An action-packed story, featuring complex and fascinating characters, and twists and turns that will take your breath away. A must-read for fans of Western action and romance.
"Gold and Death in Mexico" is a historical adventure novel of approximately 80,000 words. No cliffhangers, only pure unadulterated action.
Two women have a stupendous plan to find and recover the riches of the Aztec people in Mexico. They begin recruiting honest men to pull this robbery off. One problem emerges when a gang of desperados receive a stolen map of the same hidden gold. The trail to the end of their rainbow is very bumpy. This story is full of action and killing to gain the loot.
What a total waist of time! There are so many typo's and grammar mistakes in this "book" that one would think it was written by a high school student who had no one to check their work. Plus the story is totally ridiculous. The chapters are overly wordy (as well as repetitive) and the characters so cliché I had to force myself to finish the book. To make matters worse, the ending is horrible. This Kindle book is proof that you really do get what you pay for.....ZERO!
A good action packed story with courageous characters that fought and gathered a hidden treasure. The gold was divided and the people lived a happy life The extended epilogue is good and completes the story and the characters have a good life Enjoyable read
I really liked the storyline and the characters. The main problem with the book is the proofreading. There are misspelled words, left out words and occasional character changes. I would have really enjoyed the book except for these problems. Johnnie is a good writer, the editing could have been much better.
This is the story of two women who had a map that showed them where there was gold, silver and jewels hidden in a cave and guarded by Aztecs. Thinking that they were extinct the cowboys had to find out for their and they signed on with the ladies and left to find the caves. This is my review and mine alone.Norma Gorrill
The writing is sloppy and the total lack of editing cost the 5th star. The author substituted imagination for knowledge, and the Indians are YAQUIS, not ''yanquis'
