Turtle Half & Cumber
“All the animals on the island have parents,” said Cumber. “So where did I come from? Out of an egg?”
Turtle Half sighed. He always knew this day might come. He was surprised that it hadn’t come sooner. Cumber was so content and happy with their life here that he’d never really questioned it. Turtle Half had started to think that Cumber might never ask.
And so, a strange dream leads Cumber to ask his simple question. A question that will begin a journey across the island. A journey sometimes of joy, but also one of terror, that will lead to some most unexpected places, and some never imagined answers.
