Ariel has had a rough time after recently breaking up with her ex. Now three of her online friends have come to help her get over him. But can she let herself have fun and potentially be more than a fling?
I love reverse harems and have read more than my fair share of them. I usually enjoy them better when each guy is unique and brings something different to the table, but this book didn't do that, and I'm not mad about it. Gabriel, Cy and Kent are basically the same type of guy, so there wasn't much diversity in Ariel's harem. But that also made it different because you knew what to expect from all of them.
Ariel seemed like a very weak FMC, and grated on my nerves with the whining she did. I love a strong FMC, so reading about one that is quite the opposite for no reason was a nuisance.
I love reverse harems and have read more than my fair share of them. I usually enjoy them better when each guy is unique and brings something different to the table, but this book didn't do that, and I'm not mad about it. Gabriel, Cy and Kent are basically the same type of guy, so there wasn't much diversity in Ariel's harem. But that also made it different because you knew what to expect from all of them.

So I want to preface this by saying that I have Kindle Unlimited and there are a lot of reverse harem novels on there, and they aren't really my cup of tea, but I have read a lot of them in order to get my book count up and give me variety.
This book had interesting points and I liked parts of it but, I wasn't captivated throughout. I liked that they bonded based on video games. I thought it was cute that her name was Ariel and she has red hair (very Disney, I love it). Part of me even loved the OTT acts on the male(s) side. What I didn't like was how weak Ariel is. She is so insecure and it just ticks me off. I think it's because it's so far from my own personality that it turns me off. I don't like whiney and weak heroines. I just can't do it. I thought that the men in this book were really good though. I love a morally grey man and these guys are toeing that line.
I think I would have liked a better link to the Club Sin aspect of the book since it's part of that series. I felt like that was kind of an after thought that was thrown in here and there to relate to the series. Honestly though, in the author's defense, I am not sure how to incorporate that more into the story, this story was better served in a more emotional series I think. Club Sin makes me think of all that naughty stuff like BDSM. This book was more a book of growth on Ariel's part. I don't know what that says about me though that I don't find reverse harem romances naughty anymore.
All in all, if you are looking for a quick read and you want a reverse harem novel, this book is okay.

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. I was looking forward to the return of Club Sin. Welcome to Chicago! Ember is also one of the authors I read a lot of. So double yay! Ariel, Kent, Cy and Gabriel are all gamers. Cy is the only professional while all the rest have their own careers. One shot brings her into their sights. One comment gets them in the game. One night and a special room changes everything for them. I liked this storyline and the gaming connection it had. The first half was not as good as the last half for me. It may have been the men's characters or the mood I was in, but it seemed like there was too much posturing for me. The men were supposed to be on the same page but comments kept upsetting one another. If they trust each other there shouldn't be so much bristling without really thinking about the comment that was made. It probably wouldn't have been so noticible but the guys seemed to have lost some "edge", or testosterone lol, in the second half. I'm all for dominating alpha personalities but they didn't do it for me at the beginning. Their little mermaid was a good match for them though. There are some friends referenced from other books and I smiled every time a "p" was popped by Kent. I would have given this 5 if not for the guys irritating me for a bit. Looking forward to reading the Chicago of Club Sin.

Wild read!!!
Wow! This book has me in a chokehold. I've been getting into books about reverse harems for quite a while now. And I have to say so far I love what I've been reading. I am choosy about what scenarios and the synopsis of each book I read. I am so glad I bought this book! Something about this cover kept calling to me. As well as the synopsis, which was so interesting. It exceeded my expectations completely! Ember Davis has a way of capturing your attention and holds you hostage until the very end of the book. Ariel, Garrett, Kent and Cy were all gamers. That right there had me. But it was Ariel taking out Cy that put her on their radar. It wasn't long before they knew she was their missing link. Their journey to their hea was not easy by any means. But it was so worth it. I loved the, sexiness, the flirtations, sassiest conversations, steamy sex scenes, funny exchanges and looks of love shared between the 3 men and their little mermaid. They were determined to treasure, spoil, love, protect and hold for the rest of Ariel's life. And by any and accounts I think they achieved that in spades. Yes, this book was a fire. 🔥🔥 I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves the mmfm kink/lifestyle books. It was a fun, sexy, and naughty read. You will not be disappointed.

The story idea was fun but the execution was pretty gross.
Before the male leads even met her in person, they were all 'she's ours', 'feral', 'their beasts' and 'cock lengthen and leak' when they think of her ('cause leakage is so sexy!) and then after meeting her for the first time in person, talked about wanting to 'breed her'. Might have made sense if these were alpha werewolves and she was their 'true mate' but these are suppose to be normal human men.
And, of course, there is the obligatory infantalizing nickname 'little mermaid'. Why they couldn't have just called her 'mermaid' is beyond me. Worse, when she says she's not sure how she feels about the nickname, she's basically told to suck it up.
Then the second time they met her, they took her to a sex club without even discussing having sex for the first time, let alone going to a sex club, with her. Was presumptuous and disrespectful. And while there, they indulged in breath play, which is risky even with proper education, communication and consent, without even discussing that with her either. Made the whole sex scene irresponsible and, frankly, icky.
And the female lead had so little self-esteem and was so desperate for male attention she just went along with whatever they wanted and was grateful that they wanted her.
Do not recommend.

I absolutely loved this! I don't get to read many gaming tropes, especially RH, so I was really excited for this one!
I love how feral the guys were with Ariel. They were so unchained for her and God it was hot 🔥 they were also so good to her and I in love with them all together. I really need this as a full length novel! I need to see her playing more games with Kent, Cy, and Gabe and them worshipping her for how good she is.
My only hang-up up was that towards the beginning the guys were saying that they couldn't wait to make her afraid then show her how good they could all be. I didn't really see that much of the primal play so I was a little disappointed in that respect. I wanted to see more of that hunting/chasing vibe and for them to have those moments with her.
Other than that, I absolutely loved this! Really great characters, and I really wish there was more content for them!

This was incredibly hot! I loved how this group met. Cy is a professional gamer. To just have fun, he has an anonymous account to play online. His best friends Kent and Gabriel were playing with him one night online and they met Ariel in the game. They struck up a conversation after that. Months later, the guys are still pondering how they can meet her in real life. They know she is local and every day they become more focused and determined to have her in their lives. The guys are different in personality, looks, etc but they are united in their desire for their little mermaid. This was incredibly hot and still so cute, which is quite a balancing act. I devoured their story, such steamy goodness! Please, please can we have a follow up novella with them, asap?

This is my first read from Ember Davis, and I very much enjoyed it, her writing style was very easy to read. This book is more of a novella length but still felt complete. I loved the concept of this book, meeting over gaming and getting to know each other for awhile was refreshing. I really liked Ariel, she was smart, fun, and a curvy girl. Her men Cy, Kent, and Gabe were absolutely delicious, just what I like in my heros, alphas, possessive, and dominant. I could definitely keep reading about this harem, the chemistry they all shared was hot and I loved how devoted to her they all were.

This was a very hot, funny, and a must read. I really liked Ariel and her men, Cy, Kent, and Gabriel. The men fall for Ariel as soon as they start to interact with her but Ariel falls for her three men, just as fast. Now, after 6 months, the guys are done bidding their time and they are ready to get their woman. I really enjoyed the connection and chemistry between these four. There is a little bit of drama and Cy, Kent, and Gabe will stop at nothing to keep her woman, where she belongs, with them. I really enjoyed this book, and I would recommend it and Ms. Ember as a great author.

Now, after 6 months, the guys are done bidding their time and they are ready to get their woman. I really enjoyed the connection and chemistry between these four. There is a little bit of drama and Cy, Kent, and Gabe will stop at nothing to keep her woman, where she belongs, with them. I really enjoyed this book, and I would recommend it and Ms. Ember as a great author.

June 6, 2022DNF @48% FFS. Why are all plus size KU books like this? I should have known better than even try it. But, damn I was excited for a plus size RH.
This book was ALL over the place. It made no sense, one moment they were taking to her in a bar and then it was 4 days later and one of them wants to “breed” her. Not to mention they have never been to a sex club and a brother of one of the guys got them all a membership.
I’m so disappointed. I really wanted this one to be good. The concept was great but I really should know better than to pick up KU books at this point. Especially, plus size ones.

When she admits to dating and being dumped they make their move! She is theirs! Ariel has feelings for Cy, Gabe and Kent but is very insecure. They are determined to prove to her their love and devotion is forever. Very hot and steamy with amazing chemistry. I love that the hero’s are all a little nerdy but very hot, growly and possessive. Wonderfully written story with a fantastic HEA.

I can’t get over how much I loved this story. I didn’t want it to end. I am looking forward to reading more by this author.

Ariel, Gabriel, Cy, & Kent
For a story that was less than 200 pages, it was very well thought out. I thought that would feel like something was messing, but the author did a really good job of giving a well rounded story in this novella.
It's my first by Ember Davis, but it won't be my last.
The only thing that I struggled with is Gabe, Cy, and Kent all of a sudden deciding to share Ariel, when it's not something that they ever discussed before "meeting" her. It just seems to come out of left field, but I was able to get a board fairly quickly since their feelings came across loud and clear in words and in deeds.

Cute little story about some guys who love a girl. Smut books have made me a completely different person, because never in my life have I thought of being with three men but now it seems kinda perfect!
Written from the perspective of the guys who are in love with Ariel. They meet her through online gaming and fall in love immediately. The book is mostly them convincing her to move in. It’s smutty but not anything overly scandalous, they like a bit of breath play and it seems like it will be the focal point. It it’s just mentioned a few times.

Pretty good story. I liked all of the characters and thought Ariel was terrific. The relationship between the men was kind of awkward at times and the constant internal conversations was a little boring. I get it - they all want her but to read it several times from each pov was a little much. Still a enjoyable book.

This story finds school teacher joined with a librarian, a professor, and a professional gamer after “meeting” in a online video game. Wow, these guys were Capital I Intense; they were 100% team Ariel from the first they spoke to her, which I absolutely loved! Also, the world needs more hunky-nerdy male librarians - hmmm, yummy! I really enjoyed this return to Club Sin and I looking forward to Edison’s book.

This was a really yummy reverse harem romance. I loved these characters and the fact that they were all a bit nerdy but in the best possible way. The whole gamer world is really outside my scope of reference but I found it really interesting as a “meet cute”. The story was well written and had both heart and steam. I just loved it.

How can you resist three absolutely hot as sin men? You can’t and that is exactly what happens to Ariel when she is propositioned by Gabe, Cy and Kent. Love this series and love how each character is open to exploring new dynamics in a relationship. A quick, easy read that had me glued to my seat and reading until I had finished. A sinfully great read. Bring on the next book in the series.

I really liked this one. Ariel and her men, Cy, Kent, and Gabriel were such an explosive combination. I think the build up to them meeting was so enjoyable to read. I loved the premise of them gaming together, building a relationship before taking it a step further. Highly recommend and can't wait to read the rest of this series.

Ariel is through a break up and the online group where she plays with three guys helps her. For 6 months Ariel interacts with Cy, Kent and Gabe.now they are over it to stay away. Now they want to claim the woman that they all fell for. Oh My!!! As one would expect from the title this is not the book for you if you want a sweet rom/com. This is for the more mature reader who likes a lot of heat!!! Ember does not disappoint in this story she provides a great story line with a solid plot. It's well written and easy to read and don't get me started on the heat level of this story!!!. I'll never be able to hear "little mermaid" again with out blushing!!! I loved it. Thanks for writing it Ember!
