definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves romantic suspense reads. I recieved a review copy of this book from the author and am leaving a voluntary honest review.

I have enjoyed each book that I've read in this series. Master of Fortune was a steamy, easy read. I was sucked into Simons & Nyxs story. These two characters were a perfect fit in every way possible. They were set up long ago by members of their families for the two of them to marry. They weren't supposed to fall in love or get married.
Sometime during their engagement the lines blurred & the both of them fell in love with the other. When Simon broke off the engagement to set Nyx free. I got the sniffles. At the end, Nyx took matters into her own hands. She went home where she found Simon. She helped him realize that he was what she wanted more than anything else in the world.
The Gods of Vegas series is a must read. While your at it check out Sienna Snow series Street Kings. I love her alpha males and the women who don't take their crap.

Olympia Nyx Mykos is the first female born in the family in 100 years. Simon Drakos has his life planned out and the Mykos Hellion was not part of the plan. When Nyx and Simon are betrothed to end the century old feud, the sparks fly. Neither wants to marry but cannot deny the attraction to each other. The chemistry between these two was off the charts. There are numerous secret back door agreements that keep both of the two on their toes. When Simon finds out Nyx secret it puts the the Mykos family at a disadvantage which forces Nyx to accept an indecent proposal in exchange for Simon's silence. This was an intense and at times emotional read. I throughly enjoyed reading this book and could not put it down. I highly recommend this book and cannot wait for the next installment of this series.

I just binged the entire Gods of Vegas series in anticipation of this book releasing, and holy smokes I think Nyx and Simon might be my favorite couple. All of the women in the Gods of Vegas series are some of the fiercest heroines ever, and Nyx is no exception.
She knows what she wants, and she won’t surrender to just anyone. She’s strong and independent, and she isn’t afraid to fight for herself and what she wants. Enter Simon. He’s determined to make her bend to his will, but he’s not prepared for the Mykos Hellion.
He may be the head of his family, ruthless and cunning. But Nyx brings out a softer side of Simon. He may think he’s the one in control, but he’s far from it. These two are pure fire. Their chemistry is out of this world. This is a phenomenal story and addition to the Gods of Vegas!

Simon Drako is a powerful man who lets no one stand in his way of business and life. He has someone that will fit the bill of his wife. A trophy wife that never needs or wants anything but a history was destroyed when his family and the Mykos family tried to get to each other and have a beef. The moment a female is was born in the Mykos family she would have to marry or be engaged to a man of the Drako’s. Since it took so many year the moment Olympia Nyx Mykos is born her fate was sealed. Though she wanted nothing to do with the life of her brothers. She went to Vegas and started her own secrets. The fact that her secret is out of the bag she has no idea what to do. Simon knows her secret and knows he needs to protect her because it’s more than just a way to pass the time. Nyx is beginning to mean something very important to him and he can’t stop it.

Master of Fortune is the 6th book in the Gods of Vegas series. It was great to be able to delve back into the Gods of Vegas Series! It has been awhile since the last book in this series was written.
This is Simon Drakos and Olympia “Nyx” Mykos. It’s the Mykos against the Drako’s and Nyx is the prize. Of course she is meant to be bargained over. She is the first female in a very long time. It’s like the Hatfields and the McCoy’s, only they are Greek.
This was a great book to read and like I said good to be back in the Gods of Vegas Series.

I really enjoyed Simon and Nyx’s story.
It’s fast paced, action packed and spicy as hell.
I freaking loved Nyx!
She may be a mafia princess pampered and protected.
But she also has a mind of her own, knows what she wants for her life and will not let any man stand in her way of achieving her goals.
Simon has been raised to find a woman who knows her place.
To spend money, keep quiet and absolutely not stir up trouble.
Yeah so basically been seen and unheard.
But Nyx and Simon are about to both have each other’s perception and ideas of their expectations of a significant other tossed out the window.
Their dynamics are filled with energy and a vibe that is sexy.
Btw I did not read the previous books in this series but I had no trouble at all enjoying and understanding this book.
