《香港百年風月變遷》縷述香港自開埠以來，歡場行業逾百年間的發展，從側面反映香港的民生及社會狀況。全書分為上下兩篇，下篇收錄文章五十篇，為上世紀作者刊載於報章上之專欄文字，曾以《百年風月變遷》為名結集出版；有別於一般專著，採用小說體，以親切有趣的「三及第」文字，歷述有關香港「風月」的掌故逸聞。上篇為作者新撰，介紹香港歡場行業的歷史背景及特點。本書另附董培新所繪漫畫，頗具昔日風味。
