Safe House

I was only planning to read a page or two, I swear! Hmm... somehow, I managed to get so immersed that I knew I had to finish it as soon as reasonably possible. There's fantastic chemistry, danger, and a kidnapping or two.

The chemistry starts very early but it has to simmer a bit with the whole bad-guy-interruptus thing. I have to admire Clarissa as she does what any able-bodied person should do in a tough situation. In that regard, she's more like her paramours than she realizes - rushing into danger when many would rush away. 💪

Ollie made me laugh. Duke made me feel taken care of. Sparks made me feel adored. And in many ways, Hook made me feel grounded.

The guys have some baggage but how they care for Clarissa is amazing! It's not all sweet, but I loved it! James "Sparks," Derrick "Duke," Guy "Hook," and Ollie are different yet cut from the same cloth. 😍🔥

A good storyline that’s awesome at keeping your attention throughout. Not just random bedroom scenes which is great for me. I love a book to have a story too.
Great characters that you definitely feel a relationship with , and some lovely moments.

Get your hoses out to put out the raging passionate fire that burns with Quadruple Daddies. This may be a RH story but it is a bit different than some others. So get ready to for four protective and possessive alpha firefighters from the UK who claim a young woman from the States. They will protect her around the clock, guarding her body and her heart, from anyone who wants to do her harm, and there is danger out there because of something she witnessed.

This was an entertaining story that ran from one end to the other....laughter to a few tears to needing something cold to drink.

I though this was such an exciting read. There was non-stop action from start to finish. Clarissa meets four handsome Brits and there is such an attraction between them. Before much happens, she ends up tangled with the cartel. These four men step up to protect her but is it enough? I found there were a few twists that really added to the mystery and I couldn’t put this book down.

"Quadruple Daddies" (A Firefighter Military Reverse Harem Romance) by K.C. Crowne was a fantastic read. I loved Clarissa, Ollie, Duke, Sparks, and Hook's story. This story had romance, passion, reverse harem, close friends, hot firefighters, military veterans, twists, action, and more. I loved getting to catch up with Dream, Duncan, Evan, and Jay who we met in "Christmas Triad." Highly recommend it to all fans of reverse harem, romance, firefighters, and military veterans.

Action pack steamy romance read.

It was suppose to be a night of reckless abandonment, but turns to more when Clarissa finds herself in a dangerous situation. Enters Sparks, Hook, Duke and Ollie best friends who happens to be there to keep her safe. Their chemistry is hot and engaging which made for an enjoyable and suspenseful romance read. I love all the drama, action and danger that surrounds this reverse harem storyline that doesn’t disappoint.

Holy tea cozies and crumpets! This one is a scorcher and should come with a warning label attached to it. This one starts out with a commitment ceremony on a Brazilian beach and Clarissa Watts is the maid of honor for her best friend, Dream. Dream is having a commitment ceremony to cement her relationship with not one, not two, but three men and polygamy is still illegal no matter where you are. Clarissa is feeling a little jealous that her friend found three men who loved her and were loyal to her, while she was still very much single with no love prospects on the horizon. Plus it didn't hurt that they were all hotties. The festivities moved from the beach to a hotel where the reception was being held at and where the majority of the wedding guests were staying. After turning down Dream's invitation to go dance with her, Clarissa decided to park herself in a corner at the bar while the rest of the guests danced on the dance floor. She was not there long when a tall gorgeous man with a thick British accent told her she looked like she could use another drink. He proceeded to stick his hand to shake and introduced himself as Ollie Kingston. She asked him if he was a friend of the groom or the groom or the groom, after all there were three of them (LOL!) He asked her what makes her think he's not a friend of the bride. She retorts that she's friends with the bride and she hasn't the good fortune of meeting him before. He tells her he's friends of the groom's that they met on a joint military training exercise years ago. She asks if he was in the Army, he responds British Armed Forces and that he finished his service years ago. She then asks what he does now to which he replies that he's a fire fighter. They casually flirt back and forth between themselves. When he mentions that he has a wager going with his buddies, indicating a trio of tall chiseled Greek statues are seated around. Clarissa never noticed them before but now that she sees them she can't stop sensing their presence. She turns to Ollie and asks what was the bet and he tells her that his friend Duke bet him that he wouldn't be able to get the phone number of the prettiest girl there. Obviously he had to prove him wrong. He then convinces her to dance with him and while dancing they discuss their opinions on the commitment ceremony whether it weirds either of them out, being polyamorous. Ollie then confesses to her that he and his mates were involved in one in the past and it was quite fun if you don't allow yourself to fall prey to external expectations. She asks him if he means with the three men at the table and he tells her yes. She glances at the table and sees the men having conversations among themselves but they keep glancing her way. She bites the bullet and asks Ollie to introduce her to his friends. He guides her to the table where she meets James "Sparks" Nicols, Derrick "Duke" Willoughby, and Guy "Hook" Pleasant. They offer her to have a drink with them. Before she can even settle down to have an in depth conversation Dream rushes up to her and asks her to please help her great aunt Linda get upstairs to her hotel room because she is having some sort of allergic reaction to something and needs to get to her epi-pen. Clarissa excuses herself and promises to come back as soon as she can. They agree to stay there and wait for her to come back. Clarissa escorts the aunt upstairs and helps her wash her face, which is all she said she needs. She asks Clarissa to please get her some more face towels. Clarissa saw a housekeeping cart a couple of doors away and heads there to grab some. Before she can grab the towels and leave she hears an argument between two heavily accented voices, a male and female, in a room with a partially open door. Then she hears a slap ring out and she rushes into the room. She encounters a male dressed all in black with a gun in one hand looming over a women in a housekeeping uniform. Clarissa flings the towels into his face and grabs the women's hand to yank her to her feet. They both start running and run through a pair of service doors. The male is hot on their tail when he shoots at them. They continue running through twists and turns plus going down a floor to come back up eventually ending up in what Clarissa recognizes as the lobby with the woman screamingfor help. Suddenly both she and the woman are tackled from behind by the male assailant. He has her pinned face down to the tiles and she can't get out from under him so she bites his forearm and doesn't let go. He lifts the gun to bring the butt of it down to hit her when he's tackled off of her by Duke and Sparks helps her to her feet while Ollie helps the maid and Hook disassembles the gun. The police are called and the assailant is taken into custody. Clarissa is requested to go to the police station to give her statement as to what happened and that it'd be a good idea that she be somewhere safe because the man they just arrested is Marco Emilio Perez. She tells him that that means nothing to her and he explains that he's a dangerous drug lord there in Rio wanted for drug trafficking, money laundering and murder. Ollie offers that he and his friends will go with her. After waiting a long time at the station, Clarissa comes from the back with another women who they find out is Amanda Lacroix and she is an inspector with Interpol. Inspector Lacroix tells them that she is requiring Clarissa and her acquaintances to stay in Rio De Janeiro for a while longer. The inspector feels that Mr. Perez is currently working on a plea deal that would allow him to be released in the next twenty-four hours and she's trying to keep him behind bars until the trial. She also fears that he will come after them to make sure no witnesses are around to testify against him. They are allowed to go to a hotel and guards have been placed outside of their doors. Ollie and Duke are sharing a room while next door Sparks and Hook are sharing as well. Down the hall is Clarissa and next to her is the housekeeper. Ollie is having trouble falling asleep after everything that has happened when he and Duke hear a bloodcurdling scream pierces the air. Both men spring to their feet and rush out to the hallway where they make a gruesome discovery. All the guards are laying on the floor with their throats slashed. Hook and Sparks rush out of their room as well and all four of them rush down the hall like a well-oied machine to Clarissa's room where they find her door kicked. They enter to find Clarissa struggling with a man dressed all in black attempting to place a sack over her head. They race into act with Sparks throwing a punch, while Duke pulls her from his grasp, Ollie kicks one of his knees in the wrong direction and Hook plows into him with an uppercut. The three men pin him to the floor and question him as to sent him. He confesses that Perez sent him to take Clarissa and the maid out. He already got rid of the maid like he did the guards. Inspector Lacroix arrives on scene and the guys tell her that Perez sent someone to try and finish the job. They tell her that Clarissa can't stay there, that she needs to be somewhere safe and far away from Perez and his lackey's reach. Lacroix says that it'll take her some time to find a safe house and additional bodyguards. That's when Ollie offers her to stay them. They have a secure house in London and all four of them are military trained thereby meeting her requirements. She leaves the decision up to Clarissa who readily agrees and she she allowed to go with them under strict conditions to stay in touch with the inspector as well as come back to Brazil for the upcoming trial. She agrees and soon she's on a plane being whisked away to London with four gorgeous protective alphas. She gets to their immaculate brownstone. She's shown to the room she'll be staying in and gently told to take a nap that she's safe there. She asks him why are they all helping her. He tells her that they're not the types to stand by and do nothing She goes to sleep and wakes up fourteen hours later to find two of the guys watching television and the other two in the kitchen. Hook notices her first and announces her presence, that "sleeping beauty" is finally awake. She gets to the kitchen where Ollie pats the chair beside him and Duke places a proper English breakfast in front of her. She's curious about why everyone is awake this early in the morning and they tell her that they're normally up at this time to head to the firehall to report for duty. They tell her they have something to talk to her about. They had a conversation with their fire chief and he could only allow two of them off at a time so there would only be two protecting while the other two went to work. She says that it's fine with her and that she feels bad about inconveniencing them. They tell her to not worry about it. Then she asks why she's the only one eating and they explain that they don't eat this early and that Duke woke up extra early to make her breakfast because that's what the good doctor does, takes care of people. She's caught off guard and asks if he's a doctor and he tells her not technically, he was an unofficial field medic in the British Armed Forces. She then asks what each of them did during their military service but when it gets to Hook he abruptly tell her to finish her food and leaves the room. She's hurt and confused by his attitude but drops it and finishes her meal. The guys go about their business and Hook warns them to not get to complacent in providing her security because they know what happens when they do that, eluding to something that occurred in their past. Hook them tell everyone that Clarissa is off limits and none of them makes a move on her. Later Duke is lying awake after recalling a memory of the situation Hook was referring to earlier. It's before he needs to head off to work when he hears a thud in the kitchen, thinking it's Hook rummaging around before they head off to work. He goes down to the kitchen to be surprised by the vision before him. It's Clarissa in pair of pink shorts and a thin tank top. He startles her and she confesses to him that she's looking for coffee. He offers her tea because they're in England and it's what they serve there. She accepts his offer of tea because she's looking for any hit of caffeine she can get. They get into a conversation about him being a self sufficient man. She places her hand on his knee at some point during the conversation and he hurriedly jumps up. She follows him to where he's standing asking if she did something wrong. He eventually confesses that they decided she was off limits while there otherwise it would be taking advantage of her. She informs him that it's not taking advantage if it's what she wants. She grabs his hand and places it on her chest. Duke can't take anymore and crushes his lips to hers in a passionate kiss. Things heat up quickly and before they can get too lost in their passion they hear footsteps approaching and Hook turns on the light while entering the kitchen. He only says that their shift is in twenty and says nothing concerning their disheveled state. She goes upstairs and relieves some of the stress that Duke left her in and she gets a little vocal at this point. Sparks ends up knocking on her door to see if everything is alright and tells her that breakfast is ready. She opens the door to find him standing there with the tips of his ears crimson and a tent formed in the front of his pants.She smiles to herself, he definitely heard her. He stomps his way to downstairs and she takes a quick shower. She tiptoes downstairs and hears Sparks and Ollie deep in conversation about how Sparks is getting ready to lose it and how Hook should've never put her in the do not touch category. Clarissa makes an entrance into the kitchen and begins to tease them mercilessly, letting her crop top rise up and flashing a bit of skin. They try to take their minds off of temptation by asking her questions about what she does for a living. She's a batista, but it isn't her dream job. When she was little she took piano and singing lessons, that's where her heart lies.The guys are feeling the pressure of her flirtation and also feel sorry for her not being able to go anywhere because she may be seen and word gets back to Perez. Sparks buys her a portable keyboard to keep herself entertained so she isn't missing the outside world as much. It'll keep her mind off her troubles. The boys leave her in the living room and gather in the kitchen for a "work discussion" which involves Hook fussing at Sparks for his impromptu gift and Duke 's little rendezvous with her in the kitchen. Hook leaves to go deal with some work stuff. Sparks gets a call from Lacroix and she informs him that within a weeks time she will be needing Clarissa to testify. Sparks goes to the living room, tells her and the other guys this. The idea of her walking out of their lives at the end of the week breaks all the barriers between them and Sparks, Ollie and Duke give in to the temptation that is Clarissa. Serious hotness ensues and this is where I'll leave you and you'll have to get the book to find out the rest. Let's just say that the flames of passion burn bright and hot! Whew! Does Hook ever break down his barrier that's holding him back from embracing Clarissa? Does she get to testify against Perez and does he get life in prison? What happens to Clarissa after the supposed trial? Does she go back to her batista job in her small hometown in California? Get the book to find out because it is totally worth getting. It has a totally original storyline with strong alpha male heros and the entire book has heated chemistry between the characters that just sizzles off the pages! Whew! I need a cigarette after reading this one, and I don't smoke... I highly recommend getting this book!! It deserves a place in everyone's book collection!.

KC CROWNE has written a 5-star book. This is the story of Clarissa, Ollie, James, Derrick, and Guy. Clarissa is at her friend Dream's wedding and sitting by herself. Ollie comes over to talk to her. There is an instant attraction on Clarissa's side and Ollie's. He tells her that his mates bet he couldn't get her phone number that night. Before anything more happens, Dream comes over to Clarissa and asked her to take her aunt up to her room because she was not feeling well. Clarissa does as asked and after getting aunt Linda up to her room, Clarissa goes to get new towels. On the way back to Linda's room, she hears a man and woman having words. She hears the man say, "Isabella, where is the money?" Isabella tells him that she doesn't have it. The man smacks Isabella and Clarissa hears this. She goes into the room and attacks the man and pulls Isabella out of the room. This causes the man to come after them. Isabella is a maid at the hotel and she knows ways to get them into the lobby of the hotel. Ollie, James, Derrick, and Guy hear talk of a problem with a man and two women and one of them was an American. The guys went in the direction the women said the trouble was coming from. They went looking for Clarissa and when they found her, she was holding her own but they still went after the guy who was holding Clarissa. The guys went after the guy and Derrick went and got Clarissa away from the man when Ollie attacked the man. the police was called and Clarissa was told that the man was Marco and he was a drug lord and now she was on his list. The police put a couple of officers outside Clarissa and Isabella's room but Marco sent someone to take care of Clarissa and Isabella. The person got Isabella but when he went after Clarissa, she fought back and screamed. The guys heard her screaming and went to check on her. They found a man trying to kill her. Ollie went after the man while James got Clarissa away from him. The police were called again and this is when they meet Amanda a police inspector. they are told that Marco would keep trying to get Clarissa. The guys tell her that they will take Clarissa with them and keep her safe. Things happen and Clarissa gets together with Ollie, Derrick, and Guy but James thinks it is a mistake while they are protecting her. James was upset when he found out about them. He did not want the same thing to happen that did with Amelia. Amelia was their last girlfriend and she was killed. Inspector Amanda calls Ollie and tells him that the trail has been set and it is for the end of the week. She is going to be sending someone to pick up Clarissa and bring her back for the trial. When the men come and get Clarissa, Derrick gives her some pepper spray and tells her just in case she needs it. After a little while, she feels something is wrong. She gets a phone call from Inspector and is told that the two men she is sending will be there within the hour. Clarissa pretends that it is her friend Dream and clues the inspector to something being wrong. Clarissa tries to give the inspector her location. After she gets off the phone she gets away from the two men and runs. She tries to get help but it's no good, the police officer is shot. Amanda calls the guys and tells them what is going on and where she thinks Clarissa is. The guys go into fight mode and go after Clarissa.
Will they get to Clarissa in time to save her?
Will James finally let the past go and let Clarissa in?
This was a wonderful book and I would recommend it to anyone.

Love that Crosses Time Zone and Happily Ignores Social Mores

When Dream and her three hunky ex-military brothers, Duncan, Evan and Jay Anderson said their vows of commitment on a beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, beautiful Clarissa Watts, the bride’s best friend and wedding attendant, with her hazel eyes sparkling in the Brazilian sun and her long brown hair lifting in the sea breeze, caught the attention of four wedding guests and comrades-in-arms of the grooms, Ollie Kingston, James Nichols, Derrick Willouhby and Guy Pleasant. The four members of the British Armed Services, now firefighters, had met the grooms during joint military operations and the men had bonded.

Now, as the two groups of friends meet and celebrate the with the new quad, the Brits can’t take their eyes the beautiful Yank with her sparkling personality and vivacious. And, when the aunt of the bride has an allergic reaction and needs to retreat to her bedroom to wash her eyes and get her epi-pen, Clarissa happily accompanies the elderly wedding guest. And, when Aunt Linda request clean towels, but quickly heads to the hall where she had seen the housekeeping cart. But when she goes towards the cart, seeking the Isabella, the maid, Clarissa hears shouting and screams coming from the room where the cart was located. Grabbing a fist full of towels, Clarissa plows into the room, throws the towels in the assailant’s face, and grabbing the maid by the wrist, they her run down the hall.

But as the women flee, the assailant begins to fire his gun in his attempt to stop them. Isabella takes the lead, using her knowledge of the shortcuts of the hotel’s construction, guiding Clarissa to the commons area where the wedding celebration is full swing, and people are gathered. But as they are almost free, the assailant hits Clarissa from behind, throwing her to the ground, and as his arm reaches across her face, she bites his forearm, and no matter how he jostles her, she won’t let go. And as he rears back to hit her with the butt of his gun, he is pulled off of her as the four British warriors come to her rescue. But, the excitement is not over—the assailant is arrested.

KC Crowne leads her readers in a trans-Atlantic chase as the British firefighters offer to protect
Clarissa until the trial for the Brazilian drug lord can be brought to trial. And, as Clarissa looks forward to travel to Great Britain, she soon finds that rather than exploring the British Isles, she has the opportunity to explore the for British firefighters and ex-military hunks who have volunteered to protect her until the trial take place back in Brazil.

Crowne steps out boldly and with taste to explore polyamorous relationships, allowing the characters to follow their hearts unfettered by the fear of societal recriminations. She handles the challenging topic with grace, delivering an engaging plot that also addresses the back stories of the central characters. The romance offers all the best of Crowne with engaging characters who allow love to triumph against the adversities of life. My one criticism is that the prolific author could benefit from an editor who could assist in catching grammatical issues in the writing.

First of all, the title is misleading. I have read 43% of the book, Clarissa has slept with three out of four of the men (the fourth has given her oral, but didn't go further) and there has been no ddlg kink whatsoever; not even ANY kink; just ho-hum vanilla sex. There has been ONE scene with the three men & Clarissa which felt very clinical, like the author was ticking items off a checklist.

Second, the men are all ex-military and supposed to be protecting her. There is very little evidence of protection. What did they do to ensure her safety, apart from letting her stay with them and not allowing her out of the house? There isn't any mention of a robust security system in their house, or them having weapons within easy reach in the event that there is an intruder. I don't even know if any of the guys own a gun!

"What if someone breaks in to get me?"
"Then they'll have to get through the four of us first."

Worse, they're all supposed to be focused on protecting her, which means they need to be vigilant. But all they can think about are her long legs and her beauty and how much they want to f*ck her. Distracted much? I'm fully expecting the bad guy to break into the house and successfully kill Clarissa while they're in the middle of f*cking... because these are the least disciplined military men I've ever met.

They're also borderline incompetent or ignorant; Clarissa still has her phone, and calls/texts her best friend. Her location could be traced through her phone. These guys don't seem to think of that. She flew to the UK with them on a commercial flight, presumably using her passport... and they think a drug lord won't be able to find out where she is???

"Do you think Perez knows we moved her out of the country?"
I shook my head. "We moved too fast for that info to slip."

Also, in what universe, if you are a material witness to a high-profile case, would you be allowed to leave the country?!?!! It's also dubious as to why Clarissa's testimony was so important, when she has no information to offer against the drug lord except that he shot at her and she heard him threatening the hotel maid, demanding money. That could hardly help to put the guy behind bars for any length of time.

Even the drug lord's presence at the hotel makes little sense: he would have sent his minions to do that kind of drudge work, especially with a... client?... like a hotel maid who wouldn't have a lot of cash. The boss sits at the top and gives orders; he normally doesn't get his hands dirty.

Finally, the author wants us to believe that all the guys fall for Clarissa and that she's special, but the only thing the guys keep saying is how beautiful she is. It's a case of severe lust, not love. I don't see any evidence of a developing relationship or emotional closeness. I'm going to DNF and avoid books by this author in future. This book isn't raunchy enough to be erotica but the plot has so many holes and the emotion is so lacking that it can't be classified as romance either.

Well, this was a disappointment from start to finish and I don't know what made me finish it, I kept thinking about how I didn't want to continue and this might just be me, but I'll explain more down below.

I have to note that I haven't read any of the other books K.C. Crowne has written, so maybe that was a mistake on my part, but even then I think this book is lacking in multiple departments.

So, let's get into it.

Clarissa finds herself in Brazil for her best friend's wedding (who is marrying 3 guys). Here she is about to have a fivesome (?) as Ollie starts flirting with her and then brings her back to his friends (all ex military turned firefighters).
But then *of course* the bride's great aunt or something has an allergic reaction and needs her medicine, so she goes with the aunt to her room.
And here is where she hears some maid being threatened about money that has been lost, so obviously she walks in with just some hand towels as her defence and faces a drug cartel boss.
First question: why is the boss yelling at some maid? Seems a bit below his "paygrade". But don't worry, you never get an answer to this in the book.

Next, these 4 firefighters (who besides going to work and leaving the scenes, never do one fire fighter thing..) take her to their home in LONDON while she awaits trial as a key witness (only so she can identify him as being on the scene, while the police officers who arrested the druggy boss could've done that as well 🙄).

Anyway, she has to stay with them for one week or so in which they barely interact, besides gifting a keyboard and apparently falling in love somehow (but who am I to question that).

Next she gets kidnapped a few times, she finds a phone in a sea container (???), but can't call anyone because it doesn't have a SIM (even though you can always call emergency services...).

You know how they've been together for only 1 to 2 weeks at this point, yea, so at the end she finds out she's pregnant and they're all overjoyed, even though they still barely know each other.

All in all, the story has a unrealistic plot and the characters felt very flat (even if I had read the previous books, I doubt it would've changed much, but happy to listen to whoever thinks differently).

Lastly, i would've given it 2 stars if at least the spice had been spicy, but even it wasn't even seasoned.

Wow! I absolutely loved this book it was amazing, this story sucked me in from the start the action kept going throughout the story when Clarissa went to her best friends wedding that was happening in Rio De Janeiro, Clarissa was at the bar having a drink when she met Ollie then while talking her best friend asked her to take the aunt to her room for her Eppy pen said no to the pen. Clarissa went to look for a trolley with towels on it, she herd a man abusing a maid and without thought she ran into the room to help the maid now the two of them are running for their lives, they were rescued by the men that Clarissa. Ollie was sitting at table eight with his work colleagues Ollie, Duke, Sparks and Hook they worked together in the British Armed Forces and once they all retired they all became Firefighters and live together. They wanted to protect Clarissa in England with them. This story had you betting on who will she pick which man has her attention or will all four win her heart. This book was hot and steamy, spicy, it was one massive rollercoaster ride with the endorphins rushing through to give you the adrenalin rush, filled with passion, lust, euphoria, romance, and the promise of trust and happiness with love to compliment each other. .

This was an OK book at Best.
There was nothing very innovative or original or outstanding, it was all just kind of OK.
I didn’t really feel like she had any type of really beautiful relationship with any of the guys it was all just fine.
The backstory was very predictable and again unimaginative
Also, the sex scenes were just very predictable the same shit you read, and all these books where the authors don’t put any extra imagination or effort into them.
The dialogue and the way they all talked was a little strange.
And the number one thing that I hated the most, was that they had already lost the love of their life to death. And many of them were still struggling with their feelings and still loving their dead girlfriend. I just never like having that trope in any of my romance books because I feel like she’s always second-best then. And who wants to live in the shadow of a dead woman whom was the love of their life?
Another thing that was strange that this book has the word “daddies” in the title. There was no indication at all in the book that had anything to do with a daddy.
None of them were dominant in the bedroom. None of them asked her to call them, daddy. She didn’t call anyone, daddy.
And there was no indication in the book that they were any older than her at all. So the title is just really confusing to me.

Wow what a amazing book this is, I was glued to the pages right from the start until the very end. Clarissa is the maid of honor to her best friend Dream’s wedding to her men Duncan, Evan and Jay until Clarissa is ask to take the aunt upstairs when she hears someone being hurt it’s a maid she saves her from further abuse but as it turns out he is a bad cartel man who now wants her dead before she can testify. When Ollie saves her from being kidnapped he and his best friends Sparks, Duke, Hook who noticed Clarissa at the wedding and are eager to help the sexy female and take her under there protection and to keep her safe by taking her to London until the trial now they are all living under the same room and the burning passion that explodes between them all and now she is pregnant but doesn’t know who the father is and she is worried she will loose them all. There is plenty of thing’s going on in this book drama, suspense, action, cartel, twists and turns, protectors and romance but most of all love and passion between them all. How does it all turn out for them all and is there a future together or not. .

Clarissa is the maid of honour at her friends wedding when she meets Ollie, Sparks, Duke and Hook. However, before they can get to know each other Clarissa ends up being the witness to a crime and needs to be hidden somewhere safe until the trial.
Ollie, Sparks, Duke and Hook are ex-military and now work as fire men in London, they offer her a place to hideout and protect her.
Clarissa is attracted to each of the men and even though they show their interest in her too, admitting that they share a women, they have lost someone they love before and one of them orders the others to keep thinks professional as he cannot bear to loose someone else again and thinks that is the best way to protect her.
However, their attraction is hard to deny and eventually Clarissa ends up sleeping with the other 3. Hook is determined to keep things professional, but will Clarissa be able to convince him that she is worth taking a chance on. But what happens when people connected to the criminal find her, will her men be able to find her and save her before its too late.

This is a reverse harem book. I really enjoyed reading this book and would recommend it.

Perez's men have her, and it's up to her 4 firemen to find her and save her. Because someone has double crossed them...

The book was a good one. Plot starts out only a little slow story wise but quick steam wise. I really enjoy K.C.'s books, they just need better editing or proofreading. This one was better about the typos, and the story took a darker turn than I expected, but overall was a good book.

I have mixed feelings about this book. It is a contemporary, medium to fast-burn, high-drama, reverse harem romance. It has plenty of suspense, steamy love scenes, and lots of action.

Unfortunately, the female main character, Clarissa, is TSTL (too stupid to live). It doesn't help that the British firefighters - who are former military - are also not the sharpest tools in the shed. I stopped reading shortly after everyone made a huge, obvious mistake in judgment.

I would have thought that Hook, Ollie, Duke and Sparks would have been more cautious and known better. (In a life and death situation, trust no one outside of your unit. Pay attention to your gut feelings.)

There were a ton of typos. British people were using American terms for things (for example, "apartment" instead of "flat"). It was distracting.

Previous books by this author were really good, so I'm not sure what happened with this story.

Clarissa doesn't have long to be jealous at her friend's wedding when it becomes clear there are four men who are attracted to her.
These four are British ex army turned firefighters who don't mind sharing.
When everything goes wrong for Clarissa and a dangerous man targets her, they will personally guarantee her safety.
They don't want to let the past repeat itself but none of them can get past her charms.

I loved the storyline for this book which was crammed full of drama, passion, desire, danger, trickery and protectiveness.
These four will do what is right for someone they hardly know but all want.
When desire quickly turns into love, they each let down their walls for a chance of happiness.
I think it was the sweetest story with its own heartbreak and trauma.
I adored all the men and understood why Hook took the events the hardest.
I devoured this like a starving woman who needed every last piece of affection.

All the guys are different but they all have one thing in common and that's Clarissa. Will she stay with them after the trial period? Will they still want her when she's huge with her pregnancy? Love the action, adventure, fun, suspense, drama, passion, and love. How could the guys not love the Momma of their baby. Loved the story. .

Quadruple Heat is a page turner about four fireman, Ollie, Duke, Sparks, and Hook who pretty much take it upon themselves to protect a woman Clarissa who they met at their friends wedding from a ruthless, vicious man Perez who happens to be the head of a Brazilian Cartel. Who Clarrisa interrupts in the process of roughing up a female from one of his transactions. Clarissa couldn’t allow that so of course she steps in to help this woman now Clarissa and her four firemen are on the run trying to save her life while attending their best friends wedding. The story is action packed, full of anger, anxiety, danger, kidnapping, and deceit but, it also has off the charts crazy hot chemistry. Keep in mind it is a reverse harem story, and that’s throughout. Overall a very good story, an excellent author. You will not be disappointed. I do recommend. Before she gets to really talk with them an emergency with her friend's aunt pops up and she goes to help. While helping the aunt Clarissa overhears a man beating on a woman and she interrupts them. She tells the woman to run and while they are trying to get away, he starts shooting after them. Its turns out the guy is a powerful drug trafficker and he will do anything to stop them from testifying against him. Will the guys be able to keep her safe? Will Clarissa see that they are perfect for her?

This is a great story that will have you on the edge of your seat. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Quadruple Daddies: A Firefighter Military Reverse Harem (Forbidden Reverse Harems)

I loved this Reverse Harem Book. I like polyamory books alot and KC Crowne does a great job with writing polyamorous stories. One thing I like about their stories is they aren't all just about the romance. Don't get me wrong, KC Crowne writes absolutely amazing erotica especially polyamorous erotica. But her plot lines are also amazing. I find most of them suspenseful and this was no different.
It actually makes you question yourself too. Would you help someone else out at risk to your own life? Obviously Clarissa had no idea she was dealing with a major drug and arms dealer that was out to kill her and her guys.
The other thing I am so happy about is I love in these stories when the main female character ends up pregnant and all of them are Daddy's. Totally my favorite stories of all.
Yes this is a MUST READ! LOVE LOVE this story!

Lucky lucky girl!
This book is about Clarissa, Ollie, Duke (Derrick), Sparks (James) and Hook (Guy). Clarissa was in Rio as the maid of honour for her best friend Dream’s wedding – to three men. She was beyond jealous and envious, but was so incredibly happy for her friend. The four, hot British firefighters were also there, as friends of the grooms. They met at the wedding reception, where there were some sweet moments, and plenty of action and drama! And there was more to come!
Overall, there was a lot of drama and excitement, something I usually don’t enjoy, but this book was an exception. It might have something to do with all of the humour, flirting, banter and hot smut in between! And yeah, I have to agree, there’s no sharing of Tim Tams! I give this book four and a half stars.
