Casper is a Little making a big name for himself in online webcomics. Creative, fun-loving, and super-cute, New York is in the palm of his hand. But a suspicious electrical fire at his loft puts everything at risk.
Casper is blamed for the fire and suddenly finds himself homeless. Having grown up without a stable family life, this hits home even harder. Homeless and with his online web-comic now under cyber-attack, Casper is in danger of losing everything.
Casper needs a Hero.
Jackson Scott is a physically imposing, impossibly handsome firefighter with more than a keen interest in looking out for people online as well as in real life. He’s one of the good-guys, a white-hat hacker who uses his tech skills for the greater good. Casper is also a Daddy Dom.
Jackson’s past issues with gambling and enjoying a wild lifestyle much have made him overly cautious about getting into a DDlb relationship. He just doesn’t want to risk ruining a Little’s life with his crazy partying.
Jackson offers to guard Casper. Online and offline too. With their chemistry burning red-hot for each other, will Casper and Jackson write the perfect story together?
This is an MM Age Play romance featuring consenting adults who are perfect for each other. It includes spanking, suspense, sweetness, and a full-blooded Happy Ever After. Enjoy!
A Hero Daddies book that can be enjoyed as a standalone with no cliffhanger.
I love to write sweet, sexy M/M Age Play Romance. Amazing characters, great settings, and exciting plots make my heart race! When I'm not crafting kinky tales in my rustic shack, I love to hit the gym, cuddle up with my cats, Mustache and Dojo, and cook deliciously large portions of yummy food!
Make me happy by chatting to me about coffee, cats, and Happy Ever Afters...
Guarding Casper is the second book in a new daddy/little series. This book follows the story of Casper and Jackson. The book is sweet and emotional and was a really good read. I fell in love with Casper and the daddy/little kink is well written and a good read. Overall very enjoyable and can't wait for the rest of the Hero Daddies' stories.

Normally I do not read this type of book because many authors tend to make the Little extremely silly all the time. With this author, and yes this is my first read of Zack's work, it isn't like that. I absolutely loved the way Jackson takes care of Casper. It is with a firm hand, but also with the loving, tender care every Little needs/deserves. In the day-to-day life of Casper, he is working diligently on the comic content he posts online. He is also, independent and has a group of friends he can count on. Jackson longs for a Little of his own but fears from past relationships haunt him. Not only that, he has a dangerous job being a firefighter in NY that requires some long hard hours at times. When they meet after a fire at Casper's apartment, they start a fire of their own. Jackson steps up and offers Casper a helping hand when he needs it most. But will they be able to push past the haunts of old relationships/family and take their new found spark to the next level? If you like a strong Daddy taking good care of his Little, doling out spankings as needed and rewarding him when he listens and does as he is supposed to, this book is for you. This is book two of the Hero Daddies series each book can read as a standalone however, characters in both the littles and their daddies cross over so we met Casper in book one learning he and Dylan are best friends. Casper is sweet, cute as a button, making a name for himself with his online webcomics, and they are just what a little would enjoy creativity to be themselves, but a daddy is needed to enforce good habits and to help him in dealing with a fire that is blamed on him threatening his way of life. Jackson is a firefighter, a daddy, who is alpha personified, possessive, oh, so gorgeous, brooding and a tad bit grumpy kind of all the time 😊 the best kind of daddy. The moment they meet at one of the playdates for littles the chemistry is there insanely intense and each time they are in the same room it grows stronger but with a Casper being sensitive will he be able to handle the grump daddy is what Jackson keeps asking himself but when his little needs him after a fire starts in Casper’s apartment and it seems the blame is being put on him as the starter of the fire but with his daddy on his side how could he lose when the fire wasn’t his fault but Jackson will do what needs to be done for his little including providing, spanking (that’s the fun part 😊) and so much more but when the investigation is over will Casper still want him, and can they find their own HEA just like his friend Dylan did with his daddy?.

The second in the series although I read it first - the order doesn't matter. This is another sweet story with some very steamy scenes and a lot of wholesome heart too. The plot was exciting and interesting which isn't always the case with books of this nature. I recommend Guarding Casper.

This was a really fun book with the right amount of steam for my tastes. I would strongly recommend it to fans of sweet DDlb relationships with a HEA. I received a free copy in exchange fro an honest review.
Hey there, Guarding Casper is the second book in my Hero Daddies series! I recommend reading this book with a big mug of something hot and a whole stack of biscuits on the side too! Zack.
When reading this book, I had no idea what DDlb meant. I had to google it and found out that it means Dom Daddy little boy. I had read another DDlb story and liked it. This one was sweet and easy to read/follow if you’re into DDlb. I wouldn’t mind reading more of the author’s stories. His writing style was easy flowing and the scenes weren’t in your face kind of thing which made it easy to read and enjoy. The story focused on Casper, a little boy (not really a little boy) who is a webcomic artist and he somehow managed to burn his apartment unit down. Jackson, a firefighter was there to help Casper while the apartment unit was burning. Casper was upset that his webcomic art were on the hard drive but Jackson, a computer genius on the side assured Casper that he’d help retrieve the stuff from the hard drive. With that said, Jackson invited Casper to crash at his place since his apartment unit was unlivable. In the process, Jackson found out that Casper is a little boy and his dominant daddy side came out. This DDbl relationship was tested by a horrible situation. If you want to find out what it was and whether they passed the test, pick up the book!
A big strong firefighter for your Daddy Dom is what a little needed in his life. Both men had personal issues to deal with. Jackson had a drinking and gambling problem but having a little to depend on him changed. He had someone to come home to now. Casper had a confidence problem and never stood up for himself. His online comic web base was growing but that all changed with a fire at his apartment. Then he puts himself in danger that the Hero daddies needed to step in to help him.
The story of Casper and Jackson is so sweet. Jackson is a brooding, gorgeous, but sometime grumpy Daddy who doesn't think a Little will ever match up with him. Casper is a sweet and creative Little who is sensitive, maybe too sensitive to deal with a gruff Daddy. The chemistry between the two is there from the start, and I enjoyed seeing them work it out. Another excellent book in the Hero Daddies series. Can't wait for book 3 now!

Guarding Casper is an age play, DDlb romance. Jackson ends up homeless and is going to lose everything. Jackson is a firefighter and a white-hat hacker. Jackson offers to guard Casper. They have smoking hot chemistry. I love their dynamic. I loved how Casper works hard and isn't portrayed as childish. Jackson takes him in a firm hand. Overall loved it!! The story was well written and the pacing flowed just right. Highly recommend!
I’m a huge fan of Daddy/Little books, and usually they’re somewhat of a comfort read for me. Sadly I wasn’t able to connect with Casper and Jackson. It was kind of an odd one, as separately I liked each man, Casper was somewhat too sweet (for me) at times and Jackson just didn’t fit as a daddy (IMO). First introductions of Casper & Jackson, I liked them. Casper was adorable and squishy. Whilst Jackson was, obviously, the big strong man. I found the repetition of ‘daddy vibes’ in some way annoying. Personally, I felt if you’ve written a Daddy character then show me, don’t just keep telling us he has ‘daddy vibes’. Where this really fell down for me, was when the MC1 & MC2 interacted or spent time together, something just wasn’t clicking. If you like the forced proximity trope then you’ll perhaps like this. You may also enjoy the ‘damsel in distress’ elements as well. If you’ve got a thing for Fire fighters then you may also like it 🤷🏼♀️.

3.5☆ Casper is an adorable, creative, sassy Little who left his miserable past and made a great new life for himself - until disaster struck. Jackson has a natural hero quality about him, he is a firefighter, a white hacker, and a Daddy - but he is also quick to anger and has some other issues. There is good background info for both characters but I had a hard time feeling a connection between them as they went from meeting to yelling and punishment way too quickly. There were a few issues that came up between them that were not really discussed, just sort of brushed off. They did have a sizzling chemistry and connected in that way but it did not feel deeper than that. There were also a few inconsistencies and unresolved situations. The ARC I read needs more editing and proofreading that should be fixed in the final copy.

Soooo I have to be honest and say that I received this arc by complete accident 😅 I’m am a straight passing pansexual and I was terrified to read this. This hands down is definitely not my kink or sexual interest but I love a challenge and am not a quitter so here I am. With all this being said I finished the book and am pleased with it!
The characters were likable there was some character development and a great amount of plot from beginning to end. The book went full circle for me and I know that if this was my cup of tea I most likely would have loved it a ton more.
I have quite a bit of appreciation for this book simply because it was the first of its kind I’ve ever read and truly believe this book will make a lot of readers who enjoy this genre very happy!.

Talk about hot, this book was fantastically hot, steamy and naughty. The author Zack Wish had done a great job with the story of Casper and Jackson, Casper a Little and his stuffie called Micah met Jackson is a Daddy Dom and a firefighter who stopped the fire in Caspers apartment. Casper had a bad upbringing being picked on ended up having a trust problem, but over time Jackson won his heart. Casper always writing his comics was upset when all his work was on his computer and that was burnt in the fire, can he get all his work off his hard drive or is it lost forever. This book was to short I could of read more I enjoyed it that much.

You gotta keep your eye on the ball! Casper, is an up and coming web comic creater on the cusp of growing BIG! An electrical fire in his loft, jeopardizes his career and renders him homeless. Jackson, is a firefighter, white hatter and a Daddy Dom. He befriends Casper and vows to guard him and his online presence. They tumble into a personal relationship complicated by personal baggage each are dragging and the fire investigation. Jackson and Casper are absolutely delightful and the friends are fun. What happens to Corey? Can Jackson protect Casper's comic business? Can he protect his life? Will Casper embrace Jack as his Daddy? Will he succeed in his comic business? Nice story, hawt! Well done! I received an ARC and am volutarily leaving a review.
Not only was this story so good I read the whole book in one sitting. It included a contract limits talk, safe words, and a little that actually stood up for themselves and walked away. While I felt like a couple of times a safe word should have been used based on the Littles past, and the fact that the daddy punished him for his bodies natural reactions. Which can give someone unhealthy body image. Like who doesn’t want their partner attracted to them. Over all this is one of very few books where the limits talk about contract and safe word are gone over between a daddy and little. While I wish the daddy had to give up something the like because it is on the Littles hard limits. Over all great.
Casper is a comic book writer who is also a little. Jackson is a firefighter who is a Daddy. Jackson doesn't want a relationship but when there is a fire at Casper's apartment they meet and he changes his mind. Someone hacks into Casper's email and blackmails him. He has to give up the rights to his comic books or they will release Casper's secret that he is a little. This book was definitely not for me. I thought Jackson was to strict and the fact he called Casper "kid" and "champ" didn't sit well with me. For this being a DDlb book there was no age play whatsoever.

Sweet, fluffy, Daddy/little read. Casper is such a sweetheart. He's a talented comic book artist, but a fire damaged his apartment and his computer holding all his work. Enter Jackson, a fireman who's a daddy without a boy because he likes to drink too much and gamble on occasion. He thinks he can't have a little because of those things and Casper thinks he doesn't deserve a daddy because he works long hours and because his last daddy told him so. Even there are a few bumps in the road for these two, there's a HEA drawn in the comics!

I liked Guarding Casper by Zach Wish. It's the second book in the Hero Daddies series. I liked Casper and Jackson's story. I loved the chemistry between them and their hot scenes. They both made some bad choices and reacted badly when they found out, but with the help of their friends, which they should have communicated with sooner, they were able to work everything out and get their happily ever after. Next up will be Milo's story, and I can't wait to read it.

Book 2 continues with Casper, an online comic book writer and Jackson, a firefighter. They meet when Caspers apartment catches fire and Jackson offers for Casper to move in and try to recover his comics off his laptop. Dylan, Flint, and Milo from book 1 are also in this book and it's recommended to read this series in order to get the full benefits of these daddy's and their littles. Low angst in the former of a hacker but Daddy saves the day and Casper and Jackson get their HEA. I'm ready for Milo's story next.
This is a fun series with 4 books out now and room for more. The MC's do intertwine between stories but they could absolutely be read as stand-alone as each book focuses on the 2 MC's in that book with the others making non-critical appearances. I'm slowly making way through this series and reading one book in-between reading other books. It's nice to be able to pick up this series and get right back into it when you are in the mood for Little/Daddy story. So far, each book has been very unique and different from the others. Very entertaining and prolonging my enjoyment :-)
Casper is an online comic artist and a little but something big is missing and that's a forever daddy. Jackson is a firefighter and it seems that he can't find that perfect someone, but then again he doesn't have much time. But a chance encounter when a fire happens at Casper's apartment changes the course of his life. I loved these characters.

This second book in the Hero Daddies series had just the right amount of angst and happy & spicy DDlb moments. Casper was just sweet creative Little with a spine in there who met Jackson, a hot daddy firefighter at a low point in his life. Jackson found trust and love with his little and came to his rescue a second time. This was a fun read with a hea.

I thought that this was a really good book. I liked Jackson and Casper together with their instant connection and the pull they had towards to each other. These two have a little bit of a bumpy road on their way to an HEA but they get their with a better understanding of each other.

This was the second in the Hero Daddies series and it did not disappoint. Full of life, fun, and steamy steam too it was practically perfect for my taste. I loved most how the Littles were such good friends and the Daddy group had a great friendship bond too.

This is the second book in the Hero Daddies series and it's just as good as the first! It was a flowing read that was full of excitement and steam too. I loved the way Casper and Jackson fell hard for each other and then worked through the ups and downs as the story progressed. I loved this and it's onto book 3 soon for me! Now we're talking. This is the second story from the series and it's a case of another Hero Daddy doing what needs to be done to protect his Little. Wholesome fun times, stinging punishments and hot steam is what this book is about. As with the first in the series the HEA is a delight too. I need more
Casper is a sweet little who finds himself in a terrible pickle when he’s suddenly homeless. Firefighter Jackson to the rescue with the structure and loving discipline Casper needs. I enjoyed this Daddy/little story and can’t wait for more.
