Has a list of specific events caused by sleepiness. Not very much actual information on sleep disorders or treatment.

This is an informative book about the poorly diagnosed, but very frequent incidence of sleep disorders. For anyone who even thinks they, or one of their family, has a sleep problem, they should read this book. It is definitely worthwhile. It's short, packed with information and good tips. zzzzzzz....!

This book delved more into the impact of sleep disorders in various commercial industries than I would have cared to know. Now I will forever be terrified when driving on the freeway. There was some information relevant to me and now I know I only have three sleep disorders to worry about.
