I’ve really enjoyed this series. But, Molly, you need a new editor. There are lots of grammatical errors. I know a lot of people don’t care about grammar anymore, but a lot of us do. It can be a real turnoff to constantly come across errors. I wanted to get my marker out and correct them. Otherwise, you are a talented writer, and your books are entertaining. (Yes, I cringe at the bad grammar on TV shows, too.)
Besides fighting her demons and her past Rylie is faced with a rather difficult case on a specific part of highway I 86. Someone is killing at a place on the highway where there is no phone access leaving no leads to be identified. The local police are helpful but also seem to be protecting someone. The area also seems to remind Michael, her partner, of his past, one that he does not want to talk about. Dare You has a good storyline, is fast-paced, and full of twists and turns that will keep you hooked once you begin reading it!
I will revisit this rating if there ends up being a 7th book written for this series, but I haven’t found any evidence that there are plans for this to happen. I am so annoyed that there wasn’t a resolution for the continuing tragedy that Rylie was working towards finding answers to for SIX FREAKING BOOKS!!! I mean come on!!! So disappointing for readers of this was really the last book of the series…

I overall liked the series and kept on reading to find out what happened to Rylie when she was a kid. Was Maren alive? Who were the killers? Why did they kill them? And of course, we needed a Rylie and Michael hook up!! Kind of disappointed :(
